I am living in Phoenix and had a lingering issue in Nashville. I hired Jake VanAusdall while living in Phoenix and never returned to Nashville during the time. He was able to help me without issue with that distance and I never had to wait long for a response, even with a time difference. He made me feel confident about the case from day one!
Additionally, when I called the offices for anything, whoever answered was always kind and helpful. It is clearly a culture established at this firm.

The best thing that could have happened when I needed a lawyer was to hire Attorney LaGrone. I was in need of representation in order to be appointed conservator for my Mom who had alzheimers. Attorney LaGrone quickly got the process started; assisted with the necessary paperwork, answered questions I had, and kept me informed throughout the process, even after conservatorship was granted. I was in a car accident that was not my fault. The insurance company gave me the run around from the very beginning. They did not want to make the necessary repairs and wanted to use aftermarket parts on my brand new car. They also would not return my phone calls or deal with my injuries. I hired Ms. Jackie Dixon in a partition lawsuit and she did an excellent job representing me.
Partition lawsuits are becoming more and more common across the U.S. in large part because Millennials and Gen Zers (aka "Zoomers") are simply not getting married but buying homes with their significant others (or buying property together before they get married). This was the case for me, and Ms. Dixon knew what she was doing.

Less than a year ago how is facing some pretty serious charges in two separate counties simultaneously. Joshua was referred to me through a mutual colleague. Ms. Johnson is in my opinion one of the best lawyers I have ever had. I was involved in a horrific car accident that was initially deemed my fault. I was the victim of a "stopping short" scam.
