Frank P. Luciano did a great job helping to sell a home for my wife’s mother, after she had moved to an assisted living facility. He saw though an expected buyer’s attempt to slash the agreed-upon price by $5,000 at the last minute, crafted a strategy and launched a walk-out with the real estate broker and the homeowner’s daughter from the deal-closing meeting. The buyer changed his mind, called them back and agreed to a much smaller price accommodation. The sale was successfully closed.

Lane & Lane helped me with a prenup and were fantastic. From being upfront about what the costs would include, why not to go with much cheaper, online options, and then the follow-through, I was in good hands the entire time. Bruce Levitt is the best thing that ever happened to our family, he saved our home from a short sale. When we contacted Bruce our home was already short sale, We thought we had no chance of saving the home because we were with another attorney who was giving us the run around for almost a year, trying to save our home knowing he didn't know the job but kept us going and almost lost our home. Finally, I was able to research Bruce and hired him from reading somebody else review and exactly what said person said in the review is what he said. He never left us alone through the 5 years we were under bankruptcy he kept up with us, making sure everything was okay with our family, encouraging us to continue the good work we were doing and not to give up because our home was everything to us. Overall, the quality of service is dependent on which service you seek. Ian is very capable at diffusing situations and bringing people together (e.g., great mediator). I would say the opposite is true for negotiation skills and legal knowledge. During my divorce, Ian helped keep conversations level, yet provided limited support in negotiations. As an example, I ended up being the point person on understanding the requirements around alimony and determining the final outcome.
In conclusion, I think Ian would work great as a mediator when both sides have their own legal representation. I would not recommend Ian to provide legal representation.

Everything was filed quickly but they said “the court doesn’t provide updates” many times when asked.
Almost a year into my process, my ex heard from a friend that their divorce was finalized in less than two months and then she tried calling the court to get information, she was then told our divorce was finalized 7 months prior.
I went to court and was able to get the final decree, but still haven’t been notified by my lawyers that I’m divorced…

Not going to lie, they are quick with starting the divorce process but it has been almost 8 months and my divorce still isn't finalized...and I was told my divorce should be finalized from 6-7 months, then they pushed it back and told me it is now 6-8months. What's next, a year? I ask for an update and I get told that they will get back to me and they never get back to me. These reviews did get my hopes up unfortunately. I just want this process over with already.
