Andrew Luftig was recommended to me by my broker for my home purchase in Manhattan. I worked with him, Tara, and a few others on the team. I did find other firms with lower pricing, but felt that Andrew had a keen grasp on the real estate market in NYC and would provide me with the best guidance throughout the process... this turned out to be true. Andrew and team were super responsive, answered all of my questions, coordinated well with the bank and worked to close quickly on my property. Will definitely use them again for my next purchase!

Mr. Silverman and his team were excellent. I recently leased a 2024 Jeep 4xe, 2 weeks and 500 miles into my lease the vehicle needed to be towed to the dealership and was in the shop for over 6 weeks. His team responded immediately and gave me the direction I needed through that stretch. They were very professional and responsive and I received a nice settlement for all the inconveniences this caused my family. As a business owner, I feel refreshed knowing that David's firm is at the helm. We had an issue surface on Christmas Eve, and I emailed David; without expecting a response due to the holiday; but he responded back that evening, and we actually spoke the day after Christmas. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

After I tripped on an uneven sidewalk on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, my neighbor, a longstanding friend, introduced me to attorney Jonathan Ratchik who took my case on as he and the doctors deemed my left foot was severely injured.
The landlord had failed to properly maintain the sidewalk in front of the brownstone he owned, posing a clear and present danger to pedestrians.
Mr. Ratchik knows his law. He is patient and thorough. He guided me well, coached me thoroughly on the procedures, and allowed me to make decisions about medical treatment and the course of our legal action which took nearly three years when the landlord’s insurance company offered a fair settlement which we accepted.

I'm part of the boyscout settlement trust and these guys are doing nothing to get us our money let me explain I hired these guys about 5years ago thinking there a big lawfirm this will be great but here is the truth we won 2.4 billion dollars a while back it was put into a trust which is being overseen by a retired bankruptcy judge her name is Barbra houser since winning the money they offered us 3500$ to buy us out if you didn't want to wait to have your claim reviewed by miss houser and her team we have zoom meetings every few months this is decided by miss houser we used to be able to ask questions live but this soon disappeared from the meeting format this review is hard for me to write because I suffered a stroke on April 4 20 24 I'm currently living in my van in Ohio it's now dec11th there are claiments with cancer diagnosis there not paid either so you tell me has this Barbra woman the judge set up one of the biggest scams in history or is it just me? I call slater shullman to have one of the reception people hang up on me they have had to hire another answering service to handle the angry phone calls after the last meeting that we had around Thanksgiving I even spoke with Jessica smith one of the partners she could not tell me where the trust goes if we are dead and gone before anything gets paid out well I found out all the moneys goes back to the boyscouts of America yet most of the money in the trust came from insurance companies affiliated with the boyscouts someone or multiple people are gonna get rich over this but this whole trust is a scam and Adam Slater brags about winning us all this money but it's all a lie but the law firm will get there 30 percent weather we are all dead or not I have put a phone call into Adam Slater let's see if he calls me back or not to be fair I will edit my review if this happens

I'm currently using them as representation for the class action boy scouts of America case there's been extremely low communication between client and attorney I do also understand that they have an enormous clientele but I would like to know what's going on with my case and where it's at in the litigation and like how much longer it's going to be before there's a result but with that said it's my understanding that these guys are the best of the best so I trust that they will continue to fight as they have in the past and I'm sure they will continue to do in the future

I found myself in the worst situation possible, my husband was arrested and taken to jail. No one was telling me anything, the free attorney was not hearing me, and I couldn’t even speak to my husband. I was lost. I spoke to many attorneys, and it seemed like they just wanted to speak as shortly as they can and get a retainer from me. Luckily I was recommended to contact Nicholas Kaizer. Nicholas gave lots of attention to the case, and really listened. Truly Godsent. The way he handled the case - I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Though my husband was innocent, everyone, including the free attorney was saying that my husband will end up doing time, I was hearing at least 25 years.
Nicholas handled the case so efficiently, and he got all charges dismissed.
I truly believe that hiring Nicholas is the best fighting chance you can have.

I had a harrowing divorce battle and am fortunate to have had Amanda Shaffer as my attorney. I was served with a surprise hearing in Integrated Domestic Violence Court (IDVF) - with not even a hearing date - and I scrambled to find counsel. After a frantic search and a dozen interviews with different attorneys, I chose Amanda because of her understanding of the situation and high conflict personalities.
Amanda’s approach is like a fox. She is methodical, knowing when to stay quiet - and when to strike. (For me, staying quiet was one of the hardest things because I wanted to immediately prove my innocence and refute every false allegation against me. She told me this would take time, which it did.)
In addition to being kind, clever, ethical, wise and emotionally intelligent, Amanda is also tough. She would not allow us to be bullied by the opposing counsel and their dirty tactics.

Updated review. I cannot stress to anybody reading this enough: who you hire matters and you get what you pay for. Attorney’s have case after case slide across their desk. It’s a job at the end of the day to most. If Aaron Shapiro or the force that is Amanda Schaffer takes your case, TRUST THEM. Full disclosure: I am a nightmare client. On a scale from 1-10, I’m an 11 in terms of annoying. My son is my absolute world. I have been a “white pony” more times than you can imagine. Over-billed. None of it made sense. Those attorneys cared about a paycheck. Aaron and Amanda are not only EXCELLENT attorneys, they’re good people. They have a backbone. Their time is valuable. They’re not cheap. Know that. When your child, freedom, or immigration status is on the line — don’t put it in the hands of someone who treats you like a file. The legal progress is exhausting (mentally and financially — I know it all too well.) It’s unfair. Read that again.
No attorney should ever promise you a victory. Here’s what this random stranger who’s been put through the wringer for 3 years can promise you first hand — this firm cares and they’re your best shot.

The solicitor in charge of my case understood my difficulties through arranging a mutually convenient time for a phone call after an intra company reorganisation. Thereafter the advice I was given made a lot of sense and finally involved my contacting a specialist solicitor in another company - a contact that proved fruitful and for which I am most grateful. This company work as a highly professional and effective team and am very grateful to all of them for how they have helped me. It has cost a lot of money in a short space of time, no question, and was far more expensive hour by hour than the previous law firm I used. My experience with this firm i worked closely with Mike on my case, he was always prompt to respond with facts, options, potential outcomes ect. highly recommended. I have been included in a number of class action lawsuits with Leeds. First thing- they have an lovely secretary who picks up the phone right away. In an age of tapping on numbers to get to different deptartments, this just makes life easier. Intimidating was the word that came to mind before conversing with Michael. Once I could discuss it with Michael, all of my fear disappeared. He is smart and explained to me most simply yet without being condescending. He went through each potential move and possible outcome depending on which activity I chose with his guidance. He broke down what my case could be worth through a process where he asked me some questions and then answered them on the spot. Michael emailed me often, more than an attorney at his level would typically do. He also listened. He was neither dismissive nor rude throughout my experience with him or his firm. I am happy I chose their firm and moved out of the way for them to handle something that seemed impossible, yet here we are. If clients want to be given the runaround and pushed to the back, you should not reach out to this firm. Once Michael worked his magic, it no longer mattered if we went to court and won, went to court and lost, or settled because the weight lifted off my body from my experience was priceless. However, if you want an honest and educated opinion from expert trial attorneys, well, in that case, you should contact Michael and his team. Finally, no amount of money could ever replace what Michael and his firm did for me emotionally. My case is in the process of settling, and I know that Michael and his team will be compensated for doing precisely what they said they would, but I will always be in their debt.

I got my dismissal for a ticket that i reveived while i was riding my motorcycle between lanes. A ticket received 5 years ago. Court outcome has been postponed for 5 years in a row and it finally got dismissed. Miss Ortiz and the whole firm are just specialist in TVB matters. Do not hesitate to contact them if you received traffic tickets.
