This lawyer mistakenly put my birthday year as 2020, caused my whole application rejected and returned by USCIS. And She cursed me through WeChat after I asked for a refund. It delayed my immigration process and I had to re-submitted again after 1 month.

I had an issue with my employer, and reached out to Mr. Rich. He took the time to go over all the options with me, and gave me a summary of the law regarding my situation. I like that he spoke to me in layman's terms, but still displayed a sharp knowledge of the law and strategy. He guided me to the best possible outcome without empty promises or dancing around the issues. I wish every lawyer was like him (except for the ones representing my adversary ;-) ).

David S. Rich was a valuable resource to me in my role as an independent data sciences consultant. He is very savvy about business situations. At one point I had signed a contract and Statement of Work with a software company. The company asked me to perform tasks without compensation, despite the Statement of Work. David advised me to bill the company for hours worked and cancel the contract. It was a good move because others I know later had problems with that company.
David is trustworthy and transparent about his scope of knowledge. Recently another attorney claimed that I had to redo a document, but I had my doubts. David did not know that answer. In less than a minute he looked up a journal article and explained a change in state standards. Whether you are an employee, employer, or business principal, he will guide you in the right direction.

I was referred to Aaron by a friend with whom he had worked at the Bronx Defenders office, and when I first met him, I was nervous, confused, and in need of answers. During our initial consultation, he did more than just answer my questions. He listened, he was attentive, and he cared. Equally important, he clearly knew the law, was resourceful, and was committed to helping me with my case, whatever it took.
As others have noted, his communication was unparalleled, as he always made time to address any questions or concerns I had. When you're facing an uncertain future, I can't stress enough how crucial this is.
During my ordeal, I discovered that law is rarely binary: right vs wrong, allowed vs prohibited. Aaron is that rare critical thinker who understands this. Yes, he has decades of experience, but perhaps more importantly, he is smart and intuitive.
Ultimately, the charges against me were dropped. Yes, I saw them as meritless, but to make the point, Aaron was my voice. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Over the past several years, the firm of Pick and Zabicki worked tirelessly to resolve our case. Every step of the way we were given the facts and explained the application of law so we were able to make an informed decision. The filings submitted to the court were always well researched, drafted and submitted in a timely manner. There hourly fees are less than those charged by other firms and very affordable. I've been a solo business owner for 25 years and for those first 15 when I needed legal assistance, it was usually prompted by proximity to someone's recommendation - I didn't even realize there were law firms that specialized in small business legal needs. I also thought a business of my size didn't require a dedicated lawyer. That is something only BIG companies, not my teeny tiny one should have. I recently had a consultation with attorney, John Lang, who I highly recommend. In my opinion, John is an exceptional communicator. He knew just the right questions to ask to quickly get to the heart of the legal matter. Within a short time, John was able to accurately assess the situation and outline available legal remedies. Do not trust this guy and his firm, we spoke with him regarding a case evaluation and at the beginning he was pretending to be nice just to get our money and he promised us that he will review the case without any fees. But he asked us to make the payment in advance just to show that we are serious and promise not to touch the money until the case evaluation is done and after we sign the agreement he will use the retainer that we paid for our legal fees which was a lie..
After receiving the payment he is not answering his phone or emails and after calling for days he picked up his phone and was very unprofessional and told us that he cannot review the documents on time and evaluate the case based on the timeline that we agreed before making the payment and started making a statement such as you are very needy clients and very rude conversation leading to arguments and finally he came back and told us that he will not refund the money as we agreed before and he will keep $1,500 for his fees which we didn't agree.
We did not sign any agreement with this guy and he promised to do a free evaluations.
Do not trust this firm or the positive review you see, if you check other websites and check other reviews that he has you see that people are not happy with his service and feel that he is insane which is what I feel it is true after dealing with this guy.
We are in the process of filing complaints with the authorities to get our money back, just make sure you don't trust this guy because he is cheaper.

We had a very unpleasant situation with David. He wasted so much time even when we told him we are in rush and he promised that he deliver on time. He became very slow in responding to questions after he got paid, wasn't honest about his fees. He completely changed after sent him the payment.

I can't possibly say enough good things about my experience with this law firm. It's difficult to imagine going through this trial without Gersowitz, Libo, & Korek and in particular, Jeff Korek. Articulate, intelligent, kind, and direct were my first impressions of him and until I saw him in the courtroom, I had no idea that these qualities would make him unstoppable at trial.
In a lawsuit that spanned almost 7 years, I put myself in his hands and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Difficult at times but Jeff and his team were sensitive to those difficulties and made me understand that they would help and protect me during the process. I came to trust them implicitly. Jeff and his team not only secured my ability to pay for future medical treatments and chemotherapy, but he made sure that my children's future was secure. Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

To be perfectly clear I do not think that there is a smarter more effective litigator in the country. He has not represented me and won in federal court litigations, but also large scale arbs, and achieved results in both, as well as mediations, that well exceeded my wildest expectations. Sean O Hara has no business in law, came off nice, seemingly, except he contradicted himself several times. Claiming he never heard from the company, but knew where they sent my w-2…Did nothing for nine months and when I gave him crucial information he tried to get money, completely unaware that I had another attorney related to this case. His terrible work caused me to go through their employees and that’s a no for me dog, all white men. Fired and replaced. Don’t waste your time, not my first rodeo, but apparently his. Mind you the case was easy, pictures, text messages and he blew it, lazy, lazy, lazy. Easily the most important client you’ll ever have too.

Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!
