Middle of a tax audit and I was so over my head. The auditor was pretty mean and kept getting more and more aggressive and I was getting super scared of jail or tons of taxes I would never be able to pay back. I called Delia Law the next day and hired them on the spot. Ms. Delia contacted my auditor that day and provided an immediate status to me. She had it under control quickly. She knew the issues and reviewed my case so quick and had all the answers and negotiation strategy. Her confidence in helping me was truly amazing. So grateful she was able to get me through this audit and to help stop an audit of other years. I used this law firm to represent me in purchasing my home The lawyer came to my home and explained the entire procedure to me step by step which proved to be very fruitful. All my questions were answered, questions I did not know I had to ask were brought up. Everything was done in a timely and organized manner. There was none of the usual hiccups that you would have because things were being done in a timely manner and I was being kept in the loop. Whenever I had a question I was able to call and speak with someone.

I'm part of the boyscout settlement trust and these guys are doing nothing to get us our money let me explain I hired these guys about 5years ago thinking there a big lawfirm this will be great but here is the truth we won 2.4 billion dollars a while back it was put into a trust which is being overseen by a retired bankruptcy judge her name is Barbra houser since winning the money they offered us 3500$ to buy us out if you didn't want to wait to have your claim reviewed by miss houser and her team we have zoom meetings every few months this is decided by miss houser we used to be able to ask questions live but this soon disappeared from the meeting format this review is hard for me to write because I suffered a stroke on April 4 20 24 I'm currently living in my van in Ohio it's now dec11th there are claiments with cancer diagnosis there not paid either so you tell me has this Barbra woman the judge set up one of the biggest scams in history or is it just me? I call slater shullman to have one of the reception people hang up on me they have had to hire another answering service to handle the angry phone calls after the last meeting that we had around Thanksgiving I even spoke with Jessica smith one of the partners she could not tell me where the trust goes if we are dead and gone before anything gets paid out well I found out all the moneys goes back to the boyscouts of America yet most of the money in the trust came from insurance companies affiliated with the boyscouts someone or multiple people are gonna get rich over this but this whole trust is a scam and Adam Slater brags about winning us all this money but it's all a lie but the law firm will get there 30 percent weather we are all dead or not I have put a phone call into Adam Slater let's see if he calls me back or not to be fair I will edit my review if this happens

I'm currently using them as representation for the class action boy scouts of America case there's been extremely low communication between client and attorney I do also understand that they have an enormous clientele but I would like to know what's going on with my case and where it's at in the litigation and like how much longer it's going to be before there's a result but with that said it's my understanding that these guys are the best of the best so I trust that they will continue to fight as they have in the past and I'm sure they will continue to do in the future

Professional, Ethical, Hard-working, mentoring = those are the 4 words I can use to characterize this law practice.
I started working with Mary a few years ago when I needed her to review a contract for me which was being breached. Not only did Mary get me out of the contract, but we received damages I never would have thought possible. She worked extremely hard and professionally with the other party, and was very efficient with our time and her hours.
Because of my extremely good experience with Mary, I hired her again for multiple matters, most extensively in employment law and contract law. Mary's work is bullet proof. It is so impeccable that when I hand it over to the other party, their lawyers have nothing further they could add or delete since it is done to such level of perfection.
With Mary, no question is "dumb", no concern is "annoying". I've worked with lawyers who are charging close to $1000 an hour and act annoyed when you ask them a small follow-up question. And at the end, both Mary and those "fancy" lawyers all reached the same conclusions for me. So it's simple math, 1+1=2. When something is cheaper, with the same results, why would you bother with the more expensive lawyers when you can get someone who is almost like an angel to you while being a winning lawyer?

I had a harrowing divorce battle and am fortunate to have had Amanda Shaffer as my attorney. I was served with a surprise hearing in Integrated Domestic Violence Court (IDVF) - with not even a hearing date - and I scrambled to find counsel. After a frantic search and a dozen interviews with different attorneys, I chose Amanda because of her understanding of the situation and high conflict personalities.
Amanda’s approach is like a fox. She is methodical, knowing when to stay quiet - and when to strike. (For me, staying quiet was one of the hardest things because I wanted to immediately prove my innocence and refute every false allegation against me. She told me this would take time, which it did.)
