I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. We worked together, and I found him very personable and easy to work with. He was able to break-down complex topics easily for me to understand and was extremely meticulous. On a scale from 1-10, I’m an 11 in terms of annoying. My son is my absolute world. I have been a “white pony” more times than you can imagine. Over-billed. None of it made sense. After 5 yearsong years, my lawsuit finally came to an end recently with a settlement. These guys are real winners. They market for medical malpractice but it’s unlikely that you’ll actually be able to speak to anyone or that they’ll take your case because they are “too small” according to what I was told in a text message. They also don’t provide any type of referrals or references.

Without sharing specifics of our wrongful death case, I will say that the team at Morelli took on our family's case when other firms declined. They believed us and persevered (including through the pandemic) with the case. While it took a few years, the Morelli team was able to reach a settlement for our family to be compensated for our loss. The Morelli team was empathetic and responsive to our questions and needs. While I fervently hope that such a thing never happens to our family again, I would not hesitate to re-engage Morelli for future legal needs.

The best decision I made was hiring Cannon Kearney to represent my fiance with his child support case. Every attorneys office I called prior to him wanted a consultation fee without even hearing the situation or our needs. Cannon was the first one to not mention a fee and listen to what we had going on first which completely won my business. All I needed was someone to listen and he did just that. Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

Absolutely HORRID / UNPROFESSIONAL experience with Brandon. He had left me a voice message to return his call as they had received my contact info from another firm which I submitted to an inquiry to for a legal case online. I returned Brandon's phone call the very next morning and he began berating me on the phone as to why I didn't answer his call when he called and why I didn't call him back right away. I said are you serious right now? It was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a company in which I was a potential client for in my life. He kept going on that I didn't answer his phone call and I didn't call him back right away. This "lawyer" is unhinged and off his rocker thinking he can treat / speak to people in this manner.
I returned the call the next morning well before what is customary in business of 24 hours, even so, I AM THE POTENTIAL CLIENT!! He then questioned me demanding an answer as to why I didn't pick up his call or return his call the second he called. IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHY I DIDN'T ANSWER AN UNKNOWN PHONE NUMBER OR WHY I RETURNED YOUR VOICE MESSAGE THE NEXT BUSINESS MORNING!!! I was dealing with my stomach disease being in bed all afternoon in excruciating pain after leaving my job. THAT IS WHY I DIDN'T ANSWER ANYONE'S CALL YESTERDAY AFTERNOON YOU INCONSIDERATE (I want to write an explicative term but I am more professional than that). ESPECIALLY AN UNKNOWN NUMBER!!!

If I yelled at my customers in my own profession for not immediately answering my calls or calling me back immediately, not only would I have no customers, I would be out of my profession! I then said well I don't want to work with your office if this is how you treat clients and before I could finish my sentence he hung up on me.
How dare you speak to me like that berating me when I am the one has been dealing with traumatic event in my life which has caused a cascade effect in my overall health. This is one of the most preposterous situations I have ever encountered. This office is terrible for allowing this type of culture in their company. Stay away from this place. There are endless law firms out there. Just google another one so you don't have to experience this insanity.
