Wow, anyone need divorce attorney? Checkout Richard Sullivan.
My spouse and attorney was doing everything possible to delay and obstruct the divorce process.
After 3 years and trying couple attorneys, I found Mr Sullivan. He was the only one who got my case moving forward and to the end
I noticed that some attorneys are just pushing papers, which is great for an easy-going divorce. However, reaching a settlement it’s always within your control. And I play that no one has to go through what I have.
But if you have, or just want to avoid it, give Sullivan Law and associates a call. They continued to negotiate up to the last day, to avoid a trial and settle out of court. But Richard Sullivan is a trial attorney and sometimes you need a trial attorney to avoid a trial.

Mark Wilson is the best attorney I have ever worked with. Mark and his team were extremely professional and empathetic in their approach to our situation. They are very efficient with their time and extremely knowledgeable. One of the most impressive things to me was the fact that they provided a budget after initially reviewing our case, and in the end they spent a few dollars less that they had budgeted. That HAS NEVER HAPPEN in all the years I have dealt with a number of attorney’s!! Our case centered on a fee dispute with another law firm, and was resolved to our satisfaction. First off I want to say that I feel very blessed that I was recommended to Amy, I have a Special Needs Trust that my parents left me when they died .In the Estate & Will they named my sister Susan as the Trustee of my SNT, to make a long story short my sister was not impartial with me and we both had conflicts of interest. A really good friend of mine listened to my problems and immediately referred me to Amy and my life has dramatically been stress free ever since. I agree that the probate court doesn't move fast but Amy was always consistent in replying to my emails in a timely manner. She has been Unbelievably Transparent with her billing even though this is a SNT and I am a Sole Beneficiary. I really admire the level of respect and honesty she gives me. If anyone is going through a similar situation I highly recommend Amy. The cost of her services are invaluable.

Dimitri Gross came highly recommended and it was clear to me why, after I had the pleasure to work with him on what I consider a difficult case. A long-time customer of mine had become extremely delinquent and was refusing to bring their account to balance. After experiencing several months of futility, with a balance owing in the high six figures, I sought Dimitri’s help. Dimitri explained in plain English the options I had and how a lawsuit would proceed. He was very fair and reasonable with his costs and retainer arrangement. He was transparent in his communications with the opposing side and I felt like I was an integral part of the process from beginning to end. It was obvious to me that Dimitri makes it a practice to put himself in his client’s shoes and that he truly cares about those with whom he works. I also very much appreciated Dimitri’s prompt responses and updates throughout the entire process.
With his outstanding efforts over a five-month period, Dimitri was able to recover 100% of the sizeable dollar amount owed to me by my customer, plus interest and all attorney fees. I could not have wished for a better outcome. Recovering these funds was certainly a goal, but with the questionable behavior of the customer over many months, there was never a guarantee that I would be able to recover the entire amount. So, needless to say, I was thrilled with the outcome.

He was the most gracious, well mannered attorney I've spoken to. I'm a Paralegal and have a pending probate case so that says a lot! Aside from his excellent manner and professionalism, the guy knows his stuff. I have been through five (thought it was only 3:) probate attorneys for the last 9 years and Mr. Hankin gave me information that was pivotal to the success of my case; information that I should have already been told. I recently posted a review of this attorney but my review may have been premature, as we were not yet finished completing our exchanges. Since my earlier review Mr. Hankin wrote to me again. He shed tremendous light on the one pressing question that baffled me, and he did so in a professional manner.
My initial aim was to utilize his services in the Appellate Courts, but it appears my case lacks the "teeth" for a successful appeal. If that were not my unfortunate predicament I'd most assuredly hire Mr. Hankin. Sometimes the devil is in the details. He's a details oriented attorney who takes the time to explain matters to his clients and prospective clients.
I can't speak to other areas of his law practice, but for anything pertaining to California Trusts or Probate matters he's the "go-to" attorney!

Stephen Hammers was a referral from another lawyer who could not represent my case, and I approached hiring Steve with some anxiety because I had always applied the skills of the referring lawyer over the past many years. I had no previous knowledge of Steve's work, and hoped that this referral was a solid recommendation. My matter was involved, and the case appeared to be risky. In fact, the referring lawyer (my long time friend) advised me that I stood little chance of prevailing. All that I knew was that I was in the right, and that a good lawyer might be able to prevail. Steve was cautious about giving me any hope at first, but he could see clear pathways to defeating the defendants. He applied his boundless energy to the intellect and resourcefulness that has made him such a superstar in Orange County, and we worked together in an efficient yet highly effective manner to hone the case. His persistence along certain lines of advice that at times were lost on me became invaluable to the direction that the case took, and we developed a momentum that was itself very effective for our success. While we spent time and effort on certain details, Steve never appeared to delay nor overstudy any point. At no time did I ever have the slightest doubt that he had my best interests as his own, and that he was keeping the billing as low as practicable without creating any new difficulties. He predicted a wide variety of events which all came to pass as he described, and portrayed undesirable outcomes that we avoided altogether largely because of how well he articulated their potential negative impacts to me. We reside in New Jersey and had an issue with a California rehabilitation facility that refused to appropriately refund to us a large amount of money. Although the facility was horrible, we did not want to get into a lawsuit with them, we just wanted our refund. Mr. Hammers listened to our situation, acted quickly and appropriately on our behalf, and resolved the matter just as we had hoped. We found he and his staff a pleasure to work with, always responding to our inquiries and asking our opinions on how we wished to proceed. We believe that Mr. Hammers' excellent reputation was why our situation was settled quickly, the opposing counsel simply did not want to battle him in court. The attorney fees charged were explained to us up front, and the fees were fair and accurate. We knew nothing about attorneys in California. Stephen G. I just wanted to profusely thank Steve Fink for helping my client through a very sticky real estate situation!!! He is amazing & I highly recommend him :)
Last week, I had a seller deny an inspector access to his property, which caused my buyer to be late on her closing. The seller threatened to cancel the escrow and keep the buyer's deposit, while he knew the reason we could not close was because the inspector was not allowed back in.
I called CAR legal, and was beyond disappointed when they told me there was nothing that could be done past day 17 to force a seller allow additional inspections, even if they were follow up. Seriously??? Nothing??!! In desperation I went to Steve because I knew this was not fair, he has dealt with thousands of contracts, and he would have an angle. Within hours, Steve had a letter beautifully written and emailed to the stubborn seller. The next day the seller let the inspector in (it was over an FHA loan requirement for smoke detectors in every bedroom of all things!) and the buyer was able to get her loan funded.
