Thomas & Webber are by far one of the finest closing attorneys anyone could ask for. We were assigned a new closing agent, Kristen and she did an amazing job. She was on top of this complex transaction involving a concurrent closing From Mooresville to Blowing Rock, even making sure the funds were wired by end of closing day, therefor with our truck loaded we were able to get the key to the new purchase! Absolute Scam and Unprofessional Behavior
Jeremy,
I hired you to help with a bogus speeding ticket, where I have clear dash cam footage showing my speed, location, and the officer’s actions before and after the stop. The officer claimed I was going 80 in a 45, wrote the wrong location of the stop, and the speed limit on that road was actually 55. My speedometer was at 61, clearly shown on the dash cam. Yet, you had the nerve to tell me you could “maybe” reduce the ticket to a 14-over, despite knowing the entire ticket was a joke.
After this ridiculous introduction, I called the very next day—over a month before the court date—and requested a refund. Your desk lady assured me I’d get a full refund. But today, I get a call telling me the case was continued (even though I fired you), and now you’re only offering half of my payment back because you “spent 20 minutes” on my case? That’s a load of crap.
Then, to top it off you have the audacity to threaten me with legal action if I dispute this scam through my bank. You’re not even competent enough to handle a simple case like this and now you’re acting like a crook. I honestly feel bad for your firm that you’re so desperate for this money, but I’ll be sure to keep on sharing my experience the community.
Keep the half—you clearly need it more than I do.

Speaking from the time we hired Rebecca has been about how much money I can provide for her to even think about making a phone call or even an email. To me it has been about money and this case should’ve been settled. You have the proof to win the case. She drags her feet with her hand out for funds. I will not recommend her services because she hasn’t done anything for my case and it’s been over 6 months and no results and over 15k spent for what??. All these other these reviews must be your friends because I don’t recommend.

We reached out to attorney, Robert Maitland, for the very first time, regarding a very stressful, time-sensitive, provider related conflict on a major home renovation. A huge 40-piece cabinet order was to be delivered the following day but the day before the already weeks late delivery was to happen, we received unacceptable demands for payment by the supplier who threatened refusal to deliver the following day unless their unreasonable demands were met.The cabinets had already been delayed for weeks and needless to say we were frustrated and anxious about the job slow down.
Even though the firm’s appointment booking system only provided one single 30-minute consultation, Mr. Maitland not only took his time, prior to our consult, to review our contract and the supporting information that I had forwarded earlier that morning. He never made us feel rushed during the consult in which he recommended a solid solution.
More, he agreed to reach out to the provider, drafted a letter of agreement, and calmed the situation down that very afternoon so the delivery could proceed the next day.
He accomplished all of the above on a two hour window! More importantly, he negotiated a solution that avoided what might otherwise have been a nightmarish and costly legal battle and anxiety-ridden additional project delay.
Frankly, I’ve never received such competent, thoughtful and effective legal service in such a stressful, time-condensed situation, including during my 20+ years as CEO and owner of a major real estate sales and marketing company. If I could have given Mr.Maitland a higher rating then 5-stars I would have done so.
If you are looking for a client-best-interest solution, quality legal advice and service from a brilliant and calming communicator you will not find a better contract lawyer than Mr. Maitland!

I’m a social worker and speak with lots of people on a daily basis. He is very knowledgeable and I look forward to having him represent me in my matter against my employer. I have been working with Mrs. Sarah Gerow and she has been amazing. I’ve also spoken to Mr. Mark a couple times and they are both very professional, patient, very understanding of my situation. I am updated on everything even calls me to inform me of the small to major updates. Mrs. Gerow does not rush me what so ever. Her communication is amazing. With inflation and everything being so expensive she doesn’t constant ask for me to put funds in my trust fund, but respectfully reminds me when I do forget. This goes to again point out she is very understanding of any situation. I can trust her with anything and everything without feeling judge or misunderstood. I also want to point out she is a “what do you want”, “this is what I think is best for you” and not a “I think we should do this or you should go with this and agree to that”, but as well has me fully aware of the possible good and bad outcomes. This firm is definitely not a what I’m used to hearing “some do it for the money and try to win”. This firm actually cares about their client, and clients money. Lastly, 100% military friendly/ knowledgeable. Both Mrs. Gerow and Mr.Mark have been able to answer all of my questions regarding the military without any hesitation or “let me get back to you on that”.

On March 12, 2021, a lady ran a red light when the car beside her turned right on red. She was on her phone. I was going through a green light. Needless to say, we crashed in the middle of the intersection. After hitting the front of my car, the impact caused her to spin around and hit my driver's door. That turned my car into a commercial sized van which caused me to t-bone him. Then, the van spun around and hit my passenger's door pushing my car across seven lanes of traffic. This accident totaled my Lexus convertible which was in mint condition. Cars like that with no accidents and low mileage are very difficult to find. I mention that to say, you can get another car. However, you cannot get a new spine. This accident herniated C-4 to C-5 and further damaged C-5 to C-6, also damaged C-7 to C-8. My life came to a screeching halt! Initially, I couldn't move either of my arms. The policeman at the scene had to tell me what happened because I only remembered the van and didn't know what caused the accident. I was going through a green light! On April 12, 2021,
I had neck surgery replacing C-4 to C-6 with two plastic discs, six screws and a plate in my neck.
I am saying all of this to let you know that I have been in five other accidents and never had to have surgery or miss work! After hiring two other law firms which were no help, I was referred to CRLegal Team. They believed in me and worked hard for very little money!
