Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. She was punctual and there early, and she was sharp and was able to persuade the judge to go in a manner that is greatly done. Normally, Injunctions only last for about 1 - 2 years. But, with Laura's help we got an answer that seemed impossible, a ten year injunction. We got an answer that went beyond out expectations. I would recommend Laura for anyone. I spoke to several attorneys before hiring Mr. Dunaway, he put me at ease immediately when he gave me a solid price to do my husbands probate with NO what ifs to think about. It is hard enough to deal with the death of your spouse, let alone hearing that your fees could double, even though there was a will and the only thing left was a house. Do yourself a favor and call Mr. Dunaway, I cant recommend him enough.

I was a victim of a storage unit robbery that turned out to be a clear cut case of negligence on the part of the storage company. After being turned down by several local attorney's (telling me I did not have a case), I was recommended to Wes by my neighbors daughter. He explained the ins and outs of the lawsuit process and took my case. We worked together for over two years and finally reached a financial settlement with a large insurance company. I appreciate the legal advice I received. I feel that without knowing that this has already been an option that was tried, would be the perfect response for this situation. And it was something I had tried approx. 5-6 yrs. ago with horrendous results, turning what started as a simple contractual disagreement, property damage, items thrown at me, dispute into what they called a "training session" on what "harassment", "terroristic threatening" and how "useless a TRO" was/were on a daily basis, and is still ongoing - though now just verbal threats/commentary. Which I realize I must not have specified when I first submitted my question, and have since corrected. Along with another question in regards to other issues that have cropped up due to this situation. (I have tried most of the normal venues, but was hoping for a last resort legal agency or such that could be contacted at this point.)

I Hired Lauren Heatwole for a clarification of My ex wifes portion of my Retirement annuity. It was clear in my Amended Final judgement. However with anything it takes time and money to resolve these "whats seems to be simple issues". Lauren Directed me to also Hire an Actuary to be an expert witness.
The Actuary along with Lauren's team kept me informed with the Process.
At trail Lauren articulated every point I had made to her in conference in explicit detail. Trail went with ease. She had presented my case in detail to the judge.
Prior to me hiring her, she did go through in detail best and worst situations. She did not candy coat a bad outcome. I thought I was standing on firm ground but she went the extra miles that she thought she would prevail however when Judges get involved you never know.
I am not hesitant in giving my full recommendation for Lauren and her Team.

I was feeling ashamed, overwhelmed & bewildered by my credit & debt situation. Especially since I had walked away from a large salary & very successful career just a few years ago to pursue more meaningful, personally fulfilling creative endeavors.
