Great lawyer, very professional. Was very clear from the start about expectations and delivered a great outcome for me. The up front retainer was a little high although we were able to renegotiate that it was refundable and Stephen refunded the remaining funds once the case was over. He has a great manner in court and was good at negotiations required for cases. He is very understanding, polite, patient and dedicated.

Stephen was exactly the lawyer I needed when we reached out to him following my incident. He was very good at explaining the different options we had for contesting the case and also the likelihood of success and time lines. He's extremely personable and did well with the negotiations that were required.
I was charged with 6 offenses and was able to walk out of the courtroom with 2 offenses on my record and the main one reduced in severity. A very good result.
Stephen was very professional in all respects but particularly in the courtroom where it was obvious he was in his comfort zone. There were a few requests we had of the judge which were a little bit outside of the norm and Stephen handled them very well. We were able to get conditions added to the court documents making the probation part of my sentence much easier to handle.

I can't put into words how wonderful it was to work with Bill. This is my family's second engagement with Bill. My mother used him as her attorney for the sale of her business. This time he helped us with the sale of our family home.

Ive worked for my boss who owns a few gentlemans clubs and regular bars for about 19 years now and he has had Bill Morrin as our lawyer for years and I gotta say Bill and his wife, Liz, who works the front desk of his ofc, are the most genuine ppl ive ever met. Besides the fact that hes an outstanding lawyer, they both are so warm and funny and just all around good people. Harry saved the day! I initiated what I thought would be a simple commercial property transaction and quickly realized that I needed legal representation. The other parties were not cooperative and my best interest was not a priority. Based on a recommendation, I reached out to Harry late afternoon on a Friday and Harry returned the call Friday evening. Harry is brilliant and knows exactly how to strategically handle resistance. We hired Mr. Cook for what we thought would be a small case. Unfortunately it did not turn out that way. The case involved an educational institution and we are thankful for Mr. Cook’s knowledge, assertiveness when necessary, and calm demeanor when necessary. He was also very kind and thoughtful to our family during this extremely stressful process. I don’t know what we would have done with out his level of expertise in the area of IEP‘s and making the educational institution accountable for their actions. Mr. Jeffrey Cianciulli was my defender in a lawsuit brought against me by people who had embezzled money from me. He was not only diligent in understanding and presenting the many facts about the case in my defense, he was amazing in the courtroom in speaking with the judge on my behalf, as well as being my staunch advocate in a mediation with one of the litigants. There were reams of financial information to go through in order to understand the full extent of the facts on both sides of the case. Mr. Cianciulli worked with an accountant as well as an advisor on venture capital to understand the full scope of the damages on both sides to recommend a reasonable settlement. two years ago I was involved in an accident where i slipped on ice in a super market parking lot. I went to several lawyers before choosing Mr. Cooper. The first lawyers i saw gave me a bad feeling, they rushed me into their offices and treated me like a big money sign. I was refused unemployment by my prior employer and had to appeal the judgement. It had been over 14 years since I had last filed and was at a loss as to the process.
I consulted Ms. Hoye telephonicly. She was pleasant, professional and comprehensive in sharing her expertise in this area. Armed with her expertise, I was able to present my case to the Referee in such a manor as he reversed the prior ruling and I commenced receiving my unemployment.

I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. We had been involved in an ongoing suit for 2 years. We had worked with 2 attorneys on our case, both came highly recommended. We could not understand why our case was going nowhere. We felt the prosecution seemed to be gaining ground, although we were told we had a good case . Our case dragged on and on.We were bringing strategy ideas to our attorney, because we never heard his strategy plan. Our attorney only intensified our stress level. We were at our wits end. We were the defendants and we had lost any quality of life we once had .
When we hired Abby Sacunas it was as if we had representation for the first time . The difference was measureable; quick action, return phone calls, pressing ahead in an agressive professional manner. She had support staff which kept the momentum pressing forward. Abby was to the point and kept on point. We could not believe the attention our case received. Abby turned our case around. We were guided by Abby every step of the way. She prepped us brilliantly for our deposition. Now the opposing attorney knew he was facing a true professional.

Jason was great! He immediatly addressed my concerns by having me forward the documentation regarding potential litigation against my company. After forwarding the documentation, I received a return call right away from Jason stating that there were numerous legal reasons why the other parties claims were worthless, and that if he needed to defend my company, he was certain he would be able to do so with 100% success. He drafted a letter to the other attorneys directly addressing the other parties concerns, stated that he felt their case was without merit, and that if needed, he was going to defend us aggressivelly. Jason was able to refute thier claims with clear cut legal precedents put in place to protect me and my small company. What can I say, sometimes we find ourselves in a tight spot. Don't take a knife to a gunfight. Scott defended me throughly and treated me with dignity, I walked away and learned from the misunderstanding with no criminal record, with the charges dropped. I hired Doug's firm in March 2014 and he was quickly assigned my case. At the time, my company was in the process of trying to recover a large debt from one of our vendors, on our own, for 2 years. In order to pay us, our vendor had to sell his company, which only complicated things. From the beginning, Doug showed himself to be very "hands-on" and proactive.
