Scott Bennett was an excellent choice of an attorney for my case. I was faced with a life changing event that I did not even understand was an offense. He was extremely thorough in his explanations of the offense, the potential charges I faced and what each one of them meant to me as a professional and a person. Scott demonstrated knowledge of the legal system and the compassion of a human being. Scott worked diligently on the case to minimize the effect it would have on my life. He was able to assist me with lowering the offense from three felony charges to one misdemeanor. Along the way, he lessoned my anxiety, but kept me informed each step of the way of the potential results. He made suggestions to me that increased my chances for a lower sentence and reached out to my friends and family to obtain additional information that would be helpful. When I first went to Scott over a stressful contractor remodel job that ran way over the estimate. The contractor was suing me. Scott calmed down my fears over the legal process. Whenever I needed to talk to him he was there. He always responded back to emails and text messages quickly. He has a quiet, calm personality, but don't let that fool you. If you need a trial attorney he is an excellent negotiator with a solid ethical code. You can expect because of his ethical code that you will not be over billed for his time. Scott was able to settle my case without it going to court. It was no surprise to me that he made partner as quickly as he did at his firm. I will forever be grateful to Scott!

I went to Mr. Hudspeth hoping that he would represent me on a business contract. But after reviewing my entire contract and having two of his staff attorneys research my case, he came to the conclusion that I would be better served by an attorney with expertise in securities law. Mr. Hudspeth did not charge me for any of his or the other attorneys’ time. I was disillusioned that he was not going to be able to represent me because I wanted the most competent attorney I knew, and that was Mr. Hudspeth.
The reason I know this is because I also worked for Mr. Hudspeth for five years. I learned to have tremendous respect for him as a lawyer and as a person. I have been around lawyers most of my life, but working for Mr. Hudspeth I saw a side I had not been exposed to very much. His compassion for others and understanding comes through in his communications, and that is something I have taken away with me and try to emulate. In his practice too, he expected that everyone adhere to ethical standards as the right and natural thing to do.
Therefore, I highly recommend Mr. Hudspeth to anyone looking for competence, dedication, and years of experience.

I wanted to take the time to write a review to help other's make a good decision on an attorney.
When the accident happened, my "thinking" was not clear. However, I did know the attorney we picked would make a big difference in a complex TBI case. We interviewed (3) PI attorneys that were highly recommended. With the resources the G &K Team was providing it was an easy choice. From Bob's and Chuck's finesse and Trial experience to their administrative support (Karen) we had a complete team.
They are all athletes which gives them that "Don't Give Up Can Do Attitude"
Bob interviewed our doctors, arrange a mock jury (which is very telling) and came prepared to our mediation meetings and depositions.
He is well versed in Worker's Comp and Disability issues.
We had monthly conference calls to keep the communication lines open; moreover, to make sure any new findings were encompassed into our case. It was made clear we had to be part of the process.
As was originally thought, when you are coming down to the wire, our attorney's skill and reputation was the key.

Antonio Rosacci is an excellent attorney and all around good person. Antonio helped me with a civil matter in 2009 and with a car accident in 2011. Brad spent 15 minutes consulting us on our case. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He even offered to look into the case a little deeper as a courtesy. Unfortunately, our case wasn't in his jurisdiction so we couldn't hire him, but I would definitely feel comfortable using him if he were licensed in our area.
