Mr Gray is very pleasant. He listens to concerns completely & focused on the matter at hand with a plan to back it up. When I talked to him, he discussed different view points & tactics. He didn't sugar-coat things. He was straight forward & even recited different laws & statues as he went over possible scenarios. He made us feel much better because he thinks things through. His work ethic and knowledge never ceased to impress me. My entire time working with him I always felt that he had my best interest at the forefront of his mind and continued working up till the last minute. I know he spent many nights late in his office working diligently.
I was never out of the loop and he always communicated with me all necessary information. He was able to break down in laymen’s terms the often confusing legal wording so that I was able to understand. He has a good court room presence and is able to think on the fly. He is well organized and was ready to have any information he needed in a moment’s notice. I was informed of all my legal rights and different options that I would be able to pursue, as in depth as I ask for. I never felt that I wasn’t going to get anything shy of his best no matter what decision I made. I had the confidence in his knowledge and ability to give him a lot of control in the case and ultimately my case went in my favor.
Having him on my side helped ease my nerves and kept me relatively low stress due my confidence in his ability. I was always able to talk with him whenever I need it and it greatly helped over the long legal process.

I found Attorney Josh Goldberg on line. I was specifically looking for someone for my son that had experience in traffic tickets. He was able to get a speeding ticket moved to an equipment violation. What I liked in particular was all of the information that Attorney Goldberg shared prior to going to court. My son had all of the documents necessary to show he had a good driving record. We would haven't thought to have any of that for court. He even made sure to tell my son to dress up. His traffic violation wasn't a big deal but in the long run it could have had consequences for insurance rates going up and possibly effecting his employment regarding his CDL. I would highly recommend Attorney Goldberg. He communicated well and worked with my son directly.

I bet you never thought "decent human being" and lawyer could reside in the same person, but JPI seems to have found them!
I temped for them as a legal assistant in early 1998. I wasn't a regular employee or a client (well, we'll get to that), yet I was always treated like I was one of the gang. I was included in their Friday night outings after work, and spoken to like an equal. Mr. Pass, for being a name partner, is so down-to-earth - I've worked in D.C. law firms with junior associates who treated me with less respect - and I had more seniority than them!
Despite working hard, I had a big drop in income from what I had been used to and needed, so JPI helped me file for bankruptcy and even represented me - and they didn't ask for a dime over the filing fees. All Mr. Pass wanted was to see me get to a better place in life. We stayed in touch as I left Pennsylvania to make that happen.
Nearly 25 years later, as I write this, I can still call and ask his advice and chat with him, if he's not busy. How many people do you meet in a lifetime who are genuinely good people, who are good at what they do? How many of those people are lawyers? I mean, I can tell stories about lawyers I've worked with and how mercenary they are even in their private lives. The profession seems to attract that type. The law firm of JPI turns the idea of the stereotypical lawyer on its head. They're good people out to do good. It's like they never lost the idealism that drove them to go to law school. This should be the ideal boutique law firm.

Patrick handled a nursing home abuse case for our family. He was consistently respectful, sensitive , caring and efficient throughout this entire process. Anytime I phoned or emailed with a question, it was never more than 12hours before he got back to me. Usually he responded within one hour. I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now. Recently he was attempting to rent an apartment in another state and he was turned down because records showed he had a felony. This was incorrect so we contacted Bernie for advice.
