I reached out to Mr Wymard shortly after getting into trouble with a friend. Mr Wymard assured me that while the charges were "trumped up," there was still some risk to the case against me. After reviewing all of the facts and speaking to several witnessed, I was assured that we would have good chances in a trial. While I was still nervous about the situation and the impact it could have on my life, Mr Wymard's confidence made me feel better about the imminent proceedings. To my surprise, my attorney had been working in the background to have the case thrown out, and he did!

I did not talk to Lawyer Francis Dacey Wymard but he answered my question about my N400 and I was very satisfied with the answer, so I decided to mail my revised N-400 to the National Benefits Center for my N400 be revised. I did mail my revised N400 using USPS certified mail with return receipt and I also included all the valid documentations from the correct state agencies.

Mr. Tim Conboy is an excellent attorney and certainly the person you want in your corner when the need arises. I was referred to Mr. Conboy by a neighbor who is also make attorney. My neighbor didn’t make this recommendation lightly, he took a week before he told me that Tim was the attorney he recommend. He told me that he inquired within his circle of attorney friends and that every one of his colleagues highly recommended Tim Conboy as their go to attorney. I cannot think of a higher complement than a recommendation from numerous other attorneys. My case was a difficult one and lasted a number of years, but Tim stayed with me through every part of my case which eventually resulted in a successful conclusion.

I hired Atty. Gordon to help me re-negotiate my divorce case. I came to him with an existing divorce agreement that was settled without representation. Needless to say he had his work cut out for him. He did a wonderful job of explaining where the issues were and where we had room to negotiate. I felt very comfortable with his advice every step of the way. Divorce is a very stressful time in anyone's life and having someone like Atty. Gordon to calmly guide you along the way is priceless. I initially sought a consultation with Mr. Stewart regarding a real estate matter. Mr. Stewart was immensely helpful in clarifying the nature of my legal situation, and offered sensible and straightforward advice on how to defuse what was (to me at least) an increasingly complicated dispute. When the other party in my situation become more unreasonable, he and his firm were there every step of the way to advise, assist, and reassure. I should add that Mr. Stewart was also both clear and reasonable regarding his fees, and went to some length to help contain costs and provide legal services within my budget.

Matt was instrumental in guiding me through the process of obtaining a Limited Guardianship for my mother's estate, so that she would able to obtain the monthly annuity due to her from the US Navy, as a widow of a deceased Naval officer. This required the services of an attorney with a military certification, which is an area in which Matt is qualified to serve. The US Military does not accept a POA from the civil court as a means for me to handle my mother's financial affairs, due to her mental incapacity, and Matt represented me in order to obtain the necessary measures in accordance with the US Navy to fulfill that need. He handled the nature of my mother's disability with sensitivity and professionalism.

Jim represented the insurance company and me in a personal injury suit where I was the defendant in slip and fall case. The initial amount the plaintiff was requesting was well above my insurance liability limit. It was settled well below the limits of my policy, so there was no cost me me.
