Absolute Scam and Unprofessional Behavior
Jeremy,
I hired you to help with a bogus speeding ticket, where I have clear dash cam footage showing my speed, location, and the officer’s actions before and after the stop. The officer claimed I was going 80 in a 45, wrote the wrong location of the stop, and the speed limit on that road was actually 55. My speedometer was at 61, clearly shown on the dash cam. Yet, you had the nerve to tell me you could “maybe” reduce the ticket to a 14-over, despite knowing the entire ticket was a joke.
After this ridiculous introduction, I called the very next day—over a month before the court date—and requested a refund. Your desk lady assured me I’d get a full refund. But today, I get a call telling me the case was continued (even though I fired you), and now you’re only offering half of my payment back because you “spent 20 minutes” on my case? That’s a load of crap.
Then, to top it off you have the audacity to threaten me with legal action if I dispute this scam through my bank. You’re not even competent enough to handle a simple case like this and now you’re acting like a crook. I honestly feel bad for your firm that you’re so desperate for this money, but I’ll be sure to keep on sharing my experience the community.
Keep the half—you clearly need it more than I do.

I had hired another lawyer, but replaced him as soon as I spoke with Mr. Little. James didn’t over promise, but gave me confidence he knew the anxiety this matter was causing, and the hope that he would have it dismissed entirely. He talked to me like a person, not a case file. Mr. Little did have the matter dismissed on the first court date, while I’m still waiting on the refund from the first lawyer.

Shannon has been a life saver for me. She took my case when no one else would even talk to me. I was being harassed and bullied by a large company and no one wanted to fight for the “little guy” except Shannon. She was fantastic. they don’t really communicate with clients well. they won’t tell you anything on the court date, they’ll send an email with the updates. i had to call and ask for them to have the lawyer talk to me. i hired a lawyer bc i live in another state and there was some miscommunication resulting in my court date being moved back a month and a half. i only found out bc i called them to ask for updates. when the second court date came around they got my case dismissed tho!

I have been working with Mrs. Sarah Gerow and she has been amazing. I’ve also spoken to Mr. Mark a couple times and they are both very professional, patient, very understanding of my situation. I am updated on everything even calls me to inform me of the small to major updates. Mrs. Gerow does not rush me what so ever. Her communication is amazing. With inflation and everything being so expensive she doesn’t constant ask for me to put funds in my trust fund, but respectfully reminds me when I do forget. This goes to again point out she is very understanding of any situation. I can trust her with anything and everything without feeling judge or misunderstood. I also want to point out she is a “what do you want”, “this is what I think is best for you” and not a “I think we should do this or you should go with this and agree to that”, but as well has me fully aware of the possible good and bad outcomes. This firm is definitely not a what I’m used to hearing “some do it for the money and try to win”. This firm actually cares about their client, and clients money. Lastly, 100% military friendly/ knowledgeable. Both Mrs. Gerow and Mr.Mark have been able to answer all of my questions regarding the military without any hesitation or “let me get back to you on that”.

Towards the amazing team at Riddle and Brantley. I was in a really bad car accident. And after trying to work with the insurance company with the at fault party and they weren't willing to help me. I honestly felt like it was the end of the road, and no one was going to help me.
Then I contacted this company and man old man. I can honestly say they came in the clutch. Bob Morton was one of the worst attorneys i have dealt with. He told me he was going to settle my case. A neighbor had taken part of my property. He said he was going to research it. He said he would let his legal secretary do a lot of the research to save me money. Not true. Every week he was asking me for more money. He did not question why the surveyor suddenly said he may have made a mistake on surveying my property after he said he was sure the property was mine. He said if the other surveyor said I was wrong maybe I was. Mr. Morton was terrible in solving or helping me. He cost me a tremendous amount of money, then quit on me. Come to find out, he was wrong. The property was mine. A tree fell and the stake was under the tree. I lost over 100k not including close to 80k in attorneys fees. I lost a triangle of property, 8 ft by several hundred feet. I felt like was he cash cow, every week wanting more money but never doing anything to help the situation.

The process of filing my EB-2 was not only making nervous but also giving me alot of challenges in terms of providing accurate information in the USCIS forms. Each check box matters on every USCIS form, and there is only correct way of doing it! I was nervous that I would make errors. When Mueni Muli and team came onboard, they did all the paperwork, consulted me all through the process and successfully filed and obtained an EB-2 approval!! It did not end there, the team reached out to me later and informed me that since there is a nearly 18-month delay in visa availability, we should file an EB-1. I had hired another lawyer, but replaced him as soon as I spoke with Mr. Little. James didn’t over promise, but gave me confidence he knew the anxiety this matter was causing, and the hope that he would have it dismissed entirely. He talked to me like a person, not a case file.
