Brittany Taylor was appointed as the Receiver for my father's probate case. The house reportedly sold months ago, but she has failed to send me a notice of proposed action, and never updated me or my attorney on the sale. She has ignored all my attorney's calls over the past few months, and the funds should have been distributed by now, or months ago. I am incredibly frustrated by her lack of communication with both me and my attorney, her refusal to send the notice prior to the house sale, and the continued delay in distributing the proceeds. Her ongoing disregard for my emails and calls is highly unprofessional and deeply frustrating.

Mr. Urmin recently acted as my attorney, providing consultation and guidance as well as an expertly crafted cease and desist letter. And, I have been able to rest easy for some time now, no longer having to worry as much about the spectre of a former employer making illegal threats to my business to the effect of tortious Interference with contracts. Mr. Fowler is a very wonderful person and a GREAT lawyer. He helped me protect my children, when I thought all hope was lost! Even though the visitation was resolved, he is still there with a personal touch to comfort me with the on-going child support questions. I still have to go to court, Mr. Fowler always returns my calls, to answer any questions I have about the case with the Attorney General. Simply because the NCP has to take drug test and supervised visits. He (NCP) has really done niether in 4yrs. I worry about him (NCP) changing visitation. Mr. Folwer is very calming and only states the facts, that if you are in the right , clam you down. He is not like other lawyers I've had in the past the leave you "HANGING" on the phone, or worse in the hall at the court house! Thank You for Your Time... GOD BLESS

I hired John to assist in my child custody suit. It was truly a blessing to find him! I can't begin to tell you the difficulty of this case. We actually had a 3 day jury trial! Which in the end, with John's knowledge, his diligence in researching every avenue to find the truth, and just his overall passion to assist me in something so important as the outcome of my daughters life, the jury sided in my favor. Flowler is a few and far between! we call him our PIT BULL! we have used him on a few cases and each time he has nailed the other side to the wall.... we are currently using him AGAIN.. GOTTA LOVE HIM!!! never have i seen such a quiet spoken man do diligence like he. he is an hones straight forward hard working lawyer who will tell you up front and wont weasel any money out of you just because... He know the law like the back of his hand and will tell it like it is, he doesn't sugar coat anything and that's what we love most about him besides the fact that he gets the job done and gets in done in great timing..... i would recommend him to my worst enemy he is that good

Everything comes down to money money money... I never met a lawyer who is money hungry like Mrs Kinser. On the other hand her employees turn over is probably the worst. Its like every couple of months there is someone new and the rest are gone..
Initially I thought I got a good lawyer, in the end I still regret. The chance of winning a case with her is slim, very. She will charge you not just for the water you drink in her office but for the gas she put in her car to drive to the court... really Kimberly?? That's not professionalism, that's plain greed.
