Reed rescued me from a very legal situation that began when my ex wife refused to pay the debt she incurred by stealing my identity and then not making the payments on the credit cards she had gotten in my name. She agreed to pay these in our divorce decree. After almost 20 years of attempted garnishment of my income, he ended this for me, and brought me closure. Case closed. He's amazing! Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. The amount is over $16k so this is making a huge impact on my credit score/utilization/total balances and ability to get approved for new credit. I was in serious trouble. My ex wife's very powerful family from the FLDS cult wanted me out of the way so they could get custody of my kids (they had inherited some money). He knew the stakes and right when they were playing their worst game, my kid's lives would have been destroyed, he drove 5 hours from Salt Lake to the not-so-above-board jurisdiction and fought for me in person. He and his partner worked brilliantly together. It was a miracle. I am still under the gun, but 5 years down the line Zach has managed to work the system (even though they are willing to cheat to get me) as well as anyone could. They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. Was this case going to be a challenge bc of living across the country and depending on zoom calls due to the pandemic yes but him and his team proved to me that they were in it for the long hall. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

Lincoln Hobbs was recommended to me by another lawyer so I contacted him when I was most stressed by an employment dilemma. I was able to see him within 24 hours of contacting his office. During the one hour meeting with him, he provided a path forward and before I even got home from the meeting, he had prepared and emailed a draft letter to me that would ultimately be sent to my former employer.
Even though I was completely overwhelmed by my situation, Lincoln always remained calm and provided the most excellent service. He kept me involved in the process and provided options for me at every decision point.

I called for a consultation with Marlon Bates, ot expecting much. I was having troubles trying to figure out my options and routes needed for adverse possesion/heirship/ect. He gave me 3+ more ideas options than ANY other real estate attorney in Utah! Attorney Marlon Bates went above and beyond in advising me and drafting an agreement to modify and modification to easement for my house purchase and I'm 100% sure I would not have been able to go through buying my first house without his help.
This was my first every need for an attorney, so I found Marlon through just the regular online search. After sending inquiry to over half dozen attorneys I found, Marlon was the very first to respond with immediate availability. He spent more than an hour on our consultation call, providing more than I was hoping to learn and get advice on the my easement situation. He left on a family vacation the week after but he was still very responsive to my questions and when I decided to move forward with the house with only left few days till diligence deadline, he was able to provide me with the perfect agreement and easement modification draft that I needed to close on my house with a peace of mind. In addition, he was able to clearly outline the risks and the steps that I needed to know and take to fully implement the contract and the modification.
Buying my first house with easement issues was a very scary decision and I would have never gone through buying this house if it wasn't for the reassuring consultation and the contracts and modification drafts that Marlon provided. I would go through this all over again with his help.
Ultimately, I ended up with a better term on the house and more favorable modifications to the easement than I would have initially accepted on the house.

There wasn't much insurance available so Dave told us he would be happy to offer guidance and counsel, but he wouldn't feel right about taking us on as clients and having some of the insurance settlement go to him when we would need it for the life-long injuries our son was facing! What can you say about any lawyer?
We've all heard the jokes about lawyers and how most of them have no soul and are only after the money.
I hadn't met a lawyer that didn't fit into that category until I met Margaret Olson. Ms Olson not only has a wonderful soul, she is also the most accomplished professional I know. She has treated me and my family like we were part of her family.
Like the title says above... I could not give a higher recommendation to someone looking for a lawyer who gets the job done and knows her stuff. She will handle your case professionally, and with a heart.
