Rosanne advised my wife and me in responding to a demand from a private school from which we had withdrawn our children to pay several months' tuition before the school year started. We withdrew because the school moved locations after we executed the application contract (which we knew about) to a highly undesirable location in a commercial district immediately behind an auto "row" (which we didn't know about ahead of time, but the school did).
Under Rosanne's guidance and review, I drafted a letter requesting that the school drop its demand for tuition and return our deposits accompanied by copies of correspondence, information about the criminal activity in the vicinity of the new school location and other relevant information, and indicated my willingness to sue in small claims court to settle the matter if necessary.
To our great delight, the school completely reversed its demand and agreed to our terms and we've now received the money. Rosanne's advice was instrumental to this outcome, as she was proactive in ensuring we moved swiftly, provided ample documentation, reviewed and corrected the form and content of my draft and even gave great instruction in how to assemble and package the letter and supporting information physically for maximum effect.
We are very happy with the service Roseanne gave us and would not hesitate to recommend her to others or use her services again were the need to arise.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Leigh Law Group.
We have had a few advocates and two law firms throughout our trials and tribulations with our school district. The first law firm refused to move forward with our case and essentially bullied us into taking a retro-settlement with the district.
We quickly switched law firms and started working with Damien Troutman from the Leigh Law Group. I liked Damien because he was to the point, responsive, and communicative. It also helps that there was a positive outcome to our litigation, something that Damien never doubted. He was willing to go through an entire trial and even go federal if that is what it took.
You cannot go wrong with the Leigh Law Group. Ms. Leigh was very helpful throughout as well. A+.

After moving from one school district to another, our child was left without a school and approved services for months, disrupting their learning and causing significant regression in behavioral & educational development.
We tried on numerous occasions to work with the new district towards a solution, including attending school with our child for several months due to the districts inability to find and hire appropriate staff, so we went through multiple parenting groups on Facebook to find someone to represent our child and family in litigation.
Leigh Law Group were recommended by parents all over California, so we made contact and that was the best decisions we could have made for our family. Mandy and Damien are incredibly well-versed in law and experienced in representing families in situations like ours. They listened to us and fought for us and every dollar was a dollar well-spent.

We all know that the more experience a lawyer has, the better. It is important that the lawyer possess the utmost knowledge of the law district (s)he practices within, and knows the judges and prosecutors. You can even make sure to find a lawyer with membership in a specialized organization, like the American Trial Lawyers Association, which supplies members with resources and information. And, you could go so far as to compare the lawyer’s past results by requesting some proof of prior verdicts such as court records or newspaper reports. Frankly, I suggest you do.
But, if you have come here you obviously are looking for a subjective assessment and that is what I often use in appraisals of all kinds. I am an investor and value a good lawyer’s contributions and ideas. Nils is one of the very few attorneys I have employed that can speak with you like a compeer, yet - provide you with ideas, insight and legal information that for me has kept us out of court - yet on the leading edge of the law. He handles his cases personally, has an excellent staff and makes himself available even after hours (and that can be his one weakness, since he is a trial lawyer, he can be found in court and thus be a bit difficult to reach).
Nevertheless, he has usually found time for me during a given day and always by the evening or next day. His rates are fair and he often likes speaking on subject or off - without charging. I think Nills is an excellent lawyer.

I didn't know Nathan, but he was really good to work with. He answered a bunch of questions I had (no charge which was cool), and walked me through how a revocable trust worked. We also took care of my health directive and he told me what was up with choosing a guardian for my child if I died so that was cool but not great to think about. But he actually gave me some questions and we worked it out in about 15 minutes. SO yeah, dude was cool for a lawyer.

OK, if you want an attorney who is really smart, friendly, and will listen to you, give this guy a call. I have hired Nathan for a number of different legal matters. He defended me when I was sued twice, he walked me through my estate planning, and he helped me negotiate a lease for a commercial space. I think he is an outstanding attorney because he actually LISTENS to me, he calls me back whenever I reach out, and he sends me periodic updates on the legal matters I have hired him for without me having to call first. He also saved me huge hassle when I got divorced, he called me and walked me through what I needed to do to stop my ex-wife getting my assets if I dided, I had no idea changing my living will wasn't enough to accomplish this. If he hadn't walked me through everything, she would still be listed as a beneficiary for my insurance, meaning she, not my sister, would've received the proceeds if I died. The other attorney I spoke with didn't say a word about this. Anyhow. Good luck with your legal issues no matter who you hire.

I can't recommend Kevin highly enough. He helped me through a legal difficulty with great success. I appreciated the time he took with me to really understand the case and do the research involved. He kept my expectations realistic, but the outcome far exceeded them. He was friendly but also professional. I contacted Daniel for a time/money critical case which had to be resolved ASAP. I am a first timer and have never sniffed the air in a court room or a lawyer's office before. I did not know how to go about the issue. Upon calling multiple individual lawyers/Law firms, i was able to reach Daniel and he was kind enough to explain how something like would work and what my options were.
After carefully considering Daniels's inputs, i was able to put together all the facts and proofs needed for the case and he was willing to take the case on contingency. (Which itself was a big deal for me.)
While the paper work and other formalities were being addressed, Daniel engaged me at every corner and ensured that no key details are missed and i am aware of the of the progress. When the process came to an end, Daniel ensured that the problem was presented in it's entirety, making both parties clearly understand where the gap was and the best approach to resolve the situation.
The case never had to go to court and we had a very smooth resolution prior to the court date.
For what impression one might have for a 1st time court case, Daniel surely made it easier than it seemed to be. I would highly recommend Daniel to resolve consumer grievance for the kind of experience i personally received despite the outcome of the dispute.

The first things I must say about Lindsay is that he is generous of heart and wise.
