Michael Watters and his team are highly skilled and experienced in navigating the complexities of divorce. Not only did he skillfully navigate the legal system and advocate for my financial needs, he understood the importance of equalizing finances between households so that I can really show up for my children. He clearly has seen it all before, understands dysfunctional family dynamics and anticipated what my family needed when I was not able to advocate for myself. Michael got a court order to begin paying child support and alimony when my ex had stopped; he called for a financial deposition to reveal the money that my ex had been trying to hide and could not be revealed in a simple tax return, he got my ex to pay money to me for the house that we had acquired while we were married and then had pressurized me into getting my name off of the title as I was leaving the house before we were legally separated, and he was able to get most all of my legal fees to be paid by my ex as he had the ability to do so. I am so grateful for Michael and his team's work on my behalf. Without Michael's help I still would have been an unsupported single mom stressed and not being able to fully show up for my kids who are really the ones who suffer most in these dynamics.

Mr. Waters is not only an exceptionally knowledgable Divorce Lawyer but a highly experienced litigator which is critical should your divorce reach the courts. I believe he represented my interests very well and I had full confidence that he would have won my case had we ended up going to court. However (against his advice) I decided to settle just to be done with the process. I felt he was fair in his billing and I would hire him again if I needed his services.

Mr. Gruchawka is a highly competent lawyer who not only helped me reach a favorable resolution to a complex legal problem, but also made the process as stress-free as possible.
He communicates timely and effectively. Throughout the process, it did not take more than an hour for Mr. Gruchawka to respond to my inquiries with either a straightforward answer or an "I'm researching now" email. Doing a bankruptcy was one of the hardest decisions I’ve made. A lot of anxiety, stress, and having to lay out what I felt were failures. From my first phone call with Mr. Kelly, I felt better about the process. I had credit cards calling and making threats and didn’t even want to open the mail. He just took all the documents and entered all of them on the lists, and he gave me checklists of everything I needed to do. It really was painless, and I a huge weight has been lifted from me. Had big medical bills and my insurance didn't cover all of it. Had to file bankruptcy to discharge it. Did not want to, and really felt like a failure. Could not have asked for better help. I only had to meet with a court trustee for 10 minutes, and the rest was just painless paperwork and Tom handled it all for me. So relieved.

I really need a good bankruptcy attorney to help me with a growing financial problem, and had no idea where to turn. I didn’t know anything about bankruptcy, and I was anxious about the process and what might happen. A friend referred me to Tom, and he was outstanding from the start. I had to take the long route to complete the process, but that was because Tom put together a long-term game plan that worked, even though it meant he had to put in work for me without getting paid until the case was started. Michael is highly skilled at winning trials with a 70-2 track record, is clearly knowledgeable on the two completely different topics I discussed, and has a delightfully warm and comforting personality. Wallace Francis is an exceptional attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who has an ethical case.
Like most litigants, he is absolutely committed to his clients' financial interests. Yet he also recognizes what matters outside of money. He offers solutions that consider all factors. An example would be if a client had to pick two options, one that would likely yield $10,000 and another would gain $6,000. While one might think the obvious answer is $10,000, Mr. Francis might offer caution with what the emotional and timing costs would be to get the additional $4,000.
In my particular case, he was amazingly helpful. During a very dark time of my divorce, he was the only attorney who willing to meet with me on a Saturday. He listened to my situation without judgment and offered a small amount of compassion along with outlining a variety of legal options I had.
Ultimately I think Mr. Francis passionately cares to help people who are against malicious litigators, narcissistic people, or any sort of bully in the legal system.

We have used Charles Cochran 3 times over the past 15 years and each time he has provided us with effective and knowledgeable assistance. The first time was a case brought against us as a contracting company by an unhappy client. The claims were unreasonable. Usually in this situation there is some sort of compromise, no matter how unfounded the claims. Charlie made everything go away. The second time we were sued by the owner of a company whose board we served on. Again totally unreasonable claims and we won our jury trial case and the counter suit we filed with a substantial amount of money, the largest award in Sonoma County at the time. Thirdly, when we had difficulties with a Landlord/ tenant situation we again turned to Charlie and again he provided us knowledgeable and effective assistance.

Bob Hubbs is amazing! I can't thank him enough. After dealing with another law firm for 2 years and being passed onto several of their attorneys, I had had it. I called Bob on extremely short notice, as my hearing was fast approaching, and the previous lawyers had done nothing of value. My hearing was 3 years, almost to the day, of filing. Bob got the hearing temporarily postponed, for a couple more months, so he could review all my documentation and properly prepare my case. He was extremely thorough and handled everything for me, including a multitude of things the previous law firm had not done and, to make things worse, they wanted me to do. I can't thank Bob enough. I had a bad experience with zack hired him for a case which he made it worse then it already was then he said to give him a call to talk things out and see what he was able to do about it because he knew his self and after they make it worse they stop answering your calls it’s been over four months he never called back the whole team who works with him is very unprofessional he just takes your money and doesn’t help out and makes things worse I definitely do not recommend Zack !
