After feeling like a regurgitated tossed salad from all the B.S. my school district and Mardan School were spoon-feeding me I had to find a lawyer with integrity to support our needs. I have consulted with Farzad Yassini twice. Both times he was able to put my concerns at ease and talk me off the ledge of a lawsuit while the other lawyers I was consulting with were trying to talk me into it! Farzad is extremely patient, respectful, down to earth, empathetic and awesome. He was open, honest, realistic and knowledgeable about the steps and process that would be involved in a lawsuit, which I hadn't heard in detail elsewhere. Others downplayed the level of effort and the potential negative repercussions. Farzad also gave me scenarios that if true would warrant taking action. Everything he said made sense without making me incensed. He didn't take advantage of or rouse my emotions. If you want an honest assessment go to this law office. You will not be disappointed. I truly can't thank him or appreciate him enough. I needed a contract written up for a business transaction, which Anthony drafted for me. He negotiated with the other side and within a week, the contract was ready and signed. It was an emergency situation and he worked on it day and night so that it could be done by my deadline.
He was fair, honest, and knowledgeable in what we discussed in making sure that I am protected from future issues that may arise. I am really glad that I met Anthony and will definitely be using his services in the future; hopefully I won't need it too soon, but I know where to go if I do.

Mr. Hamassian was very knowledgeable and honest with the work that he did for me. I had an issue with a tenant of mine because my lease was poorly written from before. Mr. Hamassian helped me resolve the problem with the tenant and even drafted a new lease for the new tenant.
He also does wills and trusts, which I just happened to mention to him. He is currently working on that for me as well. From my experience so far, he is an honest and fair attorney. He knows what is right for his client and doesn't seem like he would force you into something that does not make sense. Thank you!

Shawn K. Elliott is the greatest lawyer I have ever worked with. A suit was brought against me with regard to an auto accident that took place in 2009. My belief was the other driver was at fault and the insurance will handle it. My daughter and I were able to walk away from the car accident without any bodily injury - thank goodness. My car was totaled. I truly felt it was the other drivers fault but little did I know the driver of the other vehicle would start a 2 1/2 year battle in which he wanted to sue me for millions. I was baffled. I was introduced to Shawn and the journey began. The case was not a simple one by any stretch of the means. I was making the LEFT HAND turn and was struck. I had no idea that left hand turn drivers usually get full if not most of the blame placed upon them. I felt strongly I was not at fault and the other driver was speeding which was the cause of the accident. It sounded easy for me to say but in the court of law this is not an easy case to prove innocence. The trial lasted two weeks and the end result was a slam dunk 12-0 win for DEFENDANT - ME. Shawn is an absolutely brilliant lawyer! Apart from his brilliance, he is a man of integrity, tenacity, perseverance and he is unbelievably kind. In fact, his nickname is ROCKSTAR. Shawn stayed in close contact with me and immediately updated me when necessary. He treated me like I was his only client - I felt like family. That takes sincerity and class because I know he is an extremely busy lawyer. He always had the right words to say to comfort me when I was concerned. He was always upfront and honest and never had me wondering. The absolute greatest experience I have ever had with a lawyer. His staff is top-notch. He is great to see in action in the courtroom. I was involved in an auto accident where the other party was at fault, but they didn't want to accept responsibility, and their insurance wouldn't cover the damage. I called Cutrone & Associates, and Lou was really helpful. He talked through my situation over the phone and gave me great advice for my case even though there was really nothing in it for him because I am going to have to go through small claims court (you can't have a lawyer with you in small claims court). I was involved in an accident while traveling through an intersection with green light when a car made a right and slammed into the side of my car. After the accident, the other driver lied to his insurance company and told them the accident was my fault, which caused them to initially deny my claim.
When I hired Shawn and Ellery I was sure there was nothing anyone could do to help me. They told me not to worry and that they would take care of everything. After a week they came back and told me that they took steps to investigate the claim and tracked down a witness from the scene who provided a statement confirming that the accident was caused by the other driver. On top of that they helped me get all the medical care I needed for my injuries and got me an incredible settlement. They never doubted me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for their help and cannot imagine better personal injury attorneys.

After getting a DUI on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks on a Saturday night, I was crying like a baby as I was being put into the police car to be taken in.

es and let me tell you how easy it was. I initially found him using a google search after my toyota BZ4x had issues. This was about 2 years ago. He was able to get me my money back within 4 months without any issues. Im in norcal and the process was very easy. All documents were docusigned digitally. I purchased a new audi etron after the Toyota. After driving it for two years, putting 40k miles on it, and dealing with tons of issues, Nick was able to get me a refund extremely close to the original amount. I contacted him on May 31st and here is am exactly 3 months later with a very nice check. The process was just as easy and he even drove up to Livermore Ca from LA to help with the vehicle surrendering process. Here’s what puts him above the rest.
