I only have experience with Bill Goseline, and I am shocked by his inability to deliver what he promises. Bill Goseline has yet to keep his word and produce documents requested of him, despite more than a month having past since he agreed to share them. Bill Goseline avoided answering me for nearly a year before that, and only responded when asked by a fellow attorney. He treated me like I didn't exist, and still can't keep his promise to a fellow counselor. I believe his conduct is in violation of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. I do not know if the firm of Schumaker is aware of his defiance of repeated requests for documents, I only know of my communication with Bill. He has failed to fulfill his obligations in direct opposition to proper ethics, with no regard for the people he is impacting.

10 to 15 thousand dollars for them to submit an injunction for a single father that's not ethical and pushed me to sign papers to charge me and not even write a single thing on any of the documents I needed, I got about 2 questions from him after he read my letter. I cannot say enough good things about Jake & how well he took care of my mom during an extremely difficult time. He listened to her & her concerns. He was very thorough explaining & re-explaining everything to myself & my mom answering all of our questions, no matter how silly or repetitive they were.
Jake helped minimize the stress for myself & my sister while caring for our mother & took care of everything needed regarding what was needed from a legal standpoint which allowed us to focus on my mom & her care.
When Jake needed to meet with us, he came to us. He came to our mom while she was in rehab & also in her home.
I would highly recommend Jake & the Team at WDT Law to anyone going through what we went through. Hopefully our family won't ever go through another life changing event like we did last fall. If we do, without hesitation, Jake would be one of the first people my family & I would call!

Had an incredible experience with Williams DeClark Tuschman! I was in a really bad car accident in Ohio where I was rear ended and sustained some pretty bad injuries due to the speed at which I was hit and my vehicle being almost completely stopped. I was afraid that having no insurance at the time I was not going to be protected and have no way to deal with my injuries and going through therapy. My lawyer, Jacob Hamilton took care of me from the moment we spoke all the way through my entire case and helped me not only find the right place to be taken care of thoroughly until I was completely rehabilitated but also kept up with me after the fact and was able to get me the money that I deserved for what I endured!
I would recommend this Law firm to anyone that needs legal assistance. I continue to feel so grateful for the people in this office. They truly care about their clients from start to finish and are so meticulous with their work!

I wouldn't use him again told me it would cost 5000$ to go to trial for full custody of my daughter . 2 court dates"1-2hr" and a hearing over phone"1 hr" settled for joint custody and all 5000$ is gone.

remember though , you get what you pay for and really his retainers are on par with other attorneys with less experience, and not so favored in courtrooms.

RCO Law doesn't hold their bad actor attys accountable nor do they intervene, when given opportunity to correct problems such bad attys create. They take money, prepaid, to handle family estate, will, admin then WALK.
Won't refund prepaid monies nor return family phone calls.
Don't bother to file complaint with the ABA, since the ABA is literally weaponized to support even the worst, most horrific of attorneys which give the profession it's already dull reputation. Get your documentation together along with summary of grievances and file PROMPTLY WITH THE ATTORNEY GRIEVANCE COMMISSION in whichever state RCO law was involved in slothful, slipshod, fraudulent activity.
Apparently RCO law does have satellite offices, some even in diff states at one time. Who knows where these spineless cretins work now, at this point.

RCO Law doesn't hold their bad actor attys accountable nor do they intervene, when given opportunity to correct problems such bad attys create. They take money, prepaid, to handle family estate, will, admin then WALK.
Won't refund prepaid monies nor return family phone calls.
Don't bother to file complaint with the ABA, since the ABA is literally weaponized to support even the worst, most horrific of attorneys which give the profession it's already dull reputation. Get your documentation together along with summary of grievances and file PROMPTLY WITH THE ATTORNEY GRIEVANCE COMMISSION in whichever state RCO law was involved in slothful, slipshod, fraudulent activity.
Apparently RCO law does have satellite offices, some even in diff states at one time. Who knows where these spineless cretins work now, at this point.

Only gave them a 2 star because I used Amanda Coyle and she was Amazing in my first child support case. Mr. Restivo on the other hand laid an egg! We came up with a game plan in court and completely ignored it and argued everything he said wouldn’t make a difference. Couldn’t even get me an 10% deviation with an 210 day overnight custody order. Amanda Coyle or no one in my opinion at this firm.

The legal aid lawyer ( Sarah) performance was unsatisfactory. She did not carefully examine the documentation and information shared with her via email. In court, she displayed inadequate preparation and initially seemed to represent me, but later switched allegiances. Had I known she would not provide adequate representation, I could have handled the matter personally, using the information at my disposal. The lawyer did not work in favor of my family's interests.
