Reed rescued me from a very legal situation that began when my ex wife refused to pay the debt she incurred by stealing my identity and then not making the payments on the credit cards she had gotten in my name. She agreed to pay these in our divorce decree. After almost 20 years of attempted garnishment of my income, he ended this for me, and brought me closure. Case closed. He's amazing! After being told by several attorneys that I had no hope of ever having these stop, he had them stopped in a very short time, and now I have peace knowing they will never come after me again for debt that was never mine to begin with. This was my first time sueing anyone and I was very nervous. When we first met in person, Jim took the time to explain my options (including walking out and moving on with my life). I understood my options fully and I was very appreciative. When I got my first invoice, I was pleasantly surprised. He was very efficient with his time and even though he did a lot, the invoice amount was a lot less than I anticipated. I think this is partly because he talks very fast and always gets straight to the point. He is definitely not chit-chatty, which is a great trait when you are paying by the hour. He really doesn’t mess around and his experience helped move things forward as quickly as anyone possibly can in the situation. Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. I was in serious trouble. My ex wife's very powerful family from the FLDS cult wanted me out of the way so they could get custody of my kids (they had inherited some money). He knew the stakes and right when they were playing their worst game, my kid's lives would have been destroyed, he drove 5 hours from Salt Lake to the not-so-above-board jurisdiction and fought for me in person. He and his partner worked brilliantly together. It was a miracle. I am still under the gun, but 5 years down the line Zach has managed to work the system (even though they are willing to cheat to get me) as well as anyone could. We are fighting some very powerful and less than integral forces. I am thrilled I had Zach on my side. Hire him immediately.

He was very knowledgeable in this area and provided me with the necessary information I needed regarding my mothers estate. They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

Lincoln Hobbs was recommended to me by another lawyer so I contacted him when I was most stressed by an employment dilemma. I was able to see him within 24 hours of contacting his office. During the one hour meeting with him, he provided a path forward and before I even got home from the meeting, he had prepared and emailed a draft letter to me that would ultimately be sent to my former employer.
Even though I was completely overwhelmed by my situation, Lincoln always remained calm and provided the most excellent service. He kept me involved in the process and provided options for me at every decision point.
When it finally came to mediation, Lincoln very patiently sat with me for 10 hours and kept me in the loop of his every move and strategy. Not only did he exude professionalism and knowledge of his practice, he was conscious of how stressful this was for me and tried to keep things light and friendly.
In summary, I would hire Lincoln for any legal trouble that I may find myself in. He was honest, professional, and very cost effective considering how much time he spent with me on the phone and in person. I had Gaven return suit against my bad brother who rented my home for 22 years. He claimed that the rent payments were made toward a verbal rent to own agreement. When he saw that I was caught in the Houston Flood where I live as a disabled veteran near the VA hospital. He, knowing that being financially ruined by the flood, I was not likely to be able to answer the Utah lawsuit within the 30 day stipulation or loose the home. Gaven Wenzel went right to work and after the Bias Judges proved their bias through discovery and evidentiary hearings, proved to outwit all of them. And I sold the home while my evil brother’s attorney Parkinson’s inability to focus, allowed the open window to jump through. Gaven is wildly good.

Attorney Marlon Bates went above and beyond in advising me and drafting an agreement to modify and modification to easement for my house purchase and I'm 100% sure I would not have been able to go through buying my first house without his help.
This was my first every need for an attorney, so I found Marlon through just the regular online search. After sending inquiry to over half dozen attorneys I found, Marlon was the very first to respond with immediate availability. He spent more than an hour on our consultation call, providing more than I was hoping to learn and get advice on the my easement situation. He left on a family vacation the week after but he was still very responsive to my questions and when I decided to move forward with the house with only left few days till diligence deadline, he was able to provide me with the perfect agreement and easement modification draft that I needed to close on my house with a peace of mind. In addition, he was able to clearly outline the risks and the steps that I needed to know and take to fully implement the contract and the modification.
Buying my first house with easement issues was a very scary decision and I would have never gone through buying this house if it wasn't for the reassuring consultation and the contracts and modification drafts that Marlon provided. I would go through this all over again with his help.
Ultimately, I ended up with a better term on the house and more favorable modifications to the easement than I would have initially accepted on the house.
