Ms. Anderson represented the Florida Crane Owners Council and the Florida Crane Coalition in a case against Miami-Dade County and the League of Cities / League of Counties in Federal Court in Miami. In our opinion, this case was not based upon safety or industry recognized standards but one merely for revenue for the county. The proposed ordinance would not only serve to stop all construction in the Miami area but also throughout Florida as a whole. To pinpoint this ordinance against one industry in particular to achieve revenue was not only unfair but immoral. Our case was presented directly, succinctly and concisely before the Federal Court of Appeals in Miami, Florida with such vigor and determination that out position stood out before the court. The Courts found in our favor and an injunction was entered on our behalf thereby stopping the ordinance in it tracks. This would not have been possible if it were not for the efforts of Ms. Anderson in bringing the clarity and reason needed for this win.

A+. Zach performed much better than any other attorney I've hired. The turn around time from the initial retainer to a final contract is very impressive. Zach took the time to phone conference me the first day, the second day including my sales manager, and the third day including my sales manager. On each phone call, we went through the contracts completely. Zach's process is very smooth. My company signed a large roof contract hours after we received the completed contracts. The property owners are comfortable signing the contracts and my company is still protected. My excess retainer has been returned to my account already. Attorney Ramona Hupp was my lawyer! A job that no one else could have accomplished, and of course there are wonderful lawyers out there --but are they your lawyer?
Ramona was my lawyer.
Thanks to Ramona, I had a *winning* outcome in the courtroom, and on top of that, I walked away feeling emPOWERed --what a *bonus*!
Seriously, when I was served several weeks ago, the last thing that I wanted to do was step inside another courtroom with the defendant, let alone see him again. Thus, you can imagine that contacting a lawyer to represent my case came about reluctantly, but there was no hiding; I had no other choice but to fight back.
Fortunately, here is where Ramona enters the picture!

So yea, okay I am going to end my review, this review for you, right here. You have my apologies, in advance, if this review is too long. The thing is that I wanted to come here and write a review because I know that I am not the only one who ends up having to be a petitioner, whether I like it or not, and I will not be the last one unsure of who my lawyer is.
Just know that Ramona will listen to you, take in your feedback and information, and support you in whatever case she represents. She will believe in you. She will let you ask questions. She will let you have your voice heard.

Great attorney for physicians. My medical board actually commenced him on his thoroughness and articulate writings. The board asked for his info Incase they were brought before the medical board. Bogus complaint but I was very impressed with Mr Stultz. Highly recommended in the Tucson/Phoenix area. Nice guy and a family man as well.

We reached out to Mike Pike after our auto insurance failed to settle negotiations following an accident our teenager was involved in. One week from consultation to settlement. I cannot express how much peace of mind we achieved immediately following our consultation and signing our contract with Michael Pike. His firm did their job, in a timely fashion, and didn't run up excessive billing.
