I felt that Lisa always was there for me and she was calm and in control which helped me a lot. She was also very experienced working with lawyers on the other side and different mediators too and that gave me confidence also. There was plenty of drama and twists and turns and Lisa kept us in control and moving forward. She also understood my priorities (kids) and focus and never lost sight of that. Lisa had strong co-workers too which made me feel like we were a team. In the end she was able to make sure the settlement was relatively fair and reasonable and she was able to get it done as efficiently as could be hoped for. Lisa is also a really good person which helped me every step of the way too. I’d definitely recommend her to a friend going through a divorce.

On January 27, 2023, I was involved in a car accident with a semi-trailer truck on IH-35 Northbound between Austin and Pflugerville. I sustained multiple injuries, including neck, lower back, knee, and head injuries.
After consulting many law firms in the Austin area, I hired FVF Law to represent me throughout the process. Hope Guardia was assigned to my case, and from day one, she was excellent. I explained my side of the story to her, and she told me that she believed I had a case. She immediately started gathering all the evidence about the accident and started handling the negotiations and claim process with the insurance company.
I was informed every step of the way. Hope would email or call me every time she communicated with the opposing council, and she would also follow up with me after every doctor’s appointment to check on me. She was caring and valued my case.
Hope Guardia and Mark Farris were knowledgeable and had much experience in accident law and settlement procedures.
The case took over 21 months before the settlement was reached because the insurance company was dragging the case. The opposing council kept rejecting every demand that was made by my lawyer until Mark Farris came on board to assist Hope with the case. Mark pushed the insurance company to settle the case or go to court. The first time I spoke to Mark, he assured me that he was going to be very aggressive with the opposing council, and he kept his word. Because of my injuries and all my medical bills, he insisted that the insurance company pay the full policy. Moreover, we ended up going to mediation, and the final settlement amount was very close to our demand. I think the settlement was fair given the circumstances.
All my medical bills have been paid, and I have put some money aside for future medical bills as well.
I hope what happened to me that day will never happen again to me or any of my family members. However, if I ever need an injury lawyer, I will definitely hire FVF Law Firm, especially Hope Guardia and Mark Farris. These two lawyers made me feel like a family member. For that, I am grateful for what an excellent job they did. Thank you, Hope, Mark, and FVF Law, for everything you did to help me get the best settlement in my case. Y’all are forever my lawyers!

Mary Louise Phelps surpassed any expectations I had for my divorce attorney. Although Michelle Cheng was always professional and responsive, I felt she could have been a lot more aggressive with our case. I feel as though she settled and gave advice based on prior cases and scenarios. Our doctor had admitted his guilt, so had she been more demanding and aggressive, we could have possibly received more.

We did get in touch with few attorneys via phone call, but Mr. Robson stood out and was our favorite. We directly talked with him on the phone for more than 30mins and were ready to sign with him. The next day we met with him. Even though we didn’t mutually agree and sign, Mr.Robson spent almost 2 hours with us and provided valuable advice to help us with the case. This tells me a lot about him as a person and how helpful he would be if we were to sign with him. I 100% recommend him to everybody.

I hired Brett to help with a Regulation CF offering. He modified my Operating Agreement, drafted an Offering Agreement to investors, and educated me on what he was doing every step of the way. He is an outstanding lawyer and is easy to talk to. He made sure to protect my company in every possible way. He is well versed in security laws and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. He did an extremely well job drafting all the required documents I needed and he did it all in a timely manner. His prices are very fair and much better than anyone else I called (and I called a lot of lawyers around the US!).
Overall, Brett gets six out of five stars from me and I will definitely hire him again, if need be.

If there as an option for 50 star rating i would happily place Mr. Forman that high without any hesitation. I personally would not want to find myself on the opposite side of Mr. Forman's client ever. Bryan resolved my case very efficiently and successfully before we even had to file a lawsuit against the defendant. I find working with Bryan easy and professional but what matters the most is that, unlike majority of attorneys, Bryan is hands on, very responsive and very punctual when representing a client. I am involved in a custody issue spanning two states and involving both state's laws as well as federal law. As one can imagine, this is nerve-wracking. Mr Moore took his time explaining in digestible bits, what is actually happening, how to best prepare and which areas to focus on. He made me feel utterly comfortable and allowed me to ask my never ending litany of questions. Dont let his calm demeanor fool you. He is a cunning strategist!
What I really liked about my consult is he was willing to help me understand realistically what I am facing, without leaving me feeling scared.
I can't say this next part enough: he never spoke down to me or made me feel like I am stupid. No matter how basic my question, he answered it with serious thought and patience. A refreshing experience from an attorney.
His demeanor made all the difference.

I had the occasion to consult with Bruce regarding a real estate ownership issue as it related to a minority stockholder, and also an insurance question. I felt that Bruce was thorough in his research and knowledge of those subject matters, and gave advice consistent with what was in my best interest. I feel Bruce can be aggressive when he needs to be, but understands the compromise necessary in daily life. Bruce is an accomplished litigator, and was referred by another lawyer who felt Bruce was more qualified in the litigation area.

Going through a potential divorce, I did my research on collaborative lawyers, and found Jennifer. She was incredible - really impressed to also learn she only does collaborative cases ( or did at the time ). Not only was she extremely helpful, but she was incredibly caring. She gave me a book helping people going through divorces. I was bummed when my ex chose not to use collaborative, so I went with another lawyer Jennifer recommended. Jennifer made me feel at ease the moment I walked in the room. She answered my questions and gave me great advice in a time of stress. I was able to complete my divorce in a timely manner. She was able to negotiate with my ex-husbands lawyer effectively so that each of us felt like we were heard. Her mediation and negotiations skills made the process much easier than it would have been with a different lawyer without these skills. Barbara was on my original divorce case in 2012 and has recently represented me on a enforcement issue around child support. She really knows her stuff and does not give false hope about the situation. However, she is also very kind, compassionate and really cares about what happens with the kids in these situations. My case on it's face looked very straightforward but it turned out to be very difficult and time consuming. She stuck with me through 3 difficult mediations and always had her eye on the final outcome. She was always focused on the long term picture and was very good at keeping me from getting stuck in the small stuff. I would highly recommend her as an attorney and a mediator. I would certainly hire her again!!

There's a myth as one searches for a great family lawyer that in order to get results, you have to hire a bad *** - who will treat your former spouse (and probably you) like dirt, but it will be worth it because you will get results. Joe is proof that you can work with a fantastic, caring human being and still get the tough negotiation skills needed to get the results you desire.
As a former lawyer myself (JD, LLM), I can affirm that his knowledge of family law is thorough & detailed.
If I had to do it all over again (hopefully never), I would select Joe every time. He made a troubled time bearable and saw that I got the things that were most important to me during my divorce & custody battle.

Joe was recommended to me by a Defense Attorney whom I trust and respect as "the one I would go to if it was my Divorce." Mr. Howard was an answer to my prayers! I can't say enough about my experience with him and his staff. I was 5mo pregnant with my first child and involved in a car wreck. I tried to go it alone at first, but the other driver's insurance was giving me the run around. I called around, but it seemed like no one wanted to take my case since I wasn't severely injured. I wasn't looking to profit from the accident, I just wanted the bills I incurred to be taken care of since the accident was not my fault. The other driver even received a citation, and his insurance still was refusing to pay! I started getting collection notices and calls, and was feeling completely overwhelmed. Then I found Mr. Howard and his team. He took over everything, so all I had to do was focus on getting ready for my baby's arrival. The whole process was drawn out due to the other insurance company, but in the end Mr. Howard recovered more than what we had hoped.
