Paulette Mueller made my grandmothers estate go broke, made her delinquent on her taxes (simply did not file) cancelled our homeowners insurance and accepted only roughly 8k on a full coverage 250k+ policy which has led to black mold growing in the home my grandparents built by hand making my baby very sick. Made disgusting remarks about our home upon inspection in regards to a guardianship proceeding while we remained polite and courteous despite the situation, and now, at the ripe age of 21 I am in therapy full time over the horrific consequences she and (others involved) caused that have now fallen upon my shoulders. I am utterly disappointed, and heartbroken. I will never be the same. My grandmother died in vain, under ungodly amounts of stress. May God guide Paulette to have a heart full of empathy and compassion towards her future victims. Only the Lord knows the amount of trauma and havoc she reaped on my beautiful grandmother. May God guide her to remain in a mindset of kindness, and fairness, as I wouldn’t wish this turmoil on anyone. But as my grandmother would want me to live, I forgive her. I only hope for her growth and progress in a positive direction for the future. I. Will. Never. Be. The. Same. I am gone. At the age of 21, I am now a shell of who I once was. The person that raised me from diapers, put me into college, got my first car, carried herself in such a generous and Godly manner, died in vain. May God rest her beautiful soul, because now her pain and stressors have become an everyday part of my life. The only human beings that loved me unconditionally, my grandparents(parents), are now dead and gone forever, and I am alone in this scary world. I hope Paulette can see my review as more than a mere critique but an insight to my new reality, and hopefully, some of what I said will invite a new presence of good faith to her future clients, not only for the benefit of them, but for her conscious as well. I was just a kid. God, what did we do to deserve this?

This law firm I still believe is a good firm to represent your case. Although, I tried to retain them most recently. My review is regarding the intake staff personnel Sarah. Sarah’s professionalism, communication, and ability to listen and assist a client is subpar. First call, I specifically asked for a particular attorney, she then suggested another attorney. Due to them moving into the Dallas office the next day, she advised to give her until the following week for someone to contact me. I was patient and in that waiting time, decided I would go with her suggestion as the Dallas attorney was more affordable, closer, and honestly had stronger credentials. Never got the follow-up call. I called and she only kept trying to redirect me. There were some back and forth and I ended up requesting for one of the Managing Partners to respond to a specific request. Guess what, she follows up without ever asking but comes back with a generic response. Keep in mind, this is after waiting another week for the MP to return. I had to wait for her to go back to ask the original request. Long story short, her mannerism doesn't display trustworthiness, but a person who appears to want to do her own thing. I still don’t believe she communicated properly to the MP. It appears that she may not have the client nor the firms' best interest in mind. In my opinion she doesn’t need to be at the forefront when she has created weeks of delay and roadblocks, and she was made aware that I was referred by a reputable friend of this firm.

I hired Shawn and he charged a fair price. He walked me through the process in Collin County. Even with a previous record and being sent to prison for a DWI, he did what seemed impossible at first and got me probation for my case. My daughter graduates from high school in May 2024. Leaving a long, dark chapter was scary for me. Many factors contributed to my fears. Not only was Mr. Polk efficient and knowledgeable, he was fantastic at “handholding”. While he talked me down from the ledge, he was also firm enough with me to keep our goals in sight. I say “our” because Mr. Polk actually creates a unified approach. I never felt alone during this process. And it was settled before anticipated. I will use him for any/all future legal needs. The address for this location is 8150 N. Central Expressway. The way google Maps takes you to is by Klyde Warren Park. Incorrect and stressing. The location is, of course, off 75 exit Caruth. The tall gold glass window is it on the right. The building has 16 floors, I believe. If you need floors higher than 9, take the two elevators closer to Rhino coffee. I wish I'd known all this prior to my 1st appointment at Taylor Counseling. Other than that, I would have given this location a five. Google Maps, fix the directions for this location, please.

I had the pleasure of working with David Pace in a highly contensted arbitration matter involving two sophisticated companies embroiled in a complex contractual dispute. I acted as co-counsel with David and others at his firm where we worked closely for over a year litigating against an opponent whose lawyers outnumbered our side by at least 3 to 1. David mastered the technical aspects of our client's business, the operations of our opponent's business, and he had extensive knowledge of the industry and the law surrounding the issues in dispute. He and I worked closely together to coordinate complicated discovery into technical aspects of the contractual relationship between the parties, to defend against claims brough against our client, and to prosecute the claims initiated by our client. David served as the thought leader to drive core case strategy during discovery and to set up the case for successful resolution. David was critical in assisting with the defeat of numerous motions for summary judgment filed by our opponent which ultimately played directly into the successful reolution of the dispute. Immediately after our oponent's summary judgment motions were denied, the parties engaged in a mediation where David played a key role in setting up the framework for a successful resolution of the dispute. While mediation was initially unsuccessful at resolving the dispute, through coordinated effort with David we were successful at keeping the pressure on our opponent heading into the arbitration at which point we were able to secure a successful resolution for our client.
My experience working with David was exceptional. David is an excellent lawyer, a good man, and a friend. I would highly recommend David.

Brook was an amazing consultant in our legal matters regarding a minor in our household. She fought fairly but stood by us and up for us during the entire process. There are few attorneys who would jump in their car and drive 3 hours because they have to file in a court and want to make sure it gets hand delivered and signed. There are even fewer who would make the drive multiple more times for the sake of getting the matter handled quickly and efficiently. The most fair you could ask for in regards to her billing practices and her response time could not be beat. I worked with Gene as a client on two employment law cases involving former employees and the company. Gene was a true partner in both cases. He was thorough, fair, cosistent, and knowledgeable. Gene provided excellent advice for conducting the day-to-day activities during the cases as well as exact predictions with regard to the eventual outcomes. In both cases mediation became the means for settlement and Gene was instrumental in preparing me for those sessions.
Gene has also acted as a personal lawyer in a partnership I was forming with another individual. He conducted excellent research and prepared the documents we needed. Even though the partnership did not come to fruition Gene gave us sound advice with which to make decisions.
Gene also has become a mediator. His methods and approach are in line with theory and always have the total reconciliation process in mind.
