Justin Jones was excellent to work with throughout the whole process. As busy as this law firm is, he emailed me back right away which would give anybody a sense of security that you will need through a time like after a car accident… Do not, I repeat do not try to go against an insurance company After a car accident even if it was 100% not your fault ..just give these guys a call !!! Highly recommend.. Just as effective with out all the jingles and billboards.

I got hurt on the job, and I'd called 4 lawyers they told me I didn't have a case, but the last lawyer I spoke to, he recommended Forrest Wilkerson I'm so glad that he had. Forrest Wilkerson 3rd, listen, and he explains step by step and keeps me informed of the progress and what's going to happen next. I will definitely use Forrest Wilkerson and Justin Jones

The legal team at Meredith Law Firm helps guide its clients through what can be an overwhelming and confusing experience for anyone going through bankruptcy. They communicate effectively and throughout the entire process. Some tips: - Be involved. You must actively participate. - Be organized. Know where your records are and be able to retrieve them. - Be responsive. Do not delay in getting your work done nor should you delay in communicating. - Be comfortable with operating a desktop computer and accessing an internet web site. - Do your homework. Yes, part of the process is (required) education. - Ask questions.

I hired Mr.Rhodes for a probate appeal. He has been wonderful. Quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. He is a man that truly cares about his clients. I am the defendant in this case and he's been very understanding. He always explains things as I say in English so I understand. We're not finished yet but I highly recommend him.

I hired William H. Rhodes to help me with my divorce and child custody issues. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. Despite paying for his services, I felt like little progress was made on my case. I never received an invoice or anything of that nature. Communication was lacking, and it seemed as though my concerns were not taken seriously. I had hoped for more proactive and effective legal representation. I would caution others who are considering this lawyer's services to closely evaluate their track record before proceeding." He focused on discussing unrelated matters instead of addressing my concerns and making progress on my case.

I am currently in the process of filing multiple complaints against this law firm with the SC Bar Association and have retained a malpractice attorney to hold these horrible people accountable. Not only is Daryn Barker the most incompetent, unethical, lazy, and immoral “attorney” I could have ever fathomed in a thousand lifetimes but she is a truly horribly human being as well. She served me and my children up on a silver platter to our abusers and it cost us nothing less than everything.

If you value your children's safety and well-being and/or your life savings, do NOT hire this woman! Incompetent does not even come close to describing my experience with this firm. They cost me everything. It felt as if they were personally trying to destroy me, the exact opposite of what I hired her to do. I recommend anyone RUN as far away from this firm as possible. But if your opposing party has retained her, you will have nothing to fear!

Dylan Glick was my attorney and he did an amazing job advocating for me against my auto insurance company after what I felt was an unfairly denied claim. This was not a huge case as the value of the car is around $10,000, but he fought for me like I was a $1MIL dollar client. He was able to obtain a settlement that I was happy with. Great communication, always returned my calls and emails promptly. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Hi JAKE. On 11/07/2022 my son laid in a hospital with multiple severe broken bones . A friend gave me Jake’s number. It was late in the evening. I called the office & left a message. He called me back right away. During Christopher’s next few months we were in constant contact. I’m a paralegal & it has been my experience after working with multiple attorneys. You can leave message & they call whenever it’s convenient , the fact that he called me back ASAP I MADE THE Decision to hire him on the spot..during every single process jake was super delighted to hear. The his team was amzing and wonderful. This law office team was awesome at making this case seamless via modern software. ha he was wonderfull in keeping me and Chris informed. I did the same for almost 6 months 2-3 days a week I would send him progress notesThe case had quite of bit of hiccups due to the insurance for the car that hit him had minimum coverage. Jake faught for Chris to get him a settlement that would be fair for a broken pelvis, broken feamer and multiple contusions. Thank you so much for everything. Chris is doing great. It only took him 7 months to get back to work. He took his settlement got a place remotely in Greenville NC. His employer matched his settlement as a bonus. Gave him a raise offered him a better job and will pay 1/2,,They also paid for his moving expenses. The company matched his settlement & gave him a raise with a very commendable letter. Thanking him for his hard work & jumping back in. Chris is a welder, not an easy job. Chris now has a nice home & a new job with his loyal employer Did I mention that we have never been in his office and we have never met Jake Finkel in person.. stop looking cause you will miss out on working your case .. Thank you Jake. I’m a very proud & blessed mama. P.S. I know that Jake shorted himself of his monetary gain in order for Chris to get more money.

Superior support. She helped me navigate the divorce process and took a common sense approach to solving the issues. When I got emotional about something, she kept me in check with solid, honest feedback. In the end she saved me hundreds of thousands over my lifetime because of her knowledge and skill. Her office was also very responsive. We had to push the tempo in my case and she did just that. I was kept informed the whole way and no time was wasted. Her fee was fair. There are less expensive lawyers out there, but I know she earned every penny. At the end of the day, for me it was about the long run. I wasn't looking for a transactional attorney, I was looking for someone who would have my best interest in mind. I would recommend her and if I had to choose again, it would easily have been the same choice. Thanks Colleen!

I recently chose Sammy Diamaduros as my closing attorney for my new home purchase in Union, South Carolina. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that he is an exceptional attorney who provided outstanding service throughout the entire closing process. From the initial consultation to the final closing, Sammy was professional, knowledgeable, and highly communicative. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner. He was also extremely patient and addressed all my concerns with genuine care and understanding. Sammy's expertise in real estate law was invaluable. He meticulously reviewed all documentation and ensured that everything was in order, protecting my interests every step of the way. He also proactively identified potential issues and addressed them promptly, preventing any delays or complications. Beyond his legal expertise, Sammy's interpersonal skills were truly remarkable. He was friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, even outside of regular business hours. This made a significant difference in reducing the stress and anxiety associated with the closing process. If you are looking for a closing attorney who will go above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful closing experience, I strongly recommend Sammy Diamaduros. He is an excellent attorney and a truly valuable asset to the Union community. Such an honor to work with true professionals that show they care from the beginning to the end. Jason W Plum

I called dozens of attorneys before finally talking to Tim Domin. Most attorneys couldn't get me off the phone fast enough when they realized that I didn't have a big money case. Tim was willing to listen and understand my concerns. While he wasn't able to take on my specific case he did his research and followed up with me on recommendations that have put me on the right track. It's certainly more than he was required to do, but he was also courteous, patient, and understanding of my very unique situation. Thanks so much for the help Tim.

STAY AWAY! Save your time and money - go somewhere else! Especially if Leila Louzri and her crappy paralegal Nikki Tesnar take your case. They don’t respond, started my appeal 3 months ago and didn’t send the disability companies my medical records which were received over two months ago! I’ve emailed them both about 5 times this week with no response so I guess they want to lose the ability to continue representing me. Nikki the paralegal has a terrible attitude and seriously needs to retire! She is cranky, negative and unhelpful. They will be getting fired on Monday and I can’t wait! Kimberly treated me like family from day one. She can read people and is an excellent judge of character. If she chooses you as a client you can put all your fears to rest. She fought with me for two years, assuring me the whole way I was in good hands. She answered every email, every phone call and every fear I had the day of. She doesn’t play. Do what she asks, when she asks, because she only has your best interest at heart. She even showed up to my court date with the flu. I thank God everyday her and Carolyn were in my corner. She has given me the time with my daughter I requested, and the piece of mind knowing I am always in good hands with her. A year after my divorce has been finalized she still returns my emails the day of and has yet to charge me a dime. An attorney who truly cares about her clients, and is willing to fight tooth and nail for you. We walked into mediation against three attorneys and a paralegal, and walked away smiling. I am forever grateful for Kimberly and her team.

Kimberly has no manners at first I thought OK she is a tiger. No she is clueless. She arrived late for our hearing. She had the county, clerk, and the judges names all wrong on the document and at the last minute was making changes in the hallway and having initials signed by me and my ex. It was very unprofessional. I was embarrassed. Who gets the wrong county on the docs wrong??? She completely doesn't care what you think. Her appearance was unprofessional. I was supposed to receive a check from my ex and asked her about it 2 times. Her reply was yes he will give it to you. I was also given the wrong copy of the final doc. It was one mistake and blunder after another. Very unprofessional and I would not hire her. I had to hire another attorney to get my divorced finalized after the one year.

In April of 2023 my husband was charged with PWID. Quickly into the case we knew we were going to be dissatisfied with the public defenders work and started saving for a lawyer. In that time, me and our daughters returned home to Nebraska but my husband had to stay in SC until the case was resolved. By February of 2024 we still had no idea what was happening with the case or when my husband would be able to come home to us. Out of all the lawyers we contacted, John was the most cost efficient for us and ended up being the best money spent! Within 4 weeks of hiring John, he had my husbands charge reduced, his sentencing complete and my husband back home to Nebraska. I could not be more grateful for all of his efforts, his endless communication, his compassion and care for his clients and our family. 1000000% recommend to anyone who is in need of some help through the justice system. Thank you John, for everything.

Mr. Barker is a fantastic attorney! I cannot imagine having a better experience with my unpleasant divorce. He is confident, assertive, and has a strong presence in the courtroom (and it doesn't hurt that he is always in a well-fitting suit and has crazy good posture). My divorce was final about nine months ago and I still do not understand how I walked away in good shape! I was absolutely terrified of my husband and of the divorce process--I am fairly young, in school full-time, and my ex is not kind to say the least--but Mr. Barker walked me through the entire thing with compassion and wisdom. I genuinely felt that he listened to everything I said and fought for what I wanted and what was best for me. He was quick to return my calls if I had to leave a voicemail and always answered all of my questions (even those that were probably irrational). Bonus: I never ever felt like he was talking down to me or over my head. My ex-husband is nasty and spiteful, and Mr. Barker advocated for me in such a way that my ex actually played relatively nice AND he got me a good deal of money when I was expecting absolutely nothing! I know he got me more than what I should have gotten, and I am certain that this only happened because Mr. Barker was dedicated to my case and fought hard for me. His solutions were creative and realistic, and seriously he was so incredibly kind to me throughout the entire process!

My experience with Adam Owensby and Seibert Law Firm was far from favorable, lacking the "quality client representation" they claim to provide. During my initial $275 meeting with Adam, he took only about five sentences of notes and advised me to write a letter to the other party as his sole suggestion. Later, when I learned the other party was taking me to court, Adam sent a $3,000 payment request—without a retainer agreement or any explanation for the discrepancy from the verbal quote he had given during our meeting. I emailed Adam to inquire about the retainer agreement and the price difference, but after a week with no response, I called Seibert Law Firm, specifically asking to speak with Kevin or Rebecca Seibert to clarify if this was standard practice. Instead, Adam returned my call, claiming he hadn’t received my email and offering excuses. I again requested to speak directly with Kevin or Rebecca and ended the call. Adam then called back, saying Kevin was available. After I explained my experience in detail, Kevin also made excuses for Adam’s behavior. Despite the website stating, "call for a free consultation," my initial meeting cost $275, and the only advice provided was to write a letter to the other party. It seems Seibert Law Firm’s standard practice includes sending payment requests without any contract, retainer agreement, or clear explanation. Additionally, I was repeatedly told that I "live in a red state" and was once told I "rub people the wrong way" for standing up for my rights—comments that felt irrelevant and unprofessional. Bottom line: It felt as though Adam Owensby’s focus was more on collecting fees than on providing genuine quality representation. My recommendation: Proceed with caution if you’re considering Adam Owensby or Seibert Law Firm. If you’re looking for an attorney genuinely invested in your case, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Hired through Lemon Law Group in 2021, was passed around from paralegal to paralegal at least 5 or 6 times. No one ever wanted to contact me back and nothing seemed to be getting done. Recently I was made aware that not only is there another paralegal but a different attorney also. I was also made aware today that this lawyer dropped the ball and really screwed me over and cost me a lot of money because I was told the defendant in the case submitted a request for dismissal back in May of 2023 and it was granted so obviously this man never showed up for court or did anything on my case, now I have paid into a lemon vehicle for a couple more years all because of this man's negligence. I am so upset that I have been drug around for all this time for nothing. This car is now worth less than I owe on it so I am completely screwed. Thanks alot.

After reading the review that said that it may seem like she is buddy buddy with the other side, I was hopeful that given enough time all would equal out, but I was sadly mistaken. Her last billing recorded $250.00 of billable time speaking with the other side and Zero, that's right ZERO, time speaking with me. She even paid my stbx a courtesy home visit while I had to practically beg her to visit my home. She believed every word of the lies he told her and never bothered to check even one of them out with me. Her final report was filled with inaccuracies and exaggerations and she recommended full custody for my ex, which he got. Even when I told her my child was a victim of PAS, she wrote in her final report that I called my child a liar. It was a horrible experience, and although I have never before written a review, I felt it necessary in this case.

A mediation lawyer specializes in resolving disputes outside of the courtroom through a process called mediation. Mediation involves a neutral third-party mediator who helps the disputing parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Mediation lawyers can represent clients in various matters, including divorce, business disputes, employment conflicts, contract issues, personal injury claims, and more.

Unlike litigation, mediation is a less adversarial and more cost-effective way to settle disputes, often leading to faster resolutions and preserving relationships between the parties involved.

When Should I Hire a Mediation Lawyer?

Consider hiring a mediation lawyer when you’re involved in a dispute and want to avoid the time, expense, and stress of going to court. Common reasons to hire a mediation lawyer include:

  • Divorce or child custody disputes: A mediation lawyer can help you reach a fair settlement on issues like property division, alimony, and parenting arrangements without going to court.
  • Business or contract disputes: For disagreements such as contract disputes, partnership conflicts, or intellectual property issues, a mediation lawyer can assist in resolving the matter through negotiation.
  • Employment disputes: Issues like wrongful termination, discrimination, or wage disputes can be addressed through mediation to find common ground and avoid lawsuits.
  • Personal injury cases: Mediation can help both parties agree on compensation in cases like car accidents or slip-and-fall claims without a prolonged court battle.
  • Property disputes: Disputes over property ownership, landlord-tenant issues, or boundary disagreements can be settled more amicably through mediation.
  • Family or inheritance disputes: Mediation can help resolve conflicts over wills or trusts without further dividing the family.

What Does a Mediation Lawyer Do?

A mediation lawyer provides a range of services to help clients resolve disputes through negotiation and mutual agreement. Their responsibilities often include:

  • Representing your interests: Acting as your advocate during mediation to ensure your rights are protected and you understand your legal options.

  • Drafting mediation agreements: Preparing the official mediation agreement that outlines the terms of the settlement, which is often legally binding.
  • Avoiding litigation: Aiming to reach a settlement that eliminates the need for a court trial, saving time and resources for both parties.
  • Handling complex legal issues: Explaining the legal implications of various settlement terms in cases with complicated legal matters.

How Are Mediation Lawyers Paid?

Mediation lawyers typically charge for their services based on the complexity of the case and the time involved. Common payment methods include:
