This lady was my Second lawyer after my first lawyer dropped out of my case cuz I wouldn’t take the 3to6 months of probation for a gun that I had Concealed next to me the police were rong and miss Taylor had my case dropped olny two days on the case and she got it dropped for me and I just got my 380 back from the police property room thank u so much for fighting for me and Doing your job honestly miss Taylor u are a blessing and I’m keeping her number in my phone just in case can’t thank Tanisha Taylor Enough wish she was here so I can give her a big big hug

She explained EVERYTHING so I wasnt confused about what was going on. Every question I had about the process and what to expect, was explained. My divorce was finalized quick and in a hurry! I met with Mr. McBride as well as spoke to him on the phone 6 months later as a follow up. At no time did he discuss pay, he was more concerned with making sure that I understood what my options were and then recommended other attorney's when my needs were different than what he practices. Who does that these days? Mr. McBride does because he cares about people in need.

I wanted to take a minute to recommend Mr. White and his firm to interested parties. I was involved in divorce proceedings which are never pleasant. As it turned out the opposing attorney for what ever reason attempted to delay over and over again despite the fact he had made the original filing. During my divorce I hired Todd to represent me. Todd aggreed to represent me even though I was in middle of my divorce and was not comfortable with a previous attorney working my case. Todd's assusances to me that he would work more diligently to a faster resolve gave me a comfortable and confident feeling. Unfortunately things turned bad and Todd was ultimately prepared for what ever was encountered. Todd did not allow me to be run over by opposing counsel. I was pleased with the professionalism and respect that Todd and his staff showed. This office was all about me and careing for my needs. Secondly after the divorce unfornate circumstances with child custody arose. During the dispute Todd and his staff worked even more diligently and confidently for the health and saftey of the children. Todd was very quick to file all apporpriate cases without hesitation. With his professional knowledge, careing and no back down attitude I am ultimately pleased to write this review. I can not and could not thank Todd or his staff enough for the calm and assuring attitude during my most stressful time! During both of the court cases Todd represented me in, and to gain positive outcomes, I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Going through a potential divorce, I did my research on collaborative lawyers, and found Jennifer. She was incredible - really impressed to also learn she only does collaborative cases ( or did at the time ). Not only was she extremely helpful, but she was incredibly caring. She gave me a book helping people going through divorces. I was bummed when my ex chose not to use collaborative, so I went with another lawyer Jennifer recommended. Jennifer made me feel at ease the moment I walked in the room. She answered my questions and gave me great advice in a time of stress. I was able to complete my divorce in a timely manner. John was knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with while setting up my wife and I's living will and attorney of power forms. He was affirming and comfortable to work with as a same-sex couple setting up these documents to protect our family even prior to the SCOTUS ruling. He took the time needed to answer our questions and was prompt in putting the documents together once we had provided the necessary information. He was open to make the edits required and thorough in going through the final documents. We would work with him again if we had future legal needs.

Our case involve a home builder we hired to build our "dream house." He turned out to be a thief and completely incompetent. After more than a year of fighting with the
"builder" to fix the problems, we decided to try the legal route.
We had never had any experience with lawyers and were not even sure how to start the process. A friend recommended John and we got an appointment the same week. He was WONDERFUL. John walked us through the process, told us what to expect (including the frustrations to come) he was very meticulous, organized, and kept us informed every step of the way.
In the end he proved fraud, deceptive trade practices, and incompetence on the part of the builder. Our home was declared a complete loss and because of the fraud and deceptive trade practices,, we were awarded the full price of the house plus triple damages. The total amount of the judgement was 500,000 dollars.
I hope we will never need another attorney but if we do, John is the first guy we will call.
I recommend John to anyone in need of an attorney.

I've known John Gilliam for many years. He has advised me on Montana employment law, torts--- specifically on issues of libel and slander. He has also advised me on contract re-negotiation; John helped me draft a couple of letters that re-positioned me in a dispute. His skill helped me box in a contentious party and I was able to prevail. He is able to quickly separate the emotional aspects of litigation and quickly come up with a clean, objective game plan. I was having major issues with my landlord and I knew that I need an attorney who could help me terminate my lease based on the condition of the home. I was referred to Itamar and he immediately assured me that my landlord was in the wrong and gave me clear direction on how we can get the lease terminated. We were able to get our lease terminated in less than a week! He did a fantastic job and he was an excellent communicator. I have since referred two of my friends to him. I am still at the beginning of my case but everything is happening pretty fast. The case manager was able to meet with me the day after I called. We met for about 3 hours so that she could get every last detail of my case and explain to me exactly what they could do for me. The day after we met, she was already making attempts to contact the opposing party to let them know that action is being taken. For some people, this may not seem like much. But she has done more for me in the past few days than my previous attorney did for me in a couple of months. J. Barbara was on my original divorce case in 2012 and has recently represented me on a enforcement issue around child support. She really knows her stuff and does not give false hope about the situation. However, she is also very kind, compassionate and really cares about what happens with the kids in these situations. My case on it's face looked very straightforward but it turned out to be very difficult and time consuming. She stuck with me through 3 difficult mediations and always had her eye on the final outcome. She was always focused on the long term picture and was very good at keeping me from getting stuck in the small stuff. I would highly recommend her as an attorney and a mediator. There's a myth as one searches for a great family lawyer that in order to get results, you have to hire a bad *** - who will treat your former spouse (and probably you) like dirt, but it will be worth it because you will get results. Joe is proof that you can work with a fantastic, caring human being and still get the tough negotiation skills needed to get the results you desire.
As a former lawyer myself (JD, LLM), I can affirm that his knowledge of family law is thorough & detailed.
If I had to do it all over again (hopefully never), I would select Joe every time. He made a troubled time bearable and saw that I got the things that were most important to me during my divorce & custody battle.

Joe was recommended to me by a Defense Attorney whom I trust and respect as "the one I would go to if it was my Divorce." Joe 'literally' does Family Law , as both his Son and Daughter followed him into his profession and are the second and third Attorneys in the Milner Law Firm. As Bob Bowman, a Mediator, put it: "I couldn't think of a better recommendation than to have your own kids want to work for you!" Joe was attentive, concerned, and supportative, and more importantly, was perceptive as to the attack plan of the opposing Counsel and how to counteract it. He also was able to uncover deceptions and expose false statements made by my Ex during deposition. We ended up settling our case,and although we did not go to trial, I was able to walk away with the things that mattered most to me and he helped me engineer a plan to cut the chains that had been laid out to bind me financially to her for the next 6 years.
