Jeff and team were exceedingly thorough. Jeff explained difficult concepts so that my wife and I could understand them without having a legal education. I was amazed at the time he spent with us answering our questions. He created a fairly complex will and trust for us quickly and at a surprisingly low cost. Jennifer (paralegal) spent hours with us, arranging documents, making requested changes and walking us through the trust “funding” and execution process. Meghan was very upfront in regards what to expect, and how long the process would be. She gives you worst case scenario vs. best case scenario. Regarding my case, my results turned out to be better than what we both expected! She is professional, and has a wonderful personality. I had a personal injury case that I feel was very complex. She was able to take it all in, make sense of it, and wrap it all up faster than I anticipated. Christian Patno was my attorney in a wrongful death suit settled in Nov 2018. My dear brother, age 50, was fatally injured in a June 2012 workplace accident in Willoughby Ohio. My family and I were absolutely devastated! The case was appealed several times, all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court. Steve was amazing! The legal system is unfamiliar territory for me but Steve was great walking me through the process. He explained things every step and what to expect at every juncture. My particular case actually went to trial and through his hard work, the jury returned a verdict in our favor after taking only 45 mins to deliberate! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. My case was a wrongful death allegation in a morbidly obese patient who presented with chest pain and died of a saddle pulmonary embolism one week after a cath showed a 90% LAD lesion. Mr Hupp knew all the details of the case and all the medicine. He prepared me so well for my cross examination that I was very confident despite having almost no courtroom experience. He brought in literally world class medical experts. There were four other defendants in the case and the other attorneys followed Mr Hupp's lead to a unanimous verdict for the defense. His cross examination of the plaintiffs expert witness made a clinical professor of emergency medicine look foolish and insincere to the jury. I hope I never need his professional assistance again, but if I am ever in need of representation in the future I cannot imagine choosing a different attorney. He made the entire process as painless as it could be.

Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.

Mr. Fisher took a case 2 other lawyers turned down and got my case settled without a trial. He kept me informed and everything he told me would happen did happen. It was a car accident with a really terrible insurance company.

Once Allen took the case, within two months we had a mediation hearing and a settlement was reached---one beyond my wildest dreams. Allen was thorough and expedient but also truly caring and understanding about the emotions of what I was going through. Also, he went the extra mile of providing transportation to and from both the mediation and probate court hearings because I was having medical issues at that time. When my daughter had been in the hospital for several weeks with no improvement, I contacted Mr. Tittle. He was very caring, understanding, and compassionate. After my daughter died, I contacted him again. I talked to Allen several times on the phone before we met. I hired Mr. Tittle and he brought a lawsuit against the doctor who caused her death. We settled out of court with a very favorable settlement. I always had his cell phone number and always felt I could call anytime I needed to. Allen always kept me informed of what was going on and any papersuggestions he was sending for my signature. He always made sure I understood what I was signing and why. Bill took a very difficult medical malpractice case and spent the time and hard work to win it for our family. His hard work insured great care for our son and college educations for his brother and sister. At one point in the case expenses were $36,000 and a settlement was reached of $27,000 with one of the defendants. Bill insisted we take the $27,000 without deducting expenses. I had no idea what a personal injury case was or how to proceed with contacting a lawyer about my hit and run accident last year. The team at Obral Silk & Pal were welcoming and most importantly, LISTENED to me and what I had to say. Attorney Jacob DeBaltzo really understood my case from start to finish, he made sure to follow up with me frequently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. He really went above and beyond to fight for me and I can’t thank him enough. The process was incredibly quick, even quicker than I thought, and Jacob also made sure to set expectations as for time frames, settlement numbers including the attorney fees. Most importantly, when I received the final settlement, I didn’t feel ripped off or like they took a huge amount of attorney fees. I ended up with the largest chunk of the entire settlement and I know for a fact not all law firms would work that way.
