This guy is the ABSOLUTE WORST ! He is an utter crook and will have ZERO regard for your case. He will take your money and he will then be a ghost. I had a case that should have been resolved within two weeks. It ended up taking SIX MONTHS. You will be lucky if the guy shows up to court. RUN AWAY AT ALL COSTS !!!

These lowlifes aren't even worth the time and trouble of hiring. They are greedy, care nothing for their clients and can't even do their job. I know of an individual they represented and this educated librarian sat there with his finger up his nose while the judge did his job for him. And if you owe them money, they threaten you, even if you are making payments to them. There a lot better attorneys in Columbus you can hire.

I had the pleasure of working with David Grant, a friend recommended the law firm from the Columbus, Ohio office and I received a call from Mr. Grant. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Grant and his office staff. My wrongful death suit did take a little over 4 years to settle, but Mr. Grant was always available to answer questions, talk me "off the edge", give me advice and keep me in the loop. I personally saw Mr. Grant twice but felt comfortable emailing him kinda "all the time". He ALWAYS had time for me. I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

Very dedicated, easily reachable and responds very quickly and did a great job getting me probation on a case where i should have went to prison and was a court appointed lawyer for this case. Usually when lawyers are court appointed they tend to not do so great for your case but not with him he went above and beyond on many aspects and even seen me in jail to let me know how things are going a few times.

I just saw his billboard that said that they will listen he will care and he will make them pay well that's only if there's somebody else to go against except for the city. I was doing 20 mph ana street that had a pothole that they did not take care of and was told for years not only did the city take care of the pothole an hour after I broke my ankle in three places broke my knee and ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks that they also patched all of my alleyway that they just happened to be nowhere near where the pothole was at. I called his office and they said oh well you know what we don't take those type of claims it's personal injury you don't take those type of claims? So he left me high and dry. Thank goodness that while I was in the hospital instead of thinking about him first I called another lawyer and am waiting for a settlement it's been a year and a half. The hold up is the paperwork and my lengthy recovery cuz I'm still having problems and need an extra surgery but they want you to be taken care of and treated all the time that you're spending all your money so you're going to hear the same thing and attorneys can let you borrow money from their finance company if you don't win that you don't have to pay it back but you're not going to get a certain amount because of your credit score my credit score is low because I can't pay my bills because I had my accident and can't work so be aware who you do choose and if you do choose Tim misney make sure he does what he says he's going to do. And there is no slander or libel involved in my comments because I did not put him down I just told you to watch out you can read the reviews and find out for yourself make your own opinion but don't do it based off of mine I'm telling you my experience. Therefore I would not choose him.

I see its not just me; if you don't have money for lawyer (isn't that part of what they do) you're pretty much screwed. I got one return phone call that told me they couldn't help me....Lawyers don't come cheap i understand that, but it's irritating when 'legal aid' who also don't really help you, refer you to the bar association just for them to also tell you they can't help you. I worked with Jack D’Andrea in a very complicated case while he was with a previous firm. A partner of the firm handled most of the representation in court on day one, but when Jack took the reins on the second day of court it was VERY clear who should have been the front man on the case for us the whole time. Additionally, Jack’s documentation was extremely thorough and set the tone for the entire case through all of its correspondence and processing. The most admirable thing I saw though, was that Jack’s attitude was very clearly focused on us as his clients and it never felt like we were paying another attorney just to chum it up over a lunch. As an engineer that has made a living over fine details, I have to say Jack’s understanding and articulation of the case and every nuance in and outside of court was exceptional. I would use him again in a heartbeat if I ever needed legal services in Ohio.

For anyone considering hiring this firm for divorce representation, I highly encourage you to reconsider. Upon retaining them for my own proceeding, I had thought I was hiring the best in Cleveland. In every aspect I felt I was under-represented and there was a complete disregard for communication and explanation of processes. Unanswered emails, phone calls never returned, attempts to reach out to senior partners (that never responded) to try and resolve matters. In short, I can only say that as one of the most stressful situations you will face in life, it is my opinion that you will only be compounding that stress in hiring this firm.
