I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

Mr. Wilschke was understanding and accessible in his approach to my issue. The firm wasn't able to move forward in my particular case, but, I was given actionable steps that are helping me move forward towards a resolution in a related case. I have been a practicing attorney for a few years and recently I received a complaint from a former client. The former client made a number of unfounded allegations and demanded a large sum of money to settle the claims.
I called my malpractice carrier feeling nervous and worried; shortly after that call I met with June Laird. She was professional, compassionate and intelligent. After reviewing the complaint, facts and documents with June I felt much better about the case.
She wrote a concise, thoughtful and easy-to-understand letter to the Attorney Regulation Counsel. She explained why each of my former client's claims was without merit. June kept me in the loop as she wrote the letter and regularly sought my input.
Unfortunately, June was injured during the course of my case. Despite her injury, she still kept me well informed. She told me that she was in the hospital and would be working on my case and still met the deadline.
Shortly after submitting the letter in response to the complaint, we received a letter from ARC informing us that even if the client were able to prove his/her claims, they did not represent a violation of the law or the professional rules of conduct. It felt good to have a third-party neutral validate my feelings.
June was exceptional - as an attorney I hope to provide the same level of competence and commitment to my clients.

I was working for an employer who suddenly stopped paying me for my work and tried to get out of paying me at all. When I ended our contract for nonpayment, I found out he hadn't paid anyone who had left the company. I banded together with a few other people who no longer worked there and went to Daniel, who was highly recommended. Despite having much bigger accounts, Daniel was professional, helpful, and always looked out for our best interests and asked us before contacting the client. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone who needs help with employment law or any other type of case. He is an excellent lawyer to have in your corner!

Greg Green and his staff were absolutely fantastic! Our son was involved in a bad car accident that appeared to be the other drivers fault, but insurance reconstruction was not able to prove it, despite a police report stating so. Regardless, Greg handled negotiating and sending payments to the different medical and emergency parties involved and didn't charge us a dime! When was the last time a law firm did something like that? Definitely recommended.

My mom took the advice of a family friend, and church member, to connect with Greg over a head injury. Two years after accepting the case, Greg never met with my mom in person. He wanted to increase his pricing years in, so she declined his service due to a conflict of interest. He sent her files back and never followed back up. She had to find another lawyer to represent her, get caught up quickly and just recently found out Greg has the audacity to try to ask her to back pay him way above his written contract with her. I would never recommend Greg or his firm. Now, even after she told him she did not want to continue his service for the increased fees, he is trying to be paid out fees that are honestly incredulous, greedy, and manipulative. Absolutely go with anyone else.

I would recommend the Law Office of Christopher A. German for your bankruptcy needs. He is honest and upfront with you. There are no surprises, and you know exactly what to expect. He's thorough and takes his time answering your questions and goes over everything with you before your meeting with the creditors. After my meeting I couldn't be prouder. The night before we went over everything and he answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was prepared and at ease for the meeting. However, that's not the only reason why I was proud that he was in my corner. I had witnessed a party go before me with their lawyer and I couldn't believe how unprepared she was and the lack of representation and pride she had in herself and in her client. Mr. German doesn't treat you like you're just another number to him. You're his client and he treats you as such. He communicates with you every step of the way and ensures that you are clear on what to expect.
Mr. German was professional, prepared and represented me very well. Deciding to go through bankruptcy isn't always an easy decision and you feel embarrassed and judged but I didn't feel that way with Mr. German.
