Mr. Kenneth Bush was recommended to me by a family member this was one of the best recommendations ever. When I first met Mr Bush I wasn't even sure if I had a case but something inside of me just didn't sit right with the way my wife passed at the hospital so he told me to leave the hospital records with him and let him peruse through them. Sure enough he found two and fractions one on the hospital and one on the doctor. He handled this case with such professionalism and such precision the case was settled in less than a year. Sitting and talking with Ken is not like talking to a lawyer it's like talking to a friend a buddy that really has your back. I met Mr. Kenneth through Mr. Barkett and honestly he was the best choice. Mr. Bush has been very informative and helpful throughout this process. He was not only a lawyer but also a human being who showed us empathy considering the tragedy. We were not just a client in his eyes we were more than that. He treated us special, unique, with care, and kindness. When we went to his office for the deposition Mr. Bush's charisma helped us through because we were scared since we did not know what to expect.
Through every step of the lawsuit, Mr. Bush and wonderful Ms. Angie was there to answer questions that my husband and I continued to have. Mr. Bush went above and beyond by scheduling meeting with us way before we gave our statement because he wanted us to prepare. There are way too many people who over promise and under deliver. Terrible Experience – Very Aggressive and Unhelpful
I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. She was extremely aggressive in her communication and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the entire process. It was clear that she had no interest in helping me and seemed annoyed whenever I asked questions or needed clarification.
I went in expecting professional guidance but was met with hostility and a complete lack of empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to anyone looking for genuine support and assistance.

Mark Weinstein was referred to me by a lawyer at Turnberry Associates, with whom he had worked. She was very impressed with him, with good reason, given the stories I'd heard about other lawyers in his field.
Mark succeeded in allaying all my fears regarding the litigation process - I was hesitant and fearful of taking any sort of action. Mine was a very complicated case, and Mark kept me apprised of developments and advised me accordingly. I was most impressed with Mark's honesty and grew to trust him completely to get the best outcome for me. As I got to know him better, I found him to be a caring, honorable and trustworthy person, and one does not encounter this often anywhere, let alone in his field. It was our great fortune that Mark Weinstein came into our life. Looking back on our situation, and having had the time to consider circumstances and events that presented a dire need for his unequivical competence at what he does it had to have been fate as well. When you need someone who is thoughtful, considerate of your situation and ready to give you all there is to really resolve what you need stop right here. He did all he could and more, he never gave us cause to question his judgement. In the end the legal justice we did achieve the legal justice we so badly wanted. We are quite certain there are less than a handful of attorneys in the U.S.A that could have achieved for us what Mr. Weinstein did . We are eternally grateful for the inner peace he has given us and he did it with as much compassion as competence.

Mr. Weinstein led us through the legal consequences of the unnecessary loss of our 23- year -old daughter from medical malpractice. 5 different doctors , many nurses and the hospital were responsible for letting her die. After 3 years of unbelieveable preparation and presentations by Mr. Weinstein, we were victorious on all counts.
We had the choice of being invoved in the process as our emotions would allow. He was respectful of our feelings and we could not have endured the process with out the human touch we recieved during the darkess time of our lives.
You often hear about the monies that attorneys make in these cases. He deserverd and earned every dime he was paid. God Bless Mark and his family!

I can’t say enough about Robert Rossano. I was involved in an accident where I was injured and my car was totaled. He talked me through what I needed to do and what the process would entail. Once I completed my therapy he was able to promptly settle with the maximum amount I could get from the insurance company. I quickly received my settlement thereafter. Each time I called his office my questions were answered. So thankful I found such a caring and knowledgeable lawyer to guide me through this frustrating and stressful time.

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
