Worst experience in my life!!
I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Bergquist Law Firm. After hiring them to handle a legal matter, I found their communication to be lacking and their representation to be subpar. The lawyers seemed disorganized and unprepared, and I felt like my case was not given the attention it deserved.
Furthermore, I encountered billing issues and unexpected fees that were not transparently communicated to me. This lack of transparency and professionalism left me feeling frustrated and let down.
I would caution anyone considering hiring Bergquist Law Firm to thoroughly research their options and carefully consider whether this firm is the right fit for their legal needs. My experience with them was disappointing and left me questioning the integrity and competence of their legal services.

One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case. Regardless what type of the case it is, law firm should still give an opportunity for an employee to tell their story, especially if they will provide circumstantial evidence and when it comes to EEOC process. Especially if the employee had already done majority of the paperwork and all the firm needs to do is provide assistance for the rest of the way. If they do not have experienced attorneys for EEOC cases, well that's a whole different story. Regardless, they lost another business.

When we were searching for a lawyer, we felt that God led us to this firm. My husband had a business depute with a corrupt partner who was a bully, a liar, and a thief. We initially filed a lawsuit in 2020, at the height of COVID. We had a very good lawyer to help us through the case for the last 3 years but he unfortunately passed away this earlier this year. We needed to have someone else represent us, and we chose another lawyer firm (not this one). That lawyer from the other firm dropped our case because we didn’t agreed to have second mediation, even though we thoroughly explained to him we knew it was a waste our money, since the first mediation was very unsuccessful. Again in search of a new lawyer, God led us to the Godwin & Bowmen firm; the name Godwin itself was a very favorable sign for us. After we researched about Mr Ira Bowman we decide to have him & his partner (Ms Samantha Baynes) to help us with the case that was ongoing for over 3 years. Within 4 months we got the court day & my husband won the case - Praise God! I give thanks to Mr Ira for his knowledge, wisdom, boldness, friendliness & humility. Lauren failed to follow through with our executed agreement, missed court deadlines, failed to file paperwork in a timely manner and failed to make court appearances. Her actions led to the dismissal of my case before my day in court. Now it's too late. Find a responsible attorney, instead.

She was hired to represent me in a Medical Malpractice case but after review of documents filed by this attorney against my wishes my rights were taken away from me. I should have had an attorney to review documents before trusting her. I feel my civil rights have been violated. If you hire any attorney do not trust them, have another non partial attorney review every document.
