My family and I were frantically looking for a lawyer to handle our case, to which we looked at our insurance policy and called the referenced list; of three lawyers, Inna was the only one who answered. Inna was very friendly from the moment she said "hello" and knowledgeable in the particular matter we had discussed. Inna provided suggestions, that were extremely helpful, and followed up promptly while working with our insurance company. During the few conversations held, Inna was attentively and patiently listening to the details of the situation. And, yes, I know she's 'paid' to do that, but you can tell a genuine person from one who cares about business and money first, rather than people first, like Inna. While we had to ultimately part ways, from our limited experience with Inna, and not haven't spoken with a lawyer previously (on any occasion), I would heavily suggest reaching out to Inna. Inna was gracious and wished us well for our future. It was wholesome.

When saying “thank you” isn’t enough. Craig's firm wasn’t my first firm, it wasn’t even my second firm. Craig’s firm was my third firm, I went to one of those commercial 1-800 firms first and was shoveled off to a firm that was located on the other side of Virginia, then I was referred by a friend to a local firm who just was not equipped to handle my case properly. Craig and his team jumped in and took control, and I immediately knew I had finally found the Firm that would take care of me. I have worked in litigation for over 30 years, well indoctrinated in the legal system, but I have no experience or background in personal injury and Craig’s experience and zeal really shined throughout the process. They listened, empathized, were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. A retired judge who participated in the case was extremely complimentary on what a great job Craig and his team had done to provide him with the facts and details of my injuries. Subject: Disappointing Experience with Simeon & Miller Law Firm
I am writing to express my frustration with the legal services I have received from Simeon & Miller. I initially reached out to the firm in March after an accident in October 2023, which was not my fault. At first, the other driver's insurance company was working with me, but communication stopped, prompting me to seek legal assistance.
I turned to Simeon & Miller after conducting an online search and reading the firm's reviews. Unfortunately, that decision has proven to be a significant mistake. Despite the firm’s 20 years of service, I found only five reviews visible, which should have raised doubts about the authenticity of their online presence. This was a possibly my first red flag.
Since then, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication has been deplorable, leaving me feeling like I’m tracking a package rather than receiving the legal representation I need. After forwarding all the necessary information for my case, I was initially assigned a paralegal. Shortly after, I was passed on to another assistant, who informed me that she would compile everything and forward it to the attorney. However, after several follow-up calls, it wasn’t until September that I finally spoke to the lawyer handling my case, even though they had all the information since March.
When I did finally speak with the attorney, the call consisted of them asking a series of questions, explaining the potential value of my case, and inquiring about the lowest settlement amount I would accept. I was then told it could take another 90 days to potentially reach an agreement with the other party. As the 30-day mark approached, I received another call from the lawyer informing me that the case had settled at the original value they had quoted.
I then inquired about when I could expect to receive the check, only to be told that it could take up to another 60 days. To my surprise, I later discovered an email titled "Simeon and Miller" with no follow-up call, requesting me to sign papers for the release of the check. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the lawyer, I was repeatedly told they were unavailable. After leaving several messages, I eventually had to ask another representative for answers regarding my case, and they provided me with the information I needed. To date, I have still not received a call back from my lawyer.
Furthermore, I received a letter from the at-fault driver’s insurance company confirming that the check had been forwarded to the law firm, yet I still have not been contacted by anyone at Simeon & Miller. I am left to wonder whether they are holding the funds in escrow, potentially making money off my settlement while I continue to experience an unacceptable lack of communication.
If you are seeking timely and efficient legal representation, I strongly advise you to avoid Simeon & Miller. My experience has been prolonged, impersonal, and frustrating, and I will never use this firm again.

I Could not have found a better lawyer for my case, he always answered my questions and got back to me when he said he would, he didn't give me a run around when it came to getting information for my case. I don't usually trust lawyers but i trusted Mr Brynn because of how he handled my case from the beginning.
Ms Laverne was one of the first people i saw and she made my mum and i feel comfortable , as this was a few days after the accident, she asked how i was doing and left a lasting warm impression on my mum and I.
When it came to negotiating the settlement i was impressed with how Mr Brynn handled it , he kept me in the loop and asked my input about what i think , he didn't just dictate to me .He made me feel included in the process. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good lawyer .

I called and they transferred me to another person for a company called quickaid who was in another country. You can not speak to anyone in the United States! When asked to be transferred to someone in the United States, I was told "then you need to contact the Social Security Administration!" This company is horrible to deal with.

Mr. Bilton was my attorney for a PI case. Throughout the process I grew frustrated with his lack of organization and communication. I didn't learn much of his failures until towards the end of the case after he withdrew. He withdrew because I threatened to file a complaint with the BAR. I learned 6 weeks before the trial that Mr. Bilton had not deposed anyone in my case. I learned that he had not requested the proper doctor's notes in order to understand my injuries. I learned that he was not communicating with my doctors when I was contacted by an expert witness, a house counsel and one of my own doctors complaining that Mr. Bilton was simply not responding to their emails or calls. Mr. Bilton also failed to hire appropriate expert witnesses. As part of his agreement he was obligated to hire experts but he tried to tell me that it's normal to use my own doctors as experts which is never done because they can't provide a bias opinion. This essentially was why my case was destroyed. Not only did the stress send me to the hospital but his cruelty and lack of disregard for how his action impact my life has hurt my entire family. If you decide to hire him, I would ask him for his trial record because he loses more than he wins. I would ask him what experts he works with and I would make sure your contract states specifically that he is to hire third party experts and not try to use your doctors.

I was referred to Cory by an attorney that had dropped my case. That attorney had only the highest opinion of Cory and has used him for when he needed representation. From reading his bio to meeting him for the first time, it's clear that he is a real person that has a firm grasp on the struggles of the injured with one hand and a firm grasp on the law with the other hand. I had a case that was very complicated and had been accepted and rejected by numerous attorneys. When he agreed to take me on, it was the eleventh hour of the statute of limitations and he came across as entirely undaunted. He asked questions that none of the other (six or more) attorneys I'd met with had ever brought up, he truly listened to what I had to say, took the time to understand the parts he was less familiar with, and offered the kind of advice and counsel you would expect from him if you were related. Cory clearly wants to help people and hasn't lost sight of that after law school. He was there to answer my questions and be my compass through some rough waters, even when there was nothing in it for him in return. If you want someone that is sharp, responsive, personable, makes you feel like you're their only client, and truly cares about you and your outcomes as a person he should be the only call you make. I only wish he practiced every sort of law so that I could only ever use him for my legal needs.
His staff is also very responsive, organized, and kind. They're organized, using technology to both their advantage and that of their clients. This team works together well. In the past I have experienced attorneys and firms that tell you everything you want to hear in order to get you to sign and then the level of service and competency plummets once you're on board. This firm is one of honesty and integrity, they are good for their word and I trust them wholeheartedly (first time I've ever said that about a lawyer or firm).

I'm completely dissatisfied and baffled by the lack of communication I received from Mr. Regan and his firm. Reached out to Mr. Regan for him to represent me in a car accident I was involved in. Spoke with Mr. Regan one time and all communication after was with his assistant (as he was constantly unavailable or out of town) who was less than helpful as every time I requested status she had none to provide. After several months went by without being provided adequate updates, I decided to terminate our attorney-client relationships. I was treated like an afterthought. Would not suggest him or his firm. If you are looking for legal representation that is timely and effective, I suggest you look elsewhere.

WOW .... The review from the girl with the dental case sounds SO familiar ... I guess it's because Kathy Burke screwed me also.
I was rear-ended in 2014 and hired Kathy Burke just a few months after my accident. I went through 6 months of physical therapy, many different x-rays, 3 MRI's, 2 years of pain management with injections 2-3 x a month and endured headaches 5-6 days a week. After 2 1/2 years of nothing helping ....... I was referred to a brain injury doctor and also a nerve surgeon.
Both doctors said I needed surgery due to accident. Both doctors put this it in writing also. Kathy Burke said "you don't get headaches from car accidents and we won't be able to prove that" ........ and she wanted me to settle for $15,000. She dragged things out for almost 3 years and then said my only choice was to RE-FILE .... which has to be done within 6 months.
2 months prior to the refiling deadline she says "You will need to find another attorney, this case is not going to be lucrative enough for us" (meaning the law firm she was with). Which at the time she was with Stein & Rosenberg in DC. Just a few short months after she moved for the 3rd time ..... to Stein & Rosenberg law firm ...... is when she said they didn't feel it would be worth their time to take the case. Unbelievable !
She moved to 3 DIFFERENT law firms during the time I was using her (3 years). I should have known that I was doomed.

I orig signed with Ms. Burke to file a dental malpractice complaint against a dentist who also has a law degree after suffering 10 long yrs of painful tx's that included multiple extractions (9teeth) impulsively performed w/out x-rays & informed consent resulting in sig bone loss to my lower jaw area (which he never acknowledged). Because 2nd lower molars extracted, I was w/out an ability to chew my foods for 10 yrs. I also discovered that he deliberately placed a dollop-of-glue on my 1 implant placed in Feb 09 w/out connecting it & then plcd a FPD over it w/open margins resulting in add'l inflam, bacterial infect and bone loss. I also presnted her 39 documnted return emerg visits for faulty crns cracking as well as abut/cr attachd to implant (4x's). I also discovred I wud have lost my remaing teeth (20) had I not sought tx from my Prosthodontist since he placed CR's over caries w/overhanging margins & there were no post placemnt x-rays. Only provided 3 x-rays for 10 yrs of tx, but no x-rays for the multiple extractions nor the multple unnecessry faulty R/C's. The Dentist was decptive t/out the 10 yrs, I was confused, depressd, humiliatd, and o/all wellbeing sig deterorated turning my life upside down. I delibrately decded to obtin a female attorny assuming she may better understand the dramatic impact these horrific traumtizing tx's hd on my qualty of life for 10 yrs. Ms.Burke subseq filed my comp for $2 Million for the tx period beg 4-30-03 - 2-9-12, based on a review by my Dental Expert, whose one of the Best inthe Country(Spec. in Prosthodontics). However, I theninformd her that the complnt did not inclde all of my tx's, ie., 1st tx began 8-28-02 at his dental practice & not 4-30-03. I subseq tracked dwn my prior dental records & presented them to Ms. Burke in May 2013, and shocked to discover the Dentist fraudulently prepared a new dental chart and posted my tx's for 8-28, 9-18, 10-2-02 to my prior dental records. He also egregiously used my pt. inform sheet w/my name dtd 8-22-01 c/out date chgd to 7-25-02, whch was husband's 1st tx w/dentist at his new practice that opend in 2002,and posted this tx to my new chart & noted new Hx Diabetes (husband is hypoglycemic). Although I testified to the 8-28-02-10-2-02 tx's ¬ed the7-25-02as my husband's tx, & also sent emails requestng a doc examinr to confirm (although it was obvious)Ms. Burke never addressd these tx's with the dentist at his deposition. Thus, the dentist w/held my 1st 3 tx's for litigation purposes and he also submitted false interrogs. The dentist also lied all of my lab receipts & most of my dental impressins were destroyed by offc sprinkler but also statd he did not attempt to obtain dup's after notification of complaint. Although Burden shld have shifted to the Dentist, Ms. Burke's co-counsel bent-ovr-bkwds & agrd to obtain the past few yrs; however, no lab records rec'd. I also infmd Ms. Burke that 2 fmr emplyees had sig info abt the dentist's unethical practices & also info re: false lab rec's remark, but she never deposed my witnesses. She never reved my recds w/me to assure accuracy, which many were not/some w/typos, but she did add my husbnd to my interrogs whch opened the door to rel of my marrg couseling rx'ds. Thus, I was humiliatd for 10yrs w/missng teeth up front, crns falling/ot ,etc., & then I was again humilated thr/out depo w/more ?? abt my marriage rather thn actual dental tx's. I was shocked she allowed this to occur. Thus, I was not given proc due process & instead they rushed & relsd the desig of exprts testmny & decd to dismis1/2 my tx's finding 1-30-06 as the date he fell below standrd of care (which was a false date) they also assd med. xerostomia to lesson dmgs & notd my xpert wud testify to past tx's despite the fact tx's add'd after the fact. Aftr $15,000 in legalfees, she adv me they wud not addrss the false tx's & I cud file nonsuit but she w/not refile. I filed nonsuit but discovery precluded me frm refiling.
