Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything

My lawyer is Mary Hammons, I can’t speak for other attorneys but if she is assigned to you, RUN or ask for her to be removed. My experience, with her during trial was horrible she was not prepared and would not object to false statements and information provided to the judge.

If you are not consistently following up, you will be hard pressed to receive any type of response. If you do receive a response, it will be short and often times not even answer your questions. I do not live in Florida and had a huge problem with my mother's Condo. HOA pipe burst, water everywhere, mold, and they refused to follow the rules and law to get rid of the mold and replace the drywall. They knew I was living out of state, so they stalled, and stalled, and stalled, while the mold in the Condo got worse, and worse, and worse. I consulted at least 12 attorneys, so-called experts in this field. Not one was as knowledgeable, intelligent, and helpful as Jeff Kominsky. Because of Jeff's assistance, the HOA buckled, and finally did their job. This was only from a 1one-hour consultation with Jeff. What I learned during that consultation gave me the ammo I needed to win the battle with the HOA. Jeff's focus is the law, and he was extremely ethical as well. I am definitely going to use Jeff again when needed.

I hired Robert L Spector, 2014 of June after a rear end accident. I was severely injured and currently in the process of undergoing surgeries .
Mr. Spector had my case for 2 years and didn’t resolve any issue or made progress.
My calls were ignored by him and his office assistant. When I attempt to contact him from a different number, my call was answer immediately.
I decided to make him aware, that I was unsatisfied with his service. I ask him to release my case, and I hired a new attorney.
Due to the statue of limitation, I was not able to recover the full amount of money that my case was worth.
