Can’t seem to get an update from my case. For 2 months I have been calling to get an update and all I get is, “we will give you a call back”! What kind of place is being run here?! Bounced around from case manager to case manager and then supervisor supposed to call back as well? Horrible service!!!! If you want to wait months for a call back and never get updates this is the place to go!

I reached out to Rosen law firm, knowing Peter. He told me amazing things about Jeremy and his success. I had been through a personal injury case before and wanted to make sure I picked a reputable attorney to take care of this spine injury. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received from Rosen law firm. I do have to comment on the case manager, Gabby. Someone’s been through this before I know how this works. Gabby was absolutely horrifying to work with she was consistently rude and the worst to work with. She refused to provide me with the information that I requested. Over all I would highly recommend Jeremy and Peter for your personal injury needs, but ask that you do not have Gabby as your case manager

My experience with Rosen Law group was outstanding. Unfortunately, I was in an accident. They got my car immediately, got total loss wages to me very fast. I was sent for mri, got injections and chiropractic therapy. As soon as I recovered, got me max payout. I highly recommend this Law group. All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

They have represented me in the 3M settlement. They told me the letter was sent to my bank on 5 September. They also said the were I constant contact with my bank. My bank has not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails and called 3 times. They have yet to call or respond to my inquiries. As of 24 Sept I still have not received money from them. If I could give a negative star it would represent my feelings toward these scam artist.

There was a reply stating they don't from the law firm but I can attest to them taking 40% as a client and I saw under 5k from my 10k settlement. The firm hasn't been hard to deal with and they are rather good lawyers aside from the excessive fees. My only issue is them lying in the responses because I definitely was charged 40% in fees and saw under 5k. I also had to beg them just to file my claim for EIF when other law firms had filed claims for veterans with much less proof. I do feel defeated when it comes to how they're handling us but it's nothing new.

Martin Pack is an amazing bankruptcy attorney. Not once was I ever treated like a number. Martin and his team took the time to walk me through the process from beginning to end and answer any questions I had.
