I worked with Keating Law offices and the attorney that helped me was Jack Dassow. I had searched a while for a law firm, and no one would take my case, but Jack and his team believed in me and was able to help me. I was able to get the most amount of settlement per the type of case. I was also able to get compensation for my Bike as well. Hopefully I won't have any issue in the future with any more accidents but if I do I will definitely be giving them a call. Really great law firm and team!!!

I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. He immediately jumped into action gathering time sensitive evidence and set realistic expectations every step of the way. His advice and recommendations over the course of 2 years were invaluable and ultimately played a big factor in being able to secure a favorable multi-party settlement prior to trial. Sam was always available and willing to answer questions or offer his professional point of view, even outside of traditional office hours if need be and his calm but diligent demeanor kept things moving with the minimal amount of stress. He was able to accomplish this with the uncertainty of Covid and disruptions to the legal system as a backdrop. Sam is a very genuine person. 100% transparency. No cause of concern. 100% trustworthy. Always has client's best interest in mind. All options will be on the table and all the pros and cons, clearly stated. Final decision is mine and he will value it. There was a stage when I was keen to accept the offer made but he felt it was not a fair deal for the extent of injury suffered. I believed in him, rejected the initial offer and the final settlement was three times v/s the initial. I will definitely recommend Sam. With Best Wishes.

I recently was pulled over for driving on a revoked license & no seat belt in Lake County. While on probation. I was absolutely sick to my stomach & Affraid. I called a good friend of mine and explained what happened to me. He told me to call Paul.
So i did. When Paul answered and spoke to me. I was instantly relieved. His demeanor proffesional manner & knowledge was like no other lawyer i have used before. We went to court on the first appearance.
He showed how great he trully is.
He got the seat belt ticket thrown out.
He got my driving on revoked reduced down. Probation terminated and a meger fine with supervision.
. I really thought i was going to jail. Witch was Scary & Financially devestating to my family.
But thanks to some good advice from a friend and a true pro like Paul.
Things worked out well. If i remember correctly during my first phone conversation with Paul he reassured me that it would.

I had the privilege of working with Mr. Brian Hurst and his partner, Ms. Olga Allen, for the past eight years. I hired them to handle a very contentious divorce, and it was the best decision I ever made. After experiencing frustration with two ineffective and non-transparent lawyers, working with Olga and Brian restored my faith that lawyers can be trusted, compassionate, and genuinely committed to their clients' best interests rather than financial gain.
Ms. Allen carefully prepared the documents for our numerous court appearances, while Mr. Hurst presented and litigated the case. Their work was exemplary—organized, thorough, and meticulously detailed. Mr. Hurst's presentations to the judges (even through several changes) were clear, data-driven, convincing, eloquent, and highly effective.

Our working relationship with Mr. Seigler spanned over 4 years. It was not associated with criminal defense, but with civil problems regarding an easement. Mr. Seigler was contacted & hired after another local lawyer was paid to get resolution to the problem, but failed to take timely action. As someone who is using Ostling and Abbott the only good thing I can say about them is that they allow you to make payments ahead of your bankruptcy filing . It seems very difficult to speak with someone who can help if you are not at the office. Speaking with my attorney seems to be impossible outside of an office appointment. They only seem to due the basics. They don't explain what is happening throughout the process. They just send me copies of the court papers without any explanation from them of what is happening or a follow up call or meeting.
I am left wondering constantly what is happening with my case fearing the worst because you can't get any help or your questions answered or if they do not in a sufficient time frame. I know others have had good experiences with them, this is just my experience with Abbott in general.

I sustained a shoulder injury at work . My shoulder continued to be a problem and the Dr that I was seeing ordered an MRI. The MRI showed a possible rotater cuff tear and the Dr felt I needed surgery. This is when work comp wanted a second opinion from a Dr of their choice, who said the MRI was inconclusive and thought I should get a cortisone shot and more therapy. After another month of therapy and the shot I was still having pain and they did not want to approve surgery. This was when I spoke with Patty and retained her. She was always available to answer my questions and was able to get them to approve the surgery and I did have a full tear of my rotator cuff. So then I'm looking at a long rehab and not sure if I can go back to my mechanics job or if it will even be there. Patty got my checks back on time when they started suddenly forgetting to mail them on time. She made sure I got all the therapy I needed to get strong enough to go back to my normal job when they tried to say I didn't need more therapy. I ended up being able to go back to my job and also got a very nice check at the end of it all. Patty was always there and had a positive attitude when I was really scared and frustrated with the whole situation. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I will keep this as brief as possible. My injuries were so devastating and life changing that I wanted nothing more than to forget about them. This "forgetting" included attempting to ignore any and all aspects of my case. To be honest, I would have quit my case just to be left alone and to be able to move on with my life. It didn't help that, in typical fashion, the defense had done everything in their power for years to blame the accident on me. After years of this and refusing to settle, the case finally went to trial in early 2013. If I remember correctly, it took a couple days of jury selection and on a Thursday or Friday Sean made his opening arguments and began examining expert witnesses. Long story short, when the weekend was over and we came back to court on Monday, the defense was ready to settle! It took a couple days of Sean putting witnesses on the stand for the defense to come to their senses. My life has changed dramatically since then...and for the better this time. To reiterate, I wanted nothing to do with this case for years and IT WAS MY CASE! Sean worked tirelessly for me and my life and I was THE most difficult client to work for. He never quit even when I wanted to. To this day I don not believe I would have won my case with anyone else fighting for me. These days I consider Sean one of my very good friends and I am endlessly thankful for his support.
