He helped me with my SSDI. And it turned out great for me and alot quicker than I expected.
Anything you do with Dr.s make sure to give paperwork before he even asks.
This makes things easier for him to help you.
I can't put to words how happy and lucky I was to choose him.
And he has a great personality and his staff are awesome.

I hired Brown Law Office to represent me regarding a licensing matter before the Board of Massage Therapy and it was the right choice. Receiving a board initiated complaint was by far the most distressing event of my professional life, but Lorie helped me and I am so grateful to her for representing me in my time of trouble. Do not believe that if your case mirrors anything on their website that they will take yours. My spine surgery was done wrong and after nine years I learned that I’m not completely fused. Update* after listening to the message that was left for me it turns out that the information that was relayed back to the attorney about my case seemed completely wrong, so since the attorney heard my situation incorrectly, I was denied. 👍🏽-I just learned of a failed back surgery, when a mass showed up on my back from fluid buildup a month ago, around the hardware from my back surgery lower lumbar fusion L4 L5 and S1. When looking at the mass the doctor noticed that after 9 years my back hadn’t fused together because a different doctor did my surgery incorrectly. He was fired later on for a reason unknown to me. I’m just now learning how bad my back really is. I’ve had years of pain and hardship and didn’t know it was partly because with my lower lumbar fusion, the doctor had put screws in my hips. Now 80 pounds lighter it’s becoming more and more painful to walk. The hardware in my back is now protruding slightly, degenerated disc, a cyst on my nerve and arthritis.
The doctor perform my back surgery incorrectly mainly by putting screws into my hips and I have had years of problems. The intake worker knew I was having another MRI Today for a possible future surgery because of this, however I received a denial letter instead. They don’t waste their time by calling people and telling them their denied they will send a letter. #Care

Mr.David worked Appeal for my friend. Unfortunately the appeal is not successful but I can see that he work his best and he also get it done faster. He reply fast whenever I asked him something and his assistant Katy is also very good with reply and answered every questions. David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

Attorney Petri is one of the top Attorneys in Indiana that is a very patient, outgoing, but stern Lawyer. To be able to describe my feelings about Vernon J. Petri & Associates in writing is nearly impossible. My gratitude for everything that the attorneys at the firm have done for me is too much for words to explain. They have had such an impact on my life and they truly are my heroes.
My case was not an easy one, and it was not "open and shut." The case constantly evolved, and it seemed to be never-ending. This was partly due to my worsening medical condition, for which I could not seem to receive a definitive diagnosis. I reached out for help on avvo about a personal injury . Originally we were assisted by a law firm in Indianapolis but for some unfortunate reason they transferred our case to Lance Worland. We (my wife and I) signed a contract with Mr Worland. Well I must tell you that I and my wife were absolutely thrilled with this attorney. Not only was he polite and always willing to answer questions but he was astonishingly fast to get us restitution and payment for our injuries. When I say astonishingly fast I mean within 120 days we reached a settlement agreement and got paid. We are very very happy with the results. His rates were fair and we didn't have to pay anything up front. His expertise in this area is very admirable. From day 1 I told him I was a straight forward man. He was also straight forward with us. If he thought something was wrong he let us know. His advice saved us alot of headaches and pain. I was referred to Lance after another Attorney had turned me down. Lance looked over my case and assured me that he could help and man-o-man did he. Not only was he able to secure a maximum settlement from the car owner's minimum state coverage but his diligent research found that the out of state driver of the car had additional insurance that he could access. Lance turned what was thought to be a lost cause into a sizable settlement that adequately compensated me for my injuries. Tony helped my family reach a settlement after a semi struck our car. Our injuries were very significant and my oldest daughter was hospitalized for about 3 months. I am on disability now. Throughout the entire process, starting with the initial visit in the hospital I felt extremely confident with Tony in every possible way. He was always there for us in taking calls, returning them, or meeting with us promptly. He was confident and VERY knowledgeable. He explained the process and anything that we didn't understand. He was professional & also supportive. He helped us THROUGH everything. We were/are very happy with the settlement we got. There are no words to explain how wonderful it was to have him as our attorney. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone.
My little girls loved him too. That was really helpful when most of the case was about my 10 year old. He was great working with her and she was totally comfortable working with him...not every attorney has that kind of rapport with children.

Laura was hired by us after our son suffered an injury in the NICU when he was a week old. Laura helped us remain hopeful because she didn't back down. She worked hard for us and quickly. I am still amazed at how our case was resolved so fast. Medical malpractice laws in our state aren't the most appealing, but she still worked hard for us and our son. She was tactful, but headstrong from day 1. She did everything she could to hold the hospital and staff accountable for their negligence. Not once, did I sense from her that this was about her firm or just the monetary end. She has a heart for those that have been mistreated. She also was great from the client/professional standpoint. Mr. Johnson was always available, business hours, evenings, weekends and even Holidays. He would acknowledge any questions or concerns I had via, telephone, e-mail or even text messages, in a timely manner. Being a very complex and complicated case, there were few moments when he was not personally knowledgeable regarding a specific area, he advised me of such immediately, however he would then seek out the necessary information or persons whom where knowledgeable to keep things moving forward. He would always keep me informed as well as guide me. He never faltered. I always felt he was in complete control of any given situation of the case which seemingly branched in a multitude of directions and was extremely complex. He was thorough, confident and always committed. When I would need some sense of assurance, Mr. Johnson was able to provide that security. His staff being as top notch as he is. Always friendly and quick to respond. They gave me a sense of security as well and I felt they became more than only my legal representation. I have had two different issues in which the Firm had helped me with. My fist case was a Work Comp claim. I submitted my claim and talked with Mr. Harts. After my meeting, Mr. Harts said e could not help me. I than sent my issue to Mrs. Golitko, I’m not sure if I explained better this time around but was told that Mr. Harts will be taking my case, in which was settled out of court.
My second case was an Auto Accident in which, Mr. Reichert took on and got me my Settlement. During my Second case, I was having issues with my Employer, such as being denied the right to file for Worker’s Compensation, I asked Mr. Reichet about this and he stated that he would not be able to take this on. I emailed both Mr. Golitko and Mrs. Golitko about my Employment issue and have not heard a response back for neither of them. It has been Months since I have reached out and asked for assistance. This is why I am giving them a 3 star Rating.
