Alena handled my criminal case and did so brilliantly. I was extremely overwhelmed having been arrested and having no idea what to do next. A good friend suggested I call Alena. He told me that Alena was aggressive in court and had an ability to communicate with the prosecutors in a way that would benefit resolution of my case. Boy, was that true. Colin is one of those few attorney's that have a genuine interest in his clients well being. After I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian, Colin was the one who negotiated the max possible settlement. Richard is a great lawyer. He handles cases with the utmost care and concern. He also returns telephone calls and responds to his own emails.
He litigated my case against a large insurance company when they refused to pay me for my substantial loss. In the end, the insurance company lost all of its motions in court and the case was ultimately resolved in my favor.

I got a collections letter from a company I've never heard of and they wouldn't work with me no matter what I did. I looked through this website for a lawyer in my area and saw Eric Sapir so I gave him a call. He didn't charge me much and he got them to get rid of the collections and also got me a small settlement from them which ended up paying for my legal fees anyhow. I'm very happy. He's also a really nice guy, he Js very hard and does an excellent job. I haven't had good experiences in the past with attorneys but I can honestly say this was the best experience.

I got into a disagreement with a major bank. I found Mr. Sapir and contacted him for help. He walked me through the process and was very aggressive in fighting for me, which I really appreciated. Most attorneys I've dealt with seem somewhat detached but Mr. Sapir always made me feel like I was his priority. His pricing was fair and his services were great. My mother was getting many telemarketing calls on a daily, and sometimes hourly, basis. The calls were more than annoying, the volume of calls amounted to harassment. I called Attorney Eric Sapir, discussed my situation, and we were able to successfully stop the calls from this particular telemarketer. We were also able to secure a favorable settlement.

I consigned a vintage car in an action. It sold. The auction house delayed paying me the hammer price. When I enquired about the delay they told me the buyer was disputing the provenance of the car.
At that point I hired Cheryl Ruggerio to negotiate on my behalf.
She was very thorough and quick to understand all the documentation I presented her with and was able to research and fill in all the gaps providing the auction house with indisputable evidence of the cars long history.
She presented the new found information and documentation to the auction house and negotiated a settlement to the agreement of all concerned parties.

There are so many great things to say about Marty Weniz, this review cannot possibly do him justice, but here it goes:
A few years ago, at the age of 25, I had sustained a fall while walking along an un-lit deck. In the dark, unbeknownst to me, there was no railing and I fell 5 feet breaking my leg. Or so I was told. Months later, after much persistent pain it turned out that the doctor failed to diagnose that I had shattered my heel as well, and that the fracture was so severe, it required immediate surgery at the time of the injury. My hind foot suffered permanent damage, to which I still feel the effects today. Beaten down, but fueled with the desire to seek some justice, I had looked around for attorneys and no one wanted my malpractice case because it wasn’t “serious enough;” did I mention everyone drooled over my personal injury case? That is until I found Marty. He met with me immediately; he told me that he was taking BOTH cases!!!
He told me from the get go that this was going to be a process, and that I needed to be patient. Many discoveries, and often stressful depositions later, Marty always made sure I was super prepared for my depositions, and he kept me in the know, step by step. Then, almost like the universe came together to hand us good karma wrapped in a bow, in a matter of months, we got not one, but TWO very large settlements from the malpractice AND personal injury cases. Even Marty was flabbergasted that it happened so quickly and successfully!
The point of my little tale is to not only to sing this lawyer's praises for all to read, but to solidify that I truly feel Martin Weniz is just about one of the best attorneys the legal profession has got. And, if that wasn’t awesome enough, he is a kind, empathetic, and courageous man who will fight for what he believes in. In my case, it was my plight!

When my family and I experienced a most unexpected and emotionally painful loss which we believed merited legal pursuit, we interviewed several plaintifs' attorneys before choosing to have Marty represent us. We were impressed not only by his knowledge, experience, and professionalism, but by his compassion. We also always felt that he was interested in our case for its relevance to challenges faced in the health care industry as well as its meaning to us personally. Our case took a long time to resolve. Re-experiencing the initial event over and over through the legal process was very hard, but Marty was right beside us to prepare us for each step, and support us through unpleasant things like the discovery process, and arbitration meetings. He always seemed to find time to just hear me "vent" or respond to what might have seemed "dumb" questions to someone with more experience. He understood that for us, our case was much more a matter of principle than monetary gain and represented us accordingly. In the end he helped achieve a settlement that was, I believe, viewed as fair on both sides of the table. While I sincerely hope to never need such services again, I am glad to know that Marty is around, just in case. I consider him still to be a friend.

The character, and integrity in which Michael Doland conducted himself during a very difficult case should be in every law journal on "how to act”. I wish I could have given him unlimited funds to go after these guys. His style was really responsible to truly not go insane, and keep our family intact. Mr. Doland was an amazing resource and advocate for me during a dispute with my business partner and the buyout that followed. He is level headed and realistic about your options, but also personable and friendly. I especially appreciated his patience and timeliness in the face of my anxiousness and many questions.

I just contacted this office because SSI denied my application. After getting advice from many other disabled individuals on SSI, I'm now looking into getting an attorney to help get my case approved, as I have more than abundant proof of both mental and physical disability.
Despite mentioning this, they've decided to turn me away, claiming that "they didn't think they'd be able to prove I'm disabled". Even though I hadn't been able to send them the papers/documentation yet, as a case hadn't been assigned before they declined to aid me.
Very disappointed to see this especially when I was going off of reviews that made me confident and excited to work with them. Fortunately, there /are/ many attorneys and lawyers in the county out here to help those in need.
