An excellent law group, they did all the work, allowing me to focus on my recovery, they explained each part of this process to me and kept me informed with everything that was happening ,and how they were making sure everything from billing to transportation to and from medical appointments were taken care of.
They got me an even greater settlement, than I even what thought possible.
Workers' compensation can be a very painfully long, an extremely confusing process to go through, my strongest advice would be, do not do this on your own. And should you find yourself in need of services of this nature, It would definitely not be a waste of your time calling Keches Law Group. They are the best as far as i'm concerned.

Casey is awesome. He always made time for me, even the times when I was “venting out loud,” acting as not only my lawyer, but even as a therapist/friend. I was surprised when I received my itemized bill, noticing there was several instances that times charged were less than they actually should have been. I hired him in the middle of an open family court case, which isn’t ideal for any attorney. During this time, I went through a financial hardship, as I made a huge career change going from a job with weekly pay, to a commission only career. He was very flexible with me based off of that change. I appreciate everything he did for me, and I tell anyone who remotely mentions needing an attorney of his praises.

In June of 2020, I was entering a grocery store and slipped in a puddle of water on the floor and broke my ankle. I was on vacation from California and did not know any Attorneys. A friend suggested George MacKoul in Hyannis. George had practiced in California and was very knowledgeable in both California and Massachusetts law.
George really helped me with ideas to assist him in preparing my case. One suggestion was keeping a daily diary. The case took 2 years to close. George negotiated a very good settlement. He and his Assistant, Diane, made our long-distance communication and document filing seamless.
I would definitely encourage anyone to engage the services of George MacKoul!

I hired George to represent me in a dispute I had with a boat yard. The boatyard failed to properly winterize my boat causing damage to the engines, and the cabin. The boatyards insurance company tried to offer me a small amount of money, but once I had George on the case things changed rapidly. I ended up getting the compensation I was asking for from the insurance company, and they had to dispose of the boat themselves. I can't say enough about George and how he efficiently worked through this dispute for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need.

At the end of July 2022, my then-13-year-old son was mowing our neighbors lawn and subsequently was struck by a drunk driver. He suffered a deep laceration to his forearm requiring 10 stitches and an aftercare appointment.
I was recommended to hire Attorney Stephen by a colleague and I immediately hired him upon discussion of the case. Attorney Stephen handled everything, from acquiring bills to paying them, keeping me informed every step of the way. The process with Attorney Stephen was effortless on our behalf. He handled all paperwork, negotiations and discussions with insurance and reported back always in a timely fashion.
He treated our family with care and respect and not just as paying clients. Although not involved in the criminal case against the driver, he still took the time from his day to appear next to us in Superior court and support my son and I during her plea and sentencing- which my son and I are extremely grateful for.
Attorney Stephen ensured the best possible final number for my son. He handled the annuity and was diligent about reviewing and explaining the process and paperwork with my husband and I. His prices were fair and reasonable and he explained his costs to us in plain verbiage and there was no confusion.

Attorney Stephen is amazing. I had called a couple other attorneys before I saw his name on Google. The first Attorney I called never got back to me and the second said it wasnt worth his time. I worked as an expert on a recent case. Initially, all invoices were paid, but the case was coming to trial and my invoice prior to trial was not paid. I was told "the check was in the mail" She promised to call me with the outcome of the case. The call never came, nor did the payment for services rendered in good faith. I found out the results for myself and the outcome of the trial was not favorable to the attorney. I tried reaching the office to attempt to get them to adress the invoice, but mutiple contacts by mail, email and voicemail went unreturned. All calls to all of their offices and office members were routed to her voicemail and were ignored. This is not only wrong, but unprofessional. Payment for experts should never be contingent on the verdict.

I found Michelle online (my parents did) a day after I got a clerk hearing letter that was accusing me with three charges, and I was very overwhelmed with the situation because I had a lot to lose starting with my dream job, but still she was very professional, caring, and efficient. She explained everything to me and she did everything for me since day one without even getting paid first. She helped move my clerk hearing date closer which it was what I wanted because I needed to get this out of my head, and she also was able to get the police report of the incident to understand more what it was said, and she did that without even seeing me first, I REALLY appreciate all her work because not every lawyer will be there for you because I had another lawyer, and I could see the difference clearly. I was worried, and she was very patient and quick to respond any questions I had, even after the case was done, I was still emailing her and she was still there. She said she would fight my case even if it went to trial, and and I felt the need to have her in my case, and I was so glad she was able to represent me. I would definitely hire her any time I need a defense lawyer, she is exceptional! Thank you for your hard work in such a last minute hearing because I contacted her on Wednesday I believe, and Tuesday was the hearing which it was not even a week later. I am so thankful to you because I felt confident with you representing me no matter the outcome. Gladly it was a great outcome specially because it was a very hard case. I would recommend you to anyone in need of a defense attorney because you are not afraid to go the extra mile to represent your client in their best interest. I called Ms. Halström looking to speak to Frederic Halström but was directed to her. I was considering filing a medial malpractice case. She advised me to obtain all medical records (which perhaps she should have done, or verified) and, after talking for a while, made a date for a specific date and time for a telephone consultation. She never called. Time was of the essence. I called her, we set up another time, and she blew me off again! If this is the way she treats people I want nothing to do with her! Very unprofessional and rude! I would definitely not recommend this lawyer.

Marc Breakstone provided more comfort and a peace of mind than I could have ever imagined. A little over a year ago, I was in a very serious taxi accident as a passenger- and almost 5 months pregnant. I was petrified for the health of my baby. And I had an 11 month old at home that I could no longer take care of on my own. We had literally just bought a house 5 months before, and that accident literally caused my family's world to crumble. And if you are in a similar boat, you can relate- I have never felt so helpless and depressed, I needed to find a lawyer ASAP that I could trust with the well being and future security of my family. I was literally boggled of where to begin, as I have never been involved in a law suit before. And insurance contracts/ lingo/ etc was just so foreign to me. I found 4 lawyers total that I read reviews on from the internet OR was recommended by family friends. I found Marc on some Google search- and that made me a tad nervous because I am a little more "old school" than that. However, I called his office and after speaking to him directly ( which was literally about 5 min after I called, he returned my message )....I instantly felt at ease with him. There is something about his personality that is very direct, yet patient with explaining options/ the law/ advice. Marc was also willing to talk to my husband and a family friend who has legal background from another state trying to help me. So, I conservatively met with him and 3 other lawyers in person, and Marc was the only one I felt was both "down to earth" and at the same time extremely aggressive/passionate when it came to ensuring that my claim was heard properly by the parties concerned. We chose Marc to represent me, and I am SO HAPPY we did. Let me tell you this- If you want somebody that is approachable- choose Marc. If you want someone who will fight for you like he has known you for your whole life, choose Marc. And if you understand that you need someone who is that bit aggressive/confident in making his point, on your behalf, choose Marc. My husband felt that Marc would be a "lion in the ring " for us. Also, I want to add that I live in NYC...I was hit in MA during a weekend away. So I was nervous having the distance away from someone who is representing me. If by chance that is you- dont worry about it. Marc is literally so accessible. I also dont feel like I could write this review without mentioning- Christine Roberts. Marc's executive assistant is a rock star. She reflects his standards of extreme professionalism with a streak of warmth. I could keep writing about all the positive experiences I had along the way with Marc, but I will sum it up this way. A very hormonal pregnant woman, with a baby at home, was hit by a taxi and had to undergo a 7 hour spinal fusion surgery, learn how to walk again, and deal with the pain of the accident/surgery thoughout her pregnancy while accepting the fact she could no longer lift her one year old at home, bathe him, clean up after him etc. ** I am writing this review about one year from the accident and post settlement. I am still so incredibly emotional about that night and everything that happened....But I am still a bit proud that during this complete disaster and at times, what I honestly thought was depression and a breakdown mentally, I was still able to see that Marc would fight for me. And he did. And he will for you. He is just so passionate about his job...and you will come to see glimpses of his personal life that you know this is just a good guy. I look at my daughter now and I thank god for my neuro team, my OB team, and my lawyer. While my doctors really provided such wonderful physical care...Marc was really there as a rock- I let put all my anxiety on his shoulders and he delivered back a secure future. He will forever be part of our family story now.

I broke my ankle in December of 2013 eleven months after having knee replacement surgery. It was, fortunately, the other leg, but it was a bad break, in 2 areas, requiring surgery, hospitalization and a long recovery (14 weeks non weight bearing). It was awful, but the shining light in the whole ordeal was my lawyer, Ron Gluck who took care of everything from start to finish. It was clearly a case where the fault was the restaurant's where I had fallen. Ron negotiated with their insurance company on my behalf and I believe got the very best settlement for me without ever losing or compromising his integrity or mine. I felt like I was in excellent hands from the very beginning of the ordeal. It never went to court as Ron was determined to have the right thing happen in a timely way and not have this dragged out forever with me waiting for the monies he believed I should receive. I knew I was with a quality law firm...he had been recommended by more than one person and I am very glad I never looked any further.
This is not something anyone wants to have happen, but when it does, it is a great feeling to know that there are lawyers you can trust to behave in admirable ways and to work to get deserved compensation.

Today is the first time I have found the courage to publicly speak/ write of the multiple sexual assaults perpetrated against me by my own primary care provider. More importantly I wish to use this platform to publicly extend my lifelong gratitude to Attorney Stanley J. Spero, esquire, for giving me my voice, the courage to hold my doctor accountable and for his role in my one goal - the revocation of my doctor/ abusers medical license and in turn the opportiny to use his medical practice to harm another individual.
I say Stan returned my voice to me as the abuse had left me feeling numb, unheard and disbelieved and it was that one moment, in a public forum, he spoke everything my whole being wanted to scream- "provider sexual assault and misconduct are crimes and a betrayal of trust like no other".

I was extremely fortunate that I had found TELL, a website based help organization that provides support and guidance for victims of therapy abuse. They had given me Stan's name when inquiring about my options to handle the damages I sustained during therapy. Stan, took on my case, and guided me through the process every step of the way. He and his paralegal, Mayra, were always supportive and quick to answer my questions and concerns (of which I had many). Stan truly is an expert in the area of therapy abuse, he knows the system and what to expect! I had told Stan from day one that I would not sign a gag order no matter what the settlement offer. I'm sure there was much back and forth between the lawyers but in the end, Stan came through for me and we settled out of court in 13 months without signing a gag order (other than financial disclosure I am free to talk about my case). I could not ask for more. We also filed a complaint with the Board of psychology and are still waiting for the verdict. What I went through was horrific, but with Stan's help, I hope we have put a stop to another bad therapist from harming innocent victims. Stan and his staff were personal, professional, honest, detail oriented, and sensitive to what I had been through. My experience with Mark at Sweeney Merrigan Law greatly exceeded my expectations. As difficult as this process has been, it could not have gone any smoother working with Mark. When I first reached out to this firm, I included a blurb about my case and Mark reached out immediately. My case was complex, but he did not dismiss it. Instead, he covered all the details with me and sent me an article that resembled my medical situation.
