Patrick Murphy is the best. I was summoned to a Magistrate Hearing. I had no idea what to expect or even how to prepare. Upon first contact with Patrick, he was extremely helpful. Lisa Lippiello was a great choice for my high conflict custody case. She both protected my interests without hesitation AND knew when to compromise. She also explained my options at each juncture and explained why she thought one was best, but always made it clear she worked for me and would defer to my choice and work just as hard to make it happen. Also importantly, she was conscientious and upfront about the cost of her work, which I appreciated. By far the best Criminal Defense lawyer! I honestly am still in awe from the representation, I can't stop talking about it- when your partner is looking at 10 years and they only give him 2.5, but will be home within 8 months of the final court date? As someone who has unfortunately been in a major accident prior to the one for which I've recently needed legal counsel for, I can attest firsthand in the difficulty of finding a reputable, capable, knowledgeable, and experienced lawyer, and what to look for in terms of pros and cons in being able to find a lawyer who will get you the best possible outcome.
Last August, I was struck by a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed as a pedestrian. I had five major surgeries, spent two months in the hospital, am permanently disfigured, and spent over a year bedridden. During my hospital stay, I spent my whole second month doing my due diligence and, using my experience from my prior accident, I found and obtained, what I believe to be one of the better lawyers in the Greater Boston area. Through comparing and contrasting numerous websites and ratings in the highly concentrated Boston pool, I found Mr. Feinberg, who had above-satisfactory reviews and high ratings across the board, especially on websites where lawyers rate other lawyers, which is very telling within itself. It addition, Mr. Feinberg also had the highest settlement amount in the Boston area for five consecutive years in a row.
From experience, I can proclaim from both my prior and recent accidents, that if you're looking for a lawyer who get the job done and get it done right, I highly, highly recommend Mr. Feinberg. He got me the highest possible settlement amount in an expedient manner, was always responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly and diligently, and overall is just a genuine, caring person and a great, trial-experienced lawyer. I simply told him he was being very rude and disrespectful seeing as I was not even able to finish a sentence without him telling me "I had already won," simply because I eventually had the procedure I needed. I understand the need for this business to save "face," but their reply is not true or accurate, and raises more red flags. I will continue to update as needed.
I called this place after a reference from a friend. I wholly regret that decision. I called inquiring if a professional thought I had a medical negligence case. The first question the gentleman asked was "did I get the procedure I needed done?", my answer was yes, and after that this man would not hear another word out of my mouth without saying "then you already won," and that we wouldn't make any money on the case. If these people cannot take the time for a 5 minute phone call I would not trust them with anything. The gentleman continued to tell me he was being patient with me despite still cutting me off every 2 words. He was rude and condescending. I had to ask him multiple times if I could please finish my sentence. Get your advice elsewhere!

We got sued for adverse possession and easement rights on or lake property. Adam took the case 4 years ago. Just before the pretrial he bailed out. We now have to find a replacement in a very short time and for an extremely high cost. He left us in a very bad situation. I don't believe he felt comfortable about litigation. His specialty seems to be land lord/ tenant issues. I believe he was out of his league taking our case.

Paul has ignored me for months at a time, has made sure he has done his best to not contact anyone of my witnesses or professional providers. Has even gone as far as to block my number. He lost my case the first time around because he botched everything by trying to go over everything two minutes before walking through the court room doors. He put me and my family on the back burner as if we don't matter. He asked for a meeting with one of my providers and chose not to show up for the meeting he requested.
