Had me send my stuff for the case over then ghosted me. Refused to answer my follow up calls.
I've seen these guys do great work before but that was when I was working in the courts and I watched them work for the high class of Lansing.
They're great if your the rich and elite but if your a normal person, they don't respect you enough to even follow through in basic communication.

I hired Mr Swajanen to argue on my behalf for a reduction of a speeding ticket. After arranging for a hearing, Mr Swajanen texted me the day before the hearing that he was trying to get a reduction. I have not had any communication from him since. The poor rating is not based on whether or not he was able to argue for a reduction, which he did not, but for the utter lack of communication afterwards. I'm not even sure he was present for the hearing as the paperwork from the state of Michigan notes that the defendant was in default. I was able to reach his office staff once after receiving my default judgment and was told he was out of town with no reception and that she would try to let him know via Facebook, ha!

My husband was hit by a semi-driver on his way to pick up our two young boys. Tom was at my house within a few days of the initial phone call (which was well over a two hour drive for him). He sat with me in my home and listened to all the details. He then explained in detail what it would look like signing on with them, as well as what this type of case would look like. Looking back, that information at that first meeting was extremely informative and things went exactly how they said. I felt prepared every single step of the way due to these professionals.
These three men were able to win with their expertise which was significant. However, they were just as concerned with our well-being and checking in on me and my sons with how we were doing throughout the entire court case. As well as making sure I was protected through the courts.

Tom Blaske is the biggest liar, cheat and thief. DO NOT USE this attorney. He is nasty, condescending and outlandishly offensive. He will tell you that you have a case and string you along to charge you all types of exorbitant fees. All you will be left with is a huge bill. This guy is the scum of the earth!

David told me he needed a retainer, even though I had ARAG, to help me with a document to sell my home. He literally downloaded a form template (probably from the internet) and sent it to me with parts not filled in, names misspelled, and the wrong genders. He couldn't have spent more than 10 minutes on it. I could not use the document and instead went through the form template from the title company. Of course, he kept my retainer. I felt totally scammed. Wish I would have stayed away from this attorney!

The man could barely pry his eyes from his phone on greeting me. I explained why I was there. In the middle of my discussion the secretary yells about a phone call. He interrupts me with his hand! Leaves and takes this call. I have it about five seconds too long. Packed my papers and stormed out. On the way out, I see him reclined back on the phone. I was livid. Hope his business tanks.

He had my case for 7 months. I never spoke to him. He decided I didn’t have a case. His summation of my case was completely inaccurate. It was obvious that he didn’t review my medical records. He said there are three points that have to be proven in order to get justice. He said he couldn’t prove any of them. I’m not a lawyer and I can easily prove all three points. I went to the ER and told them exactly what was wrong with me. They didn’t take it seriously and a week later, I was taken into emergency surgery for exactly what I had told them was wrong. I almost died because of their negligence and spent a month in the hospital and have spent the past year recovering. This man obviously doesn’t care about clients and did not give my case the attention it deserves. I will be seeking another attorney who I’m confident can win my case.

The thought of testifying in a jury trial for a medical malpractice case can be pretty intimidating, to say the least. I needed representation from an attorney who was empathetic and effective. Andrija Dragovic proved to be that attorney time and time again. He was clearly dedicated to finding justice, explored my options every step of the way, and respected all my decisions regarding the case. I was impressed with his efforts to communicate regularly with me and provide education regarding the legal process in terms that were easy to understand. He was prepared to go to trial in my case, and we did! The jury came back with a unanimous finding in my favor and I was awarded the maximum amount for damages. Mr. Dragovic was extremely prepared, well versed in case law, and compelling during the trial. Behind the scenes, while relating to me, he was thoughtful and down to earth. I couldn't have asked for better representation and have a tremendous amount of respect for Andrija Dragovic his legal practice.

Michael Rowady has been an Attorney I've come across countless times over the years doing collections. He is never at the office to answer the phone, he hardly ever replies to emails, and when he does answer, it's usually significantly rude. I go out of the way to make sure his law office doesn't get any more patients and try to send any of his cases to other attorneys so they can be properly represented! STAY AWAY!

I’ve been having SEVERE crown issues and was referred to Mr. Gittleman. I was excited to speak with him hoping to have someone with so much experience help me solve my 2 year long problems. I made sure to write a detailed description of what my case would involve and what my specific damage was.
We played phone tag for about two weeks. When I finally got a chance to speak with him, he cut me off and interrupted me multiple times. For 10 minutes, I tried to explain everything I went through only for him to tell me he doesn’t do cases involving crowns.
On his websites, it’s written clearly, “Are you in severe pain? Are you being treated for periodontal disease or oral cancer that could have been prevented? Did your root canal, crown or veneer treatment fail? Dental malpractice lawyer Robert Gittleman will work to ensure the dentist responsible for your suffering will answer for his or her negligence.” Well that’s exactly what I described. Crown failure over two dozen times, painful and unnecessary root canals, numerous infections, lost wages, decreased confidence and emotional distress.
When he tells me he doesn’t do these types of cases, I asked if he could recommend a firm. He tells me to figure it out myself and hangs up. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated in such a way, especially when you’re coming to someone in a desperate state and seeking for advice.
If my case isn’t going to bring you enough money, you’d feel like I’d lose or you just don’t want to do it…I’d rather be told that than lied to when there’s proof online you actually do these cases.

He tells you that you he will get you a whole lot of money but never give you any figuresl, until the case is so far gone. It is almost impossible to get another lawyer to take over the case. I felt that I was force into settle my case, because if I had not settle the Money that was offered to me was used up in depositions,ect'.All the time I thought the deposition was part of this lawsuit itself. I still regret settling my case to this day, Because of the medical problems that I have to live with the rest of my life the little money that was offered to me do not justify what I have to go through for the rest of my life. he did not wait for all the medical facts and injuries to come out before an evaluation hearing. was told to accept the settlement, or risk losing the case and go bankrupt if it goes to trial. 4 months later i had cervical surgery, i need lumbar surgery next and shoulder surgery all from the car accident. i have nerve damage for the rest of my life and cannot return to work ever. i will loose hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost wages alone not to mention the pain and suffering i will have for the rest of my life. i don't feel he's up to par for handling complex injuries sustained from auto accidents or there was a personality problem, i don't know what the problem was but i know this he's a terrible listener and communicator. he didn't even know if i was of work or not. that's very important info that a lawyer should know. we kept his office up to date on every thing that was going on with me yet it seemed like they where lost when it came time for the hearing. 2 weeks before the hearing i was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy as a result from traumatic spondylopathy of the cervical region as a result from the car accident and also the lumbar region same diagnoses. why wasn't the hearing put on hold until further medical evidence came out. because of what i feel was a very unprofessional manner in the way my case was handled i fell into depression, we have suffered financially and emotionally. i was never out to get rich i just wanted what i had lost. i hope this helps.

Back in 1998 I ended up in the hospital in a coma. While I was in a coma someone at the hospital left that "rubber band" torniquet around my right arm. The torniquet they put around your arm when they draw blood. Made my lose the use of my right hand from never damage caused by leaving the torniquet on my arm over night. Long story short. I ended up with Mr Peters law firm. At first he would tell me I had a solid case. His law firm is not known for taking small fry cases. Mr Peters was not proactive with my case, after 5 years he tells he the neurologist I was seeing was not board certified and his testimony has no bearing. I felt like WTH, why wouldn't you have advised me to see a board certified doctor to begin with? Then settlement conference day he sends an associate attorney who just wanted to settle the case. Permanent lose of my hand, I only grossed $120k, $67 after everyone took their cut! Mr. Peters could have done much better, but I guess I was a small fry.
