Wonderful experience. Adam is a very knowledgeable lawyer and hard worker. He always kept in touch, spoke in Layman's terms and guided me in each step. He helped me get compensation after I was rear-ended. The other side tried making my prior, more minor injuries into something big and then tried downplaying this injury, which made me frustrated. Adam didn't let them get away with that, and he believed me. He worked so hard for me and I'm so grateful.

I wouldn't have just saved money had I went pro se, I would probably still be a father...this firm proved to be just another cog in the machine that eats dads for breakfast! Through out this whole divorce not 1 single word was spoken on my behalf defending my character against such lies and agression of the family court system...I am left a shell of who I was a year ago...I complied with all the hoops and did more that any broken hearted man would and now I am left wondering who is protect my baby girl from the evil that lives in that island city. Opal drove the final stake of alienation into my exposes heart. For 9k you could have tried to make it painless, or quick. I will haunt all who doubted me when I am gone.

I would recommend to someone who was smart and has the wisdom to know how to be a voice for themselves, I was not aggressive enough and i feel my relationship with Paul seemed to be disconnected and strained and I am quite sure it was due to my lack of what to do.. I often cried after a phone conversations. i felt i was not the client that a lawyer would hope for. And although i lost more then this was all worth, .. I believe Paul could move mountains for you , And it is important you are on his level, understanding at his level, and lift yourself to the level he believes you to be !
i was too uneducated and quickly became lost and defeated .... . . As for my case, I lost and now have been sued for the surgeons legal costs,, "" So this has actually taken the wind out of my sails left me one step away from homeless,( losing the case has , not Paul )
I wish Paul the very best and i am sorry i was not more assertive to help him help me in what was a undeniable winning case. I learned much about myself as i spent time with Paul I thank him for his time ,especially the times that were not so good, He never gave up one me, I'm sure he thought about it !!

Now lets get to Mr. Nate or Nathan
Con: 1. he autocorrected my name to "peru"... okay, I can see that happening.
2. I painstakingly filled the form, got to the phone call and this is how it went
He was talking about will, trust, power of attorney etc. (keep in mind he already knows my family's worth), and like educated people that we are, we had questions (plus, he was speaking fast too, so I had to halt him to repeat some things). Please ask me why after the 2nd question this "fragile ego entity" decided to tell me I was arguing with him and if I wanted to argue he can't be our lawyer. I was stunned (like where did this come from). And my husband was like :we are just asking questions because we are not the expert and wanted to understand. And he literally said (and I kid you not) I'm not used to people asking me questions right out of the gate ( "sigh in my ancestor's language). Anyway, I just told him, "if you already feel this way just after two questions, how would we be able to ask you questions in the future if we don't understand something. I don't think you are the best fit then". Needless to say, he was like "metlife will find you another lawyer". Dude, I spent hours going through lawyers, no one did the work. Anyway, whatever is wrong with this Nate, he needs to go get some "communication 101" course on his learning path.

I am a local immigration attorney who needed some legal counsel from this firm. They came highly recommended by another well known attorney. Unfortunately, this firm is a HUGE disappointment to all consumers alike. I hope someone at big business reads this review. There is no onboarding process for this firm. None. You are at the mercy even as a colleague of poorly trained staff and assistants to get someone to pay attention to your case. The communication with this firm has been awful. Emails unanswered. Phone calls ignored. The firm waisted about 2.5 months of my client's case only to send a snarky response that they decline to represent, which is not what we were looking for (we needed a second opinion on case value). The employee (law clerk) who was assigned to our case left midway our project. No one got back to us on that. In sum, take your business elsewhere as I would say this firm has a chronic internal management problem that will continue into representation. If my prospective clients in my firm were treated this way, I would be fired on the spot and rightfully so. If my staff treated anyone the way we were treated, they would be fired on the spot as well for cause. Take note!

I don't honestly know were me and my son would be if it weren't for Joe Crosby! As a Mother who has never been through court or a trial, I was at a loss as to where we should begin or how to do this. Joe came into our lives 6 years ago and helped change our lives and my son received the compensation he deserved! My son was hurt and Joe guided us step by step through the medical malpractice case, all the way to the end with a BIG WIN! Joe's is still there for us today! I am beyond grateful for his determination and willingness to find the answer and fight for us!! It can be scary to have blind faith in another person, but Joe proved that my trust wasn't and will never be wasted! The life of a lawyer is busy life, but Joe was there timely to answer any question or to calm my fears. His wisdom is plentiful and he knows "Who's Who" if he needed to reach out to his colleagues to help get an answer or find a better path to achieve our end goal! This was collaborative the whole way through, my voice/our voice was heard!
Joe Crosby went the extra mile every time! He was just as invested and cared about my Son, as I was! He spared no expense from beginning to end! I was referred to this group for a special needs trust. They basically charged me over $450.00, didn't listen, made assumptions, and finally said they were "too expensive" but have to bill me for the first hour. Needless to say, I ended the engagement. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone unless you're interested in wasting money on expensive, inexperienced lawyers that don't take their time to review your request but still charge their high rate.

My uncle was being abused in a nursing home. Josh was honestly a gift. I can't imagine an attorney more skilled, effective or reasonable. He was always available. When I couldn't pay, he kept helping.
He helped us in court. He helped fight him being dumped out by an assisted living. He won our medical assistance appeal. Josh was amazing to work with!
If you need help, he is the only lawyer I'd call.

She talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. She can't afford to pay needed experts, has very poor judgment, and most importantly does an extremely poor job in a courtroom. Unorganized, unprofessional (wears housedresses to court rather than blazer/skirt), ridiculously frightened of judge/jury/defense...every aspect imaginable. Talks a good game while in the confines of her office; fails on so many levels. Don't let what happened to me happen to you. Looks elsewhere.

I intially met with Karen in September 2014 to discuss my medical concerns and the way they are being handled. Karen spent over 2 hours with my wife and I and took detailed notes and asked detailed questions. She advised the process in how her staff would need to look at all documentation and to create a timeline and also to find any missing pieces that could have been the result of the failure to treat my medical problem. Karen is compassionate, fair and upfront on how she will handle the case. I would highly recommend Karen and her team

This attorney represented me. After she received her portion of the settlement (suit of Dr.) I contacted her numerous times to update her about my worsening medical condition and each time she said there was nothing she could do. I contacted her almost every year and same answer. After losing my house, kids, career and income because of worsening medical status she then claimed statute of limitations was up for a suit against the hospital and there was nothing she could do. If she did not want to help me then she needed to pass the case to another attorney before the statute of limitations ran out. Then she denied that I called her. Then said she had destroyed my file, She refused to meet with me until I insisted on meeting. I asked her to have a copy of my file and then she claimed she needed a copy. This attorney did not pay attention to timeline and should have advocated for her client or advised another attorney in her place if she was unable to handle things. Because of this attorney I have had insurmoutable louses. She took her original settlement and wanted nothing more to do with me.
