After my car accident there were so many question I had about how to handle the situation. I'm so glad I called Mark. I was hit in my car and had to be taken to the hospital. I ended up having to attend physical therapy for months which resulted in many medical bills. The person who hit me had insurance but I had no idea what to do to make sure everything got paid or what to expect them to pay me for pain and suffering. Mark made what could have been for me a very time consuming and stressful process and helped me understand it. He made sure I got a fair settlement from their insurance for my pain and suffering . My medical bills got paid, I got my settlement, and I didn't have to endure the stress and financial burden of doing it on my own. Thank you Mark for everything!

We were introduced to Damon Hudson, Attorney at Law with Singleton Schreiber a year ago in September, 2023.
Little did we know his qualifications were so vast. His knowledge of the law and his experience with insurance companies is amazing. He also takes time to explain things so laymen can understand and doesn't mind doing so. My husband had a brain injury back in 2016. Before the injury he was a healthy ambitious person & our sole provider. He owned & ran a restaurant and catering business called Joe's Back N The Day. In October 2016 he had a surgery that he & I will forever regret him having! He is now 100% disabled..bedridden & wheelchair bound. We lost everything.. the business, our travel trailer and truck was repossessed but more importantly I lost my healthy husband! I now am his caregiver and will be for the rest of our lives. My husband & I reached out to several attorneys to no avail. I personally had given up. A few months before the statue of limitations was about to run out my husband called the law office of James Wood Law. I'll never forget my husband handing me the phone & telling me to talk again with another lawyer about what happened to him. I was irritated and didn't want to have to relive the story again. It was always emotionally exhausting for me but I got up & dusted myself off and relived the part in our lives I wished never happened. I can't recall exactly who I spoke to but she was very attentive & said she would give the attorney all my information and someone may call me back. I got a call back from Arslan Umarov. I am overwhelmed with joy from what Arslan, Jim & all the attorneys at James Wood Law has done for my family!!! There really is no words!!! I have had a continuing professional relationship with Mr. Rafkin for the past ten years. I was introduced to Mr. Rafkin by a third party who thought Mr. Rafkin could help in determining a course of action(s) to pursue. I have had Barbara Arbuckle represent me on three separate legal matters over the last 17 years. The most complex case of the three was my divorce, which my now ex-husband involved our children in a felony, his refusal to manage our daughters chronic medical condition which resulted in her having a life-threatening emergency, his continued threats against my life, and his refusal to separate marital assets. Mrs. Arbuckle immediately address each issue as it arose, ensuring the safety of our children and myself throughout the time this case was active. She continually educated me on how each issue would be handled, the need for ancillary involvement (Children Protective Services) and obtained a restraining order for my safety.
With each new obstacle thrown at us by my ex-husband and his legal team, she overcame their disputes and often turned them into an advantage for me. She was able to prove to the courts what was true and false, exposing the many lies and deceptions given by my ex-husband. Her tireless work and dedication to my family speaks for itself. I could only presume that anything negative said against Mrs. Arbuckle would have to come from someone she opposed in court and beat, not from the person she represents.

This was a case of probating of my husband a will of a person who had passed away eight years prior and in the state of Texas. It was very unusual case that Mrs. Martin went to great links of time to research so much to be able to get this done. She was continually ready to help me at anytime with any questions and again I live in Texas and Mrs. Martin is in New Mexico. When the case went before the judge she made sure that I was able to be there virtually. It was a very unusual probate case and she did a great job for me and I would highly recommend her.
