After my car accident there were so many question I had about how to handle the situation. I'm so glad I called Mark. I was hit in my car and had to be taken to the hospital. I ended up having to attend physical therapy for months which resulted in many medical bills. The person who hit me had insurance but I had no idea what to do to make sure everything got paid or what to expect them to pay me for pain and suffering. Mark made what could have been for me a very time consuming and stressful process and helped me understand it. He made sure I got a fair settlement from their insurance for my pain and suffering . My medical bills got paid, I got my settlement, and I didn't have to endure the stress and financial burden of doing it on my own. Thank you Mark for everything!

My husband had a brain injury back in 2016. Before the injury he was a healthy ambitious person & our sole provider. He owned & ran a restaurant and catering business called Joe's Back N The Day. In October 2016 he had a surgery that he & I will forever regret him having! He is now 100% disabled..bedridden & wheelchair bound. We lost everything.. the business, our travel trailer and truck was repossessed but more importantly I lost my healthy husband! I now am his caregiver and will be for the rest of our lives. My husband & I reached out to several attorneys to no avail. I personally had given up. A few months before the statue of limitations was about to run out my husband called the law office of James Wood Law. I'll never forget my husband handing me the phone & telling me to talk again with another lawyer about what happened to him. I was irritated and didn't want to have to relive the story again. It was always emotionally exhausting for me but I got up & dusted myself off and relived the part in our lives I wished never happened. I can't recall exactly who I spoke to but she was very attentive & said she would give the attorney all my information and someone may call me back. I got a call back from Arslan Umarov. I am overwhelmed with joy from what Arslan, Jim & all the attorneys at James Wood Law has done for my family!!! There really is no words!!! Robyn Dixon was the best decision I made when it came to my accident attorney. From the moment I reached out to her from the hospital bed to the moment of claim agreement. She never backed down from the other insurance adjusters low ball offers and fought very hard to get the money I deserved on everything possible. She got me 3 times the amount I was even thinking I would. She stayed in constant contact and updates throughout this almost 18 month process. Yes that seems like some time but there was also 8 other cars involved in this accident of which I was the first car hit being rear ended by not 1 but 2 vehicles at the same time.
