James Knox took the time out of his busy day twice to speak with me about two cases, free of charge. After getting 2 letters from the JC, I was on the verge of a meltdown. Mr. Knox spoke with me about what to expect and how I could prepare myself for an investigation subsequent OP license issues if the cases were substantiated. My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. I explained my side of the story as he reviewed my case and he understood exactly what was going on and agreed to take my case. He also explained to me he didn’t offer any promises or guarantee on the outcome but he said he would do his very best.

When my dad passed away unexpectedly due to a wrongful death. I was so lost and my heart felt so heavy and painful. I kept on saying to myself that my dad will still be alive if this is not a wrongful death. Then I decided to go online to search and browse for malpractice attorneys to fight for justice. I have attorneys turned me away or by speaking to them on the phone, they make me feel very uncomfortable and more lost. Finally and luckily I found Mr. Larry Deutsch, just by talking to him on the phone for the first time, he made me feel so comfortable and understand what we be going on for a wrongful death case. Mr. Deutsch was knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, courteous, patient, kind and most importantly, transparent and managed our expectations. When we had questions, he will made sure himself available to answer in person or over the phone. He kept my family and I informed and understand through the entire process.
It was a long process, but Mr. Deutsch's work helped us obtain justice for my dad’s wrongful death and a settlement. On behalf of my family, I will highly recommend Mr. Deutsch. We had a personal family crisis when my dad was injured badly and my family was devastated. We'd heard great things about Mainetti, Mainetti and O'Connor so we called them. First of all we got a real person, even thought it was 8:15 pm at night. We met with Al Mainetti the very next morning, and he reassured us that everything was going to be okay. His manner was soothing and put my very upset dad at ease right away. Al walked us through tthe process and he even brought in his other lawyers to get their opinions too, which I thought was great. They are a real team. The whole office is calming! It's not like a regular law firm where everyone is stuffy. This put my dad's fears to rest. Al Mainetti and Joe O'Connor wound up getting my dad money for his injuries and it was over super quick. I love this firm and they did right by my family. I would trust them with my life in a heartbeat.
