Belluck & Fox did everything they said they'd do. During discussions with my lawyer, what was outlined in terms of the process and what would happen, they checked those boxes. My life has been changed forever by asbestos and it has caused a lot of physical damage to me. I had to have major surgeries and the firm was able to get financial compensation. They hold folks accountable, so it's a bit of a mental relief. My attorney Chris Hersom listened. He was very patient and understanding which was great, you don't find too many attorneys like that, they're more cut to the chase. He was focused on helping me and everybody that I dealt with at the office in New York was helpful. It got to the point where when I called they actually knew me. Heysell Brenes who works there, would help with things that had nothing to do with her. I don't know how to thank her enough through the whole process. Everybody at the office worked together as a team. It's almost like not dealing with a law firm, you're dealing with a family that's trying to help you.

I gave them a star because you must give them something. However this is the worst law firm ever. I wouldn’t recommended them what so ever( pay attention to the signs from the beginning)I am very disgusted with their communication and the way they operate in this office. I have worked with my attorney for over 20years and he was able to provide me with great referrals if the case wasn’t his expertise. unfortunately he passed young. I have been trying to build a new relationship with a law firm after 2 weeks of calling, leaving voicemails (Just to get a response if my case will be taken )however no one has heard my case whatsoever and on today’s date young lady(office manager)tells me to simply find a new law office because she can’t force the attorney to call and their are thousand of them I can call 🤦🏽♀️ If I was told that from the start I wouldn’t continue calling that’s one. I thought I was being patient by waiting on them to respond to my voicemails and instead it backfired. Are they really busy 🙄I really hope you guys are not keeping them busy because people like this are not genuine people and have 0 customer service skills.(it goes a long way) I was wondering why they kept changing people and there’s no new reviews 🤔 (reviews are mainly about Kristina, she is no longer there) It’s absolutely clear now they are not improving. They are probably over there finishing up their pending cases. When I was given their contact information by my attorney it was in 2014. Yes I do keep my contacts because you never know when you need it but moving forward they will be deleted,after many years of keeping them on my phone 😂. This guy is awful. I signed a retainer with him thinking he would help me with an awful accident I was in, and he did absolutely nothing. There was a video of the accident, I was gravely injured and lost my job and academic career over it, and he did nothing for me after agreeing to represent me. Gave me no advice, never even interviewed me to see how I had been injured or what I had lost due to the accident. Worse than that, he sent me to a doctor (citimed) during covid and they didn't take temperatures or wear masks. He put my health in jeopardy and traumatized me. I saw cockroaches in the corners of every room. He failed to get the surveillance video of my accident, refused to take any phone calls with me until I threatened him with a lawsuit, then when I confronted him with the way he mishandled my case he dropped me as a client. Reporting him to the DA and the bar. I can't believe he's practicing.

Shannon Malone is bar none the best criminal defense attorney you could ever ask for. If you need someone who is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent rapport with judges, Shannon Malone is who you need. She helped me with a dwi case and was able to make it where i can still drive to work and therapy, and got the charge reduced. I don't know where I would be without her.

Esq Shannon Malone is the most professional criminal defense attorney i have had the pleasure to hire. I received a citation after exceeding the speed limit for a short distance to avoid a large truck at the top of a steep hill. I normally travel in the opposite direction where the posted speed limit is 10 mph higher for this same section of road. To add confusion, the lower speed limit sign in my direction was obscured by tree branches and the GPS speed limit postings on my dashboard did not change to the lower speed limit until the bottom of the steep hill. This was then too late to slow down enough to avoid radar. This was the ideal location for a 'speed trap' and I was the victim. As a driver who is proud of my otherwise good driving record, I wanted to fight back. I did not want my insurance company penalizing me for an isolated incident that happened to avoid a large truck that approached quickly from behind. Unfortunately, I lack experience in such matters.
Although I was already scheduled for a pre-trial conference, I was concerned that providing the above information to a prosecutor could only give him/her the opportunity to prepare a better defense in court. I needed someone with more experience in such matters. I therefore contacted Shannon Malone after receiving a recommendation from the Suffolk County Bar Association. I was seeking an attorney experienced in such matters. I was impressed with Shannon's resume and experience, and after meeting her, I was impressed with her honesty and professionalism. I freely admitted that I exceeded the speed limit, but the mitigating circumstances were important. A plea of "guilty" or "not guilty" did not tell the whole story. After the initial consultation with Shannon, it was easy to put my trust in her. My problems then became hers, and the anger and stress I was feeling then melted away. The thought of increased insurance payments for the next three years was stressful; my last car insurance bill increased by 25% even though I take Defensive Driving every three years, am a senior citizen, and have an otherwise clean driving record. Shannon however knew just what to do. I did not have to take time off from work to face a prosecutor and/or judge alone.
Shannon quickly and favorably resolved this case. She was able to get the citation reduced to a parking ticket with no points on my license. I consider the money I spent on her fee well worth it, and highly recommend contacting Shannon for any issues within her larger field of expertise.
