In the summer of 2022, I was riding my bicycle and almost went into a dangerous sewer grate along Linden Road in Rocky River. The grate had slots parallel with the road, which could easily swallow a whole bicycle wheel, causing serious injuries to an unsuspecting cyclist. Linden Road had twenty such drainage grates along its Âľ mile length and was near a school. I contacted cycling advocate attorney Kenneth Knabe and sent him photos of these dangerous grates. Mr. Knabe in turn alerted the city officials to these hazards and in early 2023, they installed bicycle-friendly grates into the roadway.

I would highly recommend using Mr. O’Keefe. My case was a very complicated one that required an attorney with not only a strong knowledge base, but the conviction to keep fighting even when there was adversity or opposition. My case ended up being dragged out and the defendants insurance company fought us tooth and nail, but at the end of the day we won the full amount and I couldn’t have asked for more. She was professional, honest, straightforward and realistic about our need to retain legal help and about our chance of securing additional help through the "underinsured" clause in our own policy. Dan was not my lawyer for most of this case, but I wish he was from the start. My previous attorney was non-responsive and didn't seem to want to put in the work for my case.
Dan Getty came in and quite literally saved the day. He had very minimal time to prepare, given the circumstances. Yet, he stepped up to the plate, swinging. He did more for me in two days than my other attorney had in 8 months.

My case was a wrongful death allegation in a morbidly obese patient who presented with chest pain and died of a saddle pulmonary embolism one week after a cath showed a 90% LAD lesion. Mr Hupp knew all the details of the case and all the medicine. He prepared me so well for my cross examination that I was very confident despite having almost no courtroom experience. He brought in literally world class medical experts. There were four other defendants in the case and the other attorneys followed Mr Hupp's lead to a unanimous verdict for the defense. His cross examination of the plaintiffs expert witness made a clinical professor of emergency medicine look foolish and insincere to the jury. I hope I never need his professional assistance again, but if I am ever in need of representation in the future I cannot imagine choosing a different attorney. He made the entire process as painless as it could be.

Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.
