I have nothing but respect for this Lawyer! He took my case when everyone told me that I didn't have one. He took my case and said I only had to pay if we won...which meant he worked hard for our money. We may have settled out of court...but we settled! Even when I was told there was no settlement to be had by other Lawyers. So for not having a case...$45,000 is not a bad settlement! 5 STARS!! 5 THUMBS UP!! I would recommend this law firm to anyone and everyone!!

Before walking into the DiCello firm, I knew nothing about Mark DiCello and was still in shock from what I had been through! After a brief meeting with Mark, I knew this was where I needed to be. I had visited other attorneys before entering Mark's office and felt my life was over. Mark quickly changed how I was feeling with a positive, tough, take no prisoner approach! I needed to hear/know that the lawyer I was going to have represent me firmly believed in me. Mark really had a bulldog approach to my case and left no stone unturned. He felt for what I was going through and firmly believed that what I had went through was an injustice. Bill took a very difficult medical malpractice case and spent the time and hard work to win it for our family. His hard work insured great care for our son and college educations for his brother and sister. At one point in the case expenses were $36,000 and a settlement was reached of $27,000 with one of the defendants. Bill insisted we take the $27,000 without deducting expenses. He said we'll catch up later. Over the next 6 years we became great friends because he cared, we were not just another case. To this day he still means the world to all of us.
