Thanks to the amazing team I now have my green card, it took less than a year, everyone’s case is different so timeline will differ. Everyone here truly is amazing, they work with you and help you throughout the process and any questions you may have they are quick to respond. I was referred by a friend because they had nothing but positive feedback and I can also say I had a very positive experience. It’s worth calling and seeing if they can help you. All the legal advice and information they provide is helpful. Thank you again.

Jeffery Gonzalez Gonzalez has the been the lawyer I knew I could trust with all my immigration needs, I highly recommend anybody with Daca to DO advanced parole with this office, Just as mentioned my lawyer made the whole process easy and fast made it even more convincing for me to apply and proceed. Right after traveling with Advanced Parole my husband petitioned for my resindency and it only took 6 months thanks to that Advanced parole. Please don’t hesitate to do Advanced parole.

After seeing personal injury commercials on TV, I decided to call one in my area. The downtown luxury office of Vick & Gutzler was my choice. I went in for a consultation, and they took my case immediately. I was badly injured and could not make ends meet but they assured me things would be okay. After the first meeting with Betty Gage, the companies owner, they had their receptionist tell me they couldn't prove negligence, so a jr. lawyer will help you file against workers comp ! I got roughly $5k for a lifetime of pain.

As I watched Dr. Andrew Baker (Chief Medical Examiner, Hennepin County) give his formidable testimony in the George Floyd case, it took me back to his steadfast testimony as an expert witness in our family's quest for TRUTH and JUSTICE for our matriarch. The testimony and qualification of Dr. Baker and two other expert witnesses were unmatched and shown in our case long before his spotlight before the nation and world. All were found and picked by this experienced, professional, and skilled lawyer. Mr. Gutzler also was unmatched in our case. The only problem for lawyers of this caliber...jury pools and panels. Ineptness and biases among jury pools and panels are serious things in the quest for justice. There is no tool(s) to measure those things in a courtroom. However, in spite of ineptitude and biases, TRUTH must be told and JUSTICE sought. Thank you, again, to this experienced, professional, and skilled lawyer. This public lauding is long overdue, although it has been done privately many times over.

I contacted Rhett Fraser for consultation to better understand options for legal actions about a situation with a yoga teacher who is also was marriage and family therapist at a prominent Kundalini Yoga studio in Portland. She preyed on and groomed a family member in yoga class and then convinced him to become a therapy client and then sexually abused him. While Rhett explained that our family had no legal recourse against her, he provided sound advice and direction about how to report her to the licensing board for disciplinary action. Almost a year and a half later, the board voted to revoke her license and she later admitted to all the charges and surrendered her license. While this has been traumatic and devastating to our family, Rhett was compassionate and supportive about the situation and I really appreciate his service to the community. We need more people like Rhett that can help families and victims that are devastated by these terrible people who prey and sexually abuse vulnerable people. Thank you so much Rhett for you knowledge, compassion and support!

Rhett Fraser is personable, friendly, courteous and is very easy to communicate with. Rhett is absolutely professional in every aspect, and can be quite comfortable to visit with in a one on one setting. My particular case was unique and had been presented in court on previous occasions by other councilors without success. Rhett conferred with me in great length in regards to my situation, and assured me that he had extensive prior experience on this type of subject matter. Rhett applied his best effort toward my case only to learn it was more difficult than anticipated, but he persevered with positive results. Rhett was diligent in his communication with me, he himself was always quick to respond to all inquiries from me. Rhett kept me informed and updated too any pertinent information obtained to the case. I cannot thank Rhett enough, for his exemplary effort and expertise demonstrated on my behalf. I strongly encourage anyone looking for success to confer with Mr. Rhett Fraser, I know you will enjoy your experience with his law office.

When I first approached Rachel about representing me she was very eager and excited about my case. I hired her in June and she said we would file by the end of Summer. As soon as I signed my contract and gave her a check for fees her communication began to rapidly decline. I constantly had to reach out for updates and every time was given a new personal excuse as to why we had not filed yet. After 6 months of going back and forth with no progress made she threw together my case within days after I mentioned finding new legal representation. The final straw was when she decided to tell me after half a year of leading me to believe my case was worth a specific amount that she wanted to file for 1/10th of the original value she told me. I finally had to part ways with her as my lawyer and now find myself starting all over. Please avoid wasting precious time and energy and find someone better able to handle your case.

I give Rachel definelty 5 stars and up. She was dedicated to me an my case for over 4 years. She worked day and night and never lost sight or gave up on me or my case. Very professional and willing to take any time of day, day or night to respond to emails and questions and give me updates on where we were at. There was a lot of things I didn't understand along the way and she always took the time to explain things in laments terms until I was able to comprehend. She did an endless amount of research and was extremely dedicated to me and my case until the very end. I can't tell or express to you how much time this woman spent on building my case and I have never seen someone so dedicated and motivated to help achieve what I felt I deserved. If you are looking for a lawyer, Rachel is your woman!!!

Robert Hamilton represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by a car as a pedestrian. While my injuries were not life-threatening, I did require surgery and the insurance companies involved were unwilling to cover costs. Other attorneys refused my case, but Rob thought he could help me and indeed he did! I found him to be honest, professional, and a skilled negotiator. Because I had no experience with the legal process, Rob explained every step so I could make informed decisions. I felt confident that I was in good hands and my case was resolved with a large settlement without going to court. Bravo!

The problem with the legal system is no one can afford representation for issues. It is hard to litigate a $450 fee someone is trying to impose upon you when attorneys cost $400/hr just for a consultation. This doesn't help your community. Edit after update from owner: This is all fine and in good spirit, but before I could even get a question off to see if this would be worth my time and expense, I was cut off and told I would have to set up a $400/hr consult first. For those of us in between jobs with families, this does not qualify as affordable. The state was more helpful. The state.

The website states his practice, but his assistant Lisa who says she's worked for him for 15 years says he doesn't handle a hospital negligence case. I'm baffled. No consultation - just "no". Usually attorneys ask their office assistants to intake info, then the attorney reviews and gives a response. She decides. And her decision is not according to what the website offers. Couldn't get a consultation to even ask for a referral.

I cant ever get a hold of him every time I call. I cant even leave a message ever and my case starts in court with in a week. Why do I always get lawyers here in Jackson county who genuinely don't represent me to the best of their abilities. Maybe they just don't have better"abilities" here because it's not the standard. They are all just puppets at the public defenders office.. I don't know. But what I do know is that I don't want to be found guilty of things I did not do. Hence my charges are b.s. I need time to have a fighting chance which this has carried on over a year now with the least effort possible.not even cracking my case to read it yet. Let me tell you.

What a Medical Malpractice Lawyer Can Do for You

A medical malpractice lawyer specializes in helping individuals who have been harmed due to the negligence or misconduct of healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, or hospitals. These lawyers assist in cases where a healthcare provider deviates from the accepted standard of care, resulting in injury or death. Medical malpractice cases can involve misdiagnosis, surgical errors, medication mistakes, birth injuries, and other forms of medical negligence.

If you or a loved one has suffered harm due to improper medical treatment, a medical malpractice lawyer can help you understand your legal options, file a lawsuit, and pursue compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, and other damages.

When Should I Hire a Medical Malpractice Lawyer?

Hiring a medical malpractice lawyer is essential if you’ve been seriously injured due to the negligence of a healthcare provider or institution. Situations where you should seek legal representation include:

  • Misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis: If a doctor fails to diagnose or delays diagnosing a medical condition, leading to harm or progression of the illness.
  • Surgical errors: Harm resulting from surgical mistakes such as operating on the wrong site, leaving instruments inside the body, or performing unnecessary procedures.
  • Medication errors: Injuries caused by prescribing the wrong medication or dosage, or mistakes made by pharmacists in dispensing drugs.
  • Birth injuries: Injuries to a newborn due to medical negligence during labor and delivery, such as failing to perform a timely C-section or improper use of delivery instruments.
  • Anesthesia errors: Complications arising from improperly administered anesthesia, which can lead to serious injury or death.
  • Inadequate follow-up or aftercare: Suffering due to lack of proper monitoring or care after a medical procedure, leading to complications.
  • Hospital or nursing home negligence: Harm caused by the negligence of hospital staff, nurses, or administrators who failed to provide adequate care.

Medical malpractice cases are complex, and hiring a lawyer early can help ensure your rights are protected and your case is handled effectively.

What Does a Medical Malpractice Lawyer Do?

A medical malpractice lawyer provides various legal services to help injured patients hold negligent healthcare providers accountable. Their responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating your case: Reviewing medical records and consulting with experts to determine if you have a viable claim based on the standard of care and harm suffered.
  • Filing a lawsuit: Initiating legal action by filing a complaint against the responsible parties in the appropriate court.
  • Gathering evidence: Collecting medical records, expert testimonies, and other relevant evidence to build a strong case.
  • Negotiating with insurance companies: Working to secure a fair settlement that compensates you for your injuries without the need for a trial.
  • Litigating in court: Representing you during trial proceedings if a settlement cannot be reached, presenting evidence and arguing your case.
  • Calculating damages: Assessing the full extent of your losses, including medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and future care needs.
  • Handling expert testimony: Coordinating with medical experts who can testify on how the standard of care was breached and how it led to your injuries.

How Are Medical Malpractice Lawyers Paid?

Most medical malpractice lawyers work on a contingency fee basis, which means they only get paid if they recover compensation for you. Key aspects of this payment structure include:

  • Contingency fee percentage: The lawyer's fee is typically between 25% and 40% of the settlement or award.
  • No upfront costs: You do not pay any legal fees unless the lawyer successfully recovers compensation on your behalf.
  • Case expenses: Costs for expert witnesses, medical record retrieval, and court fees may be deducted from your settlement or award in addition to the lawyer's fee.

Always discuss the fee arrangement during your initial consultation to understand your financial obligations.
