Ms. Shea Fugate is the absolute best. I was really struggling with applying for my SSDI. I was lucky enough to be given her name from a lawyer friend of mine. She got back to me super fast after I called her office. She is so friendly and spoke to me with genuine concern and in a way that I easily understood what was going to happen. My experience with The Florida Firm was the best that I could have hoped for considering the difficult time my family was going through at the time. My husband suffered a devastating stroke. Doctors took him off his blood thinner medicine for a procedure, which was not even necessary for that particular procedure. He should never have been taken off and because he was, he suffered a massive stroke that left him paralyzed on the right side, unable to speak intelligibly, and with cognitive damage. He now resides in a nursing home. Our lawyers, Jon and Ron, were able to negotiate with 4 defendants and their lawyers to secure a substantial sum of money for us. They made the whole process as painless as possible, keeping me informed at all stages of the process, preparing me for depositions, checking in with me on a regular basis to keep me informed of our status in the lawsuit. They fought for my husband and our family and were always ethical and professional in all aspects of our case.
