A veritable powerhouse, Bruce’s unassuming stature belies a confidence and keen intelligence that are rarely seen these days, even in lawyers. Whether I had questions or concerns or just needed an update, Bruce was always very professional and quick to respond to my requests, all with a booked schedule. His knowledge was quite extensive and he was confident that my case would amount to nothing. He was absolutely right, with Bruce on my side, all charges were dropped against me!

In early 2018, my brother went to a Scottsdale, Arizona restaurant. He was over served alcohol at this restaurant and subsequently collapsed. He died a few days later at a nearby hospital. My mother and I were shocked and in disbelief.
We began a search for a competent, tenacious and aggressive Arizona attorney experienced in DRAM shop law who would investigate and evaluate such a case. We found Mick Levin in Phoenix.
After discussing the case with him, he told us it would be a complex, time-consuming matter and we decided to move foward with the case.
Mick, and his colleague, John Robertson II, filed a multi-million dollar action against the restaurant in late 2018 in the Arizona Superior Court. The matter was later moved to Federal Court in Arizona. The case had many twists, turns and delays, but it eventually ended up in mediation. During the mediation phase, Mick personally traveled to Ohio to represent my elderly mother in person during the Zoom mediation hearing. We were unable to reach an agreement during mediation, so Mick decided to take our case to trial. In the days prior to the trial, the defendants tried to settle the matter numerous times.
Mick worked tirelessly obtain a reasonable settlement offer.
Just prior to the scheduled trial (and after more than 3.5 years of litigation in State and Federal Court and a failed mediation attempt), Mick was able to settle the matter with a financial judgement that reasonably reflected the immeasurable loss our family sustained. Mick even negotiated the initial settlement document to ensure the agreement language was equitable.
I am confident any other lawyer would have either failed us or settled the matter for far less. I would very highly recommend Mick Levin to anyone who is seeking a tenacious and knowledgeable lawyer for a matter involving very complex litigation.

Mr Levin helped me get justice!! I had a personal injury case where I had unknowingly hired an insensitive unprofessional individual that actually called himself a lawyer!! Shortly after moving into my newly purchased Phoenix home. I was in acar accident that led to severe spinal and back injuries. My injuries were so bad I could not work or do most daily chores. I had an auto accident in Sept 2013 were I was hit at a ref light with 3 of my kids in the car. Jan was not only able to get the full policy limits from the person that hit me policy but was also to go after my insurance company which was Geico at the time to go after the under insured motorist portion of it. In Feb 2015 I was involved in a hit in run accident and this time I have to sue my own auto insurance company because of all my medical bills we once again ate going for the full amount will see what comes of it. Jan does charge a little more then the attorney's that you see on TV but it's worth it he makes sure that your taken care of every step of the way. He thinks about you first. I've since 2013 have recommended over 8 people to him.

What's a Renaissance Attorney? He's one who understands aspects of the law outside of his or her specialty, and wants to think outside the box, using solutions from one area of the law to solve problems in another. Ryan J. Linder has been phenomenal, he has been so helpful. Not only did he help me voice my concerns to an insurance company who wouldn't give me the time of day, he got me what I deserved.
He managed to get my settlement number up and bring my medical expenses down. The drop in the numbers that he achieved was very surprising. i.e. I owed well over $15,000 to one doctor and he got them to accept just under $5,000 for it all!
I was beyond impressed. I'm still in shock. I didn't believe it until I got a letter from the doctor's office saying that I still owed the amount, less than $5,000 (I had to wait for my check to clear and they were just sending a reminder)
Aside from his extensive knowledge and impressive creative writing skills, he is a very kind person. He treats you as if you are his one and only client. He is very hands on and up front. You're not always talking to his paralegal. (She is a very nice woman as well. She took care of me while Mr. Linder was out dealing with other cases in court) The only time he is out of his office is when he is dealing with court cases. I retained him for about a year to a year and a half and not once did I have an e-mail go unanswered.
He has been very kind to me, very understanding, and listened to me complain about the same thing over and over, just different ways each time (haha).
