Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Attorney Morse took my case out of kindness and he did a fantastic job. He didn't have to take my case and I am eternally grateful for his help and insight. Professional, Caring, and Attentive it was worth saying twice. The title should say it all! About five years ago I was nearly killed in a workplace accident (2016). The accident left me in a scary place to say the least. When I was introduced to Peter my case had been started by another attorney. Long story short, Peter sat patiently while I rambled on about what happened to me. He formulated a general plan to start and presented it to me in a way that I could understand. Peter is a down to earth person that was always attentive and made me feel like I was his only client. I could go on and on about Peter Cerilli, but the bottom line is, read the title again and then make the call and let Peter do what he does best. Kristin Pettey is an amazing attorney. While only 10% of her business falls within the family law side, I myself was going through a complex divorce to include an unreasonable ex-spouse as they were on their third attorney when our case closed. Family law is very difficult in general to deal with and I found when dealing with attorney's in the family law realm that a lot of them are not trustworthy, or at least I myself felt they did not have my interests at heart. I had family law issues in multiple states, which made it complex; Kristin took on my Rhode Island case. Working with Kristin compared to other family law attorney's that I have in the past was a night and day difference. Kristin was a zealous advocate, an extremely competent attorney, and overall a pleasure to work with. She told it to me straight and I trusted the advice that she gave me. Overall I felt happy with the outcome of the case because of her actions. Keep in mind that if you are going through family law litigation, you must accept and understand that your outcome is limited by what the state accepts as fair. Kristin will do what she can to defend your rights and what is fair. If you heed her advice, even if you do not like it, you can expect your case with her to go as smoothly as possible. My ex attempted many different strategies to get the most she possibly could out of our case, buty Kristin was able to turn these to our advantage and she set me up for success. Over the year+ that I worked with her as we were approaching a final court date I felt very confident that it would go positively for me because of her advice and hard work. In the end, my ex came around and we were able to obtain a consent decree. Mine is not normal; it has a lot of nuances in it because of the gamesmanship that my ex attempted to play. I feel very comfortable moving forward in our consent decree and that my current and future interests are looked after. I also look forward to coming to Kristin in the future as things change, and the decree needs to be modified.
In sum, I highly recommend Kristin, you can’t go wrong. I would expect her quality of advocacy to be just as high in her other areas of practice, no matter if it is family law, medical malpractice, or litigation.

I recommend Tim Lynch without hesitation. He represented me in a complex personal injury case, that was complicated by issues of federal law, workers’ compensation and Rhode Island tort law. Initially, the insurance company completely involved completely denied my claim and refused to compensate me one cent. Attorney Lynch filed a lawsuit and pushed my case through discovery and liligation. He never gave up. When it became clear that the insurance company was going to lose at trial. Attorney Lyncj was able to get them to pay the maximum amount under the insurance policy limits. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and was able to recover much more than I expected. Resolution of this case has helped me put my life back on tract. I will be forever grateful for the hard work and persistence of my attorney.

Tim was my lawyer for a car accident case. It was not an easy case, as I was unclear in my police report and the other driver, who lied in his statement, was very clear. That resulted in my case going through a deposition, as well as an arbitration. Tim kept me informed the whole way and did an outstanding job at explaining things to me. Been almost 3 years and it’s dragging to get my settlement. Been in the disbursement phase for months. Your office has been down with IT issues for a month now. Iv been told it’s Medicare issues with charging me for more than my accident. But at this point this is ridiculous how long it’s taking. I trusted this place with two law suits and I’m not getting anywhere. Maybe when everything is done I’ll change my review, but I’m extremely disappointed especially since I signed all the paperwork for my settlement check and then wasn’t told it has to change now because the company doesn’t do escrow. Shouldn’t we have known about that before? And why did I have to jump through hoops just to find that out?

I was referred to Corey Allard for a divorce and child custody case by an old friend. Needless to say I should have done my homework and read up on this guy a little better. After a few Google searches and reading his reviews it was clear the guy was not big in the integrity department. I lost everything!! This guy double charged me as I found out later through another attorney. He collected a fee from the state that assigns attorney's to indigent clients. He also then charged my wife $1,200 on top of what he collected and despite all this he didn't even wrap up all my debts in my bankruptcy filing. I still have creditors hounding me. When I call him he has his secretary hang up the phone and ignores my calls. Also doesn't respond to emails. This guy is a piece of work. You have been warned stay away!!

Hired him for an injury, after 6 years of nothing I wrote a letter questioning why I hadn't heard anything and he set up and appointment and let me go as a client. I cried for 2 days. My husband wanted to get another lawyer but I could not go thru it all again. So even though a professional physical therapist injured me and put me in the hospital for 40 days it went without resolution and the physical therapist is still practicing.
